This place was great for me and my two boys for a Park City skiing weekend. Very cozy. Emailed the property manager twice with questions and got responses back very quickly.

This property was clean as a whistle, conveniently located with everything you would need for your stay along with being a 15 minute drive to downtown Park City. The unit is furnished very nicely and minimally, kitchen was stocked and the fireplace was a nice addition, along with the convenience of having a washer & dryer and garage. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future and do hope to return!

This condo was just as it was advertised. Great location and the inside looked like new. The check-in process at the condo was the easiest I’ve ever experienced. If we return to Park City in the future we would want to stay here again.

This condo is conveniently located to many dining & shopping options and outdoor activities. It is roomy, clean, comfortable, safe and well stocked. You will not be disappointed This was our second year to stay there and we plan on returning.

This was a beautiful condo in an excellent location. There are a number of unique restaurants within walking distance plus a grocery store, movie theatre, shopping and ice cream parlors.Close behind the condo there is a nature preserve with a walking and biking trail. The hosts are great!! We spent three summer months at the condo and plan to return.

Our family had a fantastic stay. The property was very well stocked and the heated driveway and covered parking was very appreciated with the 2+ feet of snow!

We had a wonderful week long stay. Appreciate all the perks- garage door opener! A very chilly week so convenient having garage. Heads up- it’s a very small opening so smaller cars no problem but we had a small suv and had to pull side view mirrors in . 🙃 Loved the comfort of the condo, location Super and views of mountains spectacular. Well equipped unit. Games, books, stocked kitchen.👍👍

This condo is fantastic. It has everything you could possibly need. We had two kids in the twin beds aged 7 and 9 and a baby in a portable crib, plus my husband and i. The fireplace was so cozy, the extra large tub was amazing, we drove to the 7-11 and took the free gondola up to park city base camp. Plenty of room. Washer and dryer. Key amenities. Got food from across the street, coffee, all the great stuff. Condo was impeccably clean and stocked with everything you could need. Walmart and Smiths extra close for food. Really fantastic location, super great condo. Our baby isn’t walking yet but you’d want a gate if yours is. Really fantastic trip and the condo was close to all the things we wanted and needed. Oh and the kids loved all the board games! We played lots of Scrabble :)

Condo is located 3 miles from the Canyons ski area. Its in a shopping center with restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk. The place is perfect for four people. Everything you need to cook is available in the kitchen. The only thing it doesn’t have is a bbq grill with would be nice in the summer. We were all very pleased.

Great time, the PM company didn’t provide us with the codes for the gates or garage until we called and notified them it wasn’t in the email. Property management was very prompt on addressing issues.

New carpeting, well stocked and great beds.
The codes providing access to the property were incorrect upon our arrival, and the garage door panel did not work until our last day there. Our entries and departures were much more complicated than they needed to be.
A safety bar in the downstairs shower would be a great help.

Great place to relax after mountain biking on the local trails, right from the condo, or a day riding up at Deer Valley resort bike park. The condo was very comfortable, clean and close to shops and restaurants. Loved our stay!

Great Location in Park City
Our family stayed here for a lacrosse tournament in Park City. We had teammates staying all over the place and I can say our location is the best. Walk to restaurants and shops, easy highway access and even a free concert next door. The home had everything we need and lots of space for a family of four to spread out. Beds were comfortable and home was spotless. We will be booking again next year

Great condo in an excellent location
My husband and I stayed here with our girls (ages 15 and 12) for a ski trip to Alta and Deer Valley. The location of the condo is unbeatable. Right in the heart of the Newpark complex, this condo is close to Whole Foods and Smiths, and a two-minute drive to yummy restaurants like Loco Lizards and Full House Asian Bistro. We rented our skis from Breeze, which is just down the ramp -- super convenient. We've stayed in other locations before (like Black Rock Ridge), and this was the first trip that we did not have to worry about forgetting things at the store -- super easy to get whatever we needed.
The condo itself is very well-equipped. There is a cozy living room with an easy-to-use gas fireplace, and a huge, user-friendly television. The kitchen has what you need to make quick breakfasts and dinners -- a well-functioning dishwasher, a good-sized fridge, and a nice stove.
Upstairs is a bedroom with two twin beds and an adjoining bathroom, and downstairs is a second bedroom with a queen bed and another adjoining bathroom. The bathrooms are up-to-date and (unlike other places we have stayed) we never ran out of hot water.
The owners were wonderful and very responsive. We ended up having to leave a night early because our daughter got sick, and they very graciously gave us a night's rent back even though the cancellation period had long past.
Definitely stay here if you have the chance!

The perfect place for a visit to Park City
This property was exactly what we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped for all our cooking needs, right down to ziploc baggies for our sandwiches! Saved us having to buy food in the lodge. Everything is clean and in great condition. I highly recommend this property for a family with two kids or for two or three friends meeting to enjoy the surroundings.

I say "fantastic experience" because of everything associated with the property... It was super clean, well organized, and well-appointed. The shopping and restaurants nearby were convenient and great - walking distance to everything. The property hosts were very responsive and extremely accommodating. Great place for a Getaway!
We had a great time in PC. Property is located near great restaurants, shopping , grocery stores, really anything you need. Everything was so easy from check in to check out! We would love to revisit!

Great location for our family ski trip!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your home. It was a nice 10 minute drive to the Park City ski base. It was so nice to come home to a kitchen and a fireplace after a long day of skiing. There are a ton of great restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance . We will definitely plan to stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Wonderful for a Family Break
We loved our stay. We travel fairly often and so appreciate all of the efforts of the owners in making their condo so comfortable. It had everything we could possibly need. It was fully equipped with great cookware and the location was perfect. We were close to skiing but we love the complex of the condo so close to necessities like groceries but also with all shops, restaurants and so many take-out options. There is a nice walking trail that goes around the complex too. Thank you for giving a wonderful place to spend our holidays!

Nice Condo in New Park area of Park City, UT
Very nice condo, clean and convenient location to park city, canyons and deer park. It is in a relatively new complex that has a number of nice restaurants, ski shops, etc. The owner was immediately available with any questions.
