Una rara gemma di una casa situata nel cuore del centro storico di Lakeland, a pochi passi da splendidi ristoranti, bar, biblioteca, museo, Florida State College, lago Holingsworth, Lake Mirror, lago Morton (con bellissimi cigni) con facile accesso allo shopping e tutte le principali autostrade.
Facile 25 minuti di auto dai parchi di Tampa o Orlando o dalla vita notturna!
Parcheggio gratuito all'interno dei locali e un bellissimo patio esterno e condividi con NO ONE.

Tho was my second time staying with Edgar. This was a different unit from the first. Always very clean and quiet. Neighborhood is close to everything needed. Definitely thumbs up!

We really enjoyed this property. It was very clean, the neighborhood was quiet, it was a perfect spot for us to land for a couple of days. The washer dryer was a nice bonus. I was having trouble communicating with the host, but it may have been my issue it was the first time with the vrbo app. I'm not very techy. I was a little disappointed that there was only enough coffee for two cups (one a piece) for one morning. Overall Great Stay!

Our stay at the Cozy Studio was a welcome and well appointed oasis from the hustle and bustle of vacationing. There are some "neighbors" (up to 1 or 2 shared walls, if memory serves), so there may be more or less traffic around your unit, depending on who else is there and which unit you get. Still, each unit is otherwise separate, and our stay was pleasant with easy checkin, reasonable checkout, and no complications. We'd visit again and hope that you give this listing a try!

Lovely little studio in Lakeland with easy walk to Polk art museum, lakes and downtown restaurants. Apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything I needed for my week long stay. Host was very helpful.

Excellent Experience
We recently stayed in this charming apartment for three months for our first snowbird visit to Lakeland to be near family. This apartment was all we could ask for, and our hosts were warm, welcoming and responsive to our requests. The apartment is tastefully decorated and well supplied. The storage available was generous and met our needs for an extended stay very well. It was a bonus to have the laundry room, beautiful screened-in porch and adequate parking for our large truck. We were able to store our bicycles safely on the screened-in porch. The location was quiet and within easy walking distance to two lakes, the library, the art museum and the downtown area with multiple restaurants, farmer’s market and local events. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

The property is quite comfortable and quiet and is a good stop for a business traveler. The host "Edgar" is extremely responsive as I had a question and he responded in just minutes
