This house is ideally situated in a prime location, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The house itself is well-appointed and perfectly suited for our group of friends. The multiple bedrooms provided ample privacy when needed.

We pulled up to about 5 elk in the driveway! This was our third time to stay at the house and it was even better than before. It has everything our family needed for a relaxing, fun getaway. Great location central to everything Estes and RNP has to offer! Super comfy and clean, loved playing cornhole and lounging in the hammock outside plus cooked some great meals in the well appointed kitchen!

This is our second stay at the spacious Morgan Pine House and won’t be our last. The house was immaculately clean on our arrival! The yard is perfect for dogs needing space and fresh air. Everything from outdoor pillows for the patio furniture to extra pillows for the beds is provided and easy to access. There are detailed instructions on what is provided and how to operate everything for optimal comfort. The kitchen has everything we needed and more. The sitting area is very comfortable and spacious. The beds are soft which isn’t ideal for bad backs but we made it work. A king sized bed would be great so my husband and I could actually sleep together but that’s our issue…it’s hard to go back to a Queen once you’ve had a king. This house even has some lovely views of the mountains from the living room and the occasional elk stopping by for a rest. We will stay here again when we return to Estes Park!

Our stay here from start to finish was perfect! The communication with the property managers before was the best that I have had staying in a VRBO property, and we have stayed at many! The home was also extremely clean on arrival and it was very well appointed with everything we needed. Easy check out process was a bonus for us as well!! We absolutely loved RMNP and Estes Park and hope to be back…. and we would not hesitate staying at this home again if we do so!

Excellent house!
Stayed with our family 2 and bulldog Tilly. The house is in a great location ... Just a couple of minutes to downtown Estes. The back yard is fenced if you bring your pets. Deer and Elk would come through the property most mornings. We very much enjoyed the stay and will book it again!

Comfortable home
Great location to downtown Estes Park and the RMNP. Quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed being able to relax together after going separate ways. Also nice to be able to cook for everyone as well.

Family weekend with adult children
The Morgan Pine House was the perfect place for us to gather and enjoy each other’s company while taking advantage of the amazing location. Not only was it fully stocked with everything we needed, it was comfortable and the fenced yard made dog maintenance a breeze. We loved every minute of our stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely perfect!
This home was fabulous! Close enough to town to walk, if you desire. Directions in binder to avoid traffic, if not going into town. List of favorite spots for everything imaginable! Really felt like the owners were invested in making our stay as enjoyable and carefree as possible!

Accommodations were just right for our family stay in Estes Park. Only a mile to the downtown area and 10 minutes to RMNP. Nice neighborhood.

Feels like home!
We stayed here while attending a week long dog show.
The home is clean, comfortably furnished and the kitchen was perfect. The fenced back yard was a definite plus, as was the elk who joined us for coffee most mornings.

Huge 3 bedroom, 2 bath, enclosed backyard, clean, comfortable, cozy, modern yet still cabin/mountain-feel. Has everything you could possibly want/need! Very happy renters!

Great weekend getaway
My family rented this house for the weekend and it was a perfect getaway. We didn't go into town due to Covid restrictions, and the house had everything we needed for the weekend. It was cozy and clean, and we can't wait to rent it again in the summer.

Beautiful Home But Poor Costumer Service from Property Manager
When we arrived (October 2020) the air quality was hazardous to human health and health and safety declarations had been issued warning individuals to stay inside and not to drive due to the local wildfires. The wildfires worsened overnight and we ended up leaving town the next morning just before the city was officially evacuated. The property manager is local and could have at least given us a warning before we traveled about how bad the air quality was (I received multiple texts/emails about checking-in, but nothing about how serious and unsafe it was in Estes Park). We ended up getting a partial refund but it took multiple phone calls to the agency (Vacasa) and was like pulling teeth. They seem to prioritize keeping as much of my rental fee as possible over my personal safety and wellbeing. The home itself was absolutely beautiful and I would love to rebook but do not feel comfortable working with Vacasa again.

Generously Appointed
We are frequent travelers and often book w/ Home Away/VRBO. We have grown accustomed to the skimpy amount of household supplies. However, I was tremendously surprised by the abundance of supplies and how generously appointed it was. Towels, linens, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, paper products, kitchen bags and cleaning supplies, etc. The only thing missing was a starter for the laundry. We stayed a week and had all we needed. I'm accustomed to having to go shopping and stock a rental with items that we don't use up in a week and have to leave behind, which feels wasteful. Thank you Vacasa for offering these abundant supplies on this property. I plan to book w/ Vacasa again. The house seems to be recently renovated, beautifully furnished, perfect location, and there's an overall feeling of peace in this home. We felt very "at home" with our family of 5. Every one had their own room, so there was plenty of space to spread out and have some privacy. We are frequent visitors to Estes Park and hope to return again.

Enjoyed staying in this very clean, comfortable home! The Margan Pine House has several options for family/group fun such as a fire pit and grill whole outside, games and movies for inside. Hope to stay longer next time!

Perfect location in a clean house with nice set-up.
The Morgan Pine House was clean, had plenty of towels, and had lots of space to move around and not get in each others way. The location was great with a short mile to get to the lake or downtown Estes. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and the house had a nice 'feel.' The only reason that I am leaving a 4/5 star, is because it was very difficult to control the temperature of the different rooms.

Great "home away"!
This house is perfect for a getaway to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. The house is clean, tastefully decorated, very well equipped, i.e. kitchen, linens, etc., the location is great, close to downtown and in a quiet neighborhood.

Vacation dream home
This house I rented for my parents and aunt and uncle to stay in while visiting Estes Park . They are your typical hotel people so this was a 1st for them and they loved the place. The location was perfect, close enough for them to go into town or set on their patio in quietness. I believe this will be the way to vacation for them from now on. The house was very clean , had every thing they possibly needed. Dad enjoyed grilling out in the afternoons. They watched the elks while drinking their morning coffee. This place is exactly what it says and then some. Thank you for making your home my family’s home.

Rented this property for my parents , aunt and uncle. The house was perfect for them and had everything they needed. Colors enough to town but far enough away from it also. Thanks again for making their stay fabulous.

Amazing get away
Everything ABSOLUTELY beautiful home close to EVERYTHING really enjoyed quality time w my son and stepsons along w my daughter in law after just suffering a tragic loss of my husband and there father. Neighbors was amazing very peaceful. We WILL BE BACK LOVED IT

Nice Place with Shortcomings
We rented this place as our first choice fell through due to a fire. The layout worked out well for our family of five— the large, well equipped kitchen with open dining room, and living room were comfortable and up to date. The three bedrooms were of decent size with comfortable queen beds and good closet space. Nice TVs , DTV and wifi. Good towels and toiletries. The location is convenient to RMNP , downtown EP, EP golf course, and is in a residential neighborhood. The wrinkles: a small backyard with no scenic views. A goofy front entry with a blocked porch so had to drag luggage across front yard. Small garage grill so had to cookout on the driveway. Smallish bathrooms with low shower heads. Trundle Bed and sofa bed mattresses were thin and useless so one of our kids slept on the sofa. Garage door opener would be a plus for easy loading and entry. We arrived to find a broken patio screen, dishwasher, and dryer. Very responsive property manager had dishwasher fixed within 24 hrs and tried with no success on other items.

This place was cute and cozy, close to town and I received quick responses when I had questions. The kids loved seeing the reindeer and making smores. Plenty of room for all of us. Thank you for allowing my family and I to stay here.

Very clean house in a quiet neighborhood. Close to town and all the amenities we needed.
The house was updated to very nice condition, very modern. The quiet dishwasher was great. We had all the amenities we needed. Plenty of towels and blankets. Loved the floor layout with bedrooms away from kitchen and living room and kitchen. However, the hot water faucet in the master bath was not working. Also the toaster would not latch to cook toast. Loved our time there. Plenty of nice touches regarding the decor.
