Location and the style of the apartment.
The swimming pool was cold.

Amazing location, being 2 minutes walk to Yumbo Centre, 15 mins walk to the Maspalomas Dunes, bus stops at every corner.
Nothing to complain about, maybe except for bring your own shower gel/shampoo.

very cosy, clean, surrounded by shops & food places, balcony with view of the town
no place for luggage storage after checking out (but turns out it’s not that bad carting my luggage around)

Great location near Yumbo, the apartment has everything needed, including also a laundry machine. Very good communication with the hosts.
The walls seem very thin and everything from the neighbors can be heard easily. Pool area looks a bit dated.

The apartment is located in a nice area, full of restaurants and close to the jumbo center. To walk to the maspalomas dunes one needs around 15 min. A great plus is the access to the private parking, which is important if you plan to rent a car for visiting the island. Nino is a great host always ready to help and answer any questions.

Apartment was very clean and looked fresh. Lots of restaurants around, close to a local supermarket. Would definitely stay here again.
