Town home on the water
2 camere da letto 2 bagni al piano superiore 1/2 bagno al piano inferiore. Cucina completa, lavanderia esterna, accesso alla piscina e acqua con 2 posti barca condivisi (2 posti letto sono condivisi tra altri 6 condomini e sono il primo arrivato, primo servito). A pochi passi da Hurricane Junction (bar / ristorante), dietro l'angolo dal centro di pesca e rampa della barca. 1 letto matrimoniale queen size, 2 letti gemelli nella seconda camera da letto con materassi nuovi di zecca, divano letto per 2 con letto extra fornito. Porta la famiglia / gli amici e il cibo è fornito a tutti gli altri. TV satellitare di Dish Network con tramoggia e joey in entrambe le camere da letto e il soggiorno. Al piano superiore e balconi al piano di sotto. Recentemente installato nuovo frigorifero al piano superiore, aggiornamenti lavatrice / asciugatrice e aria e calore centralizzati nuovissimi. ORA ABBIAMO WIFI !!!!

The one thing that was not ideal is the parking of you have more than one vehicle with a boat and trailer . Neighbors were not the friendlest but Thank goodness Ronna and Dwayne for letting our son park his truck over there a their business. Other than that it was ok. Need more kitchen rags and towels we would definitely stay ther again

neighbors are very rude and NOT happy with this owner renting the condo. They were confrontational and basically were short of picking a fight.
Boat slips are supposed to be first come first serve but the neighbors do not allow renters to use the shared slips. I notified the owner but since they are remote there is nothing they can do. I would not recommend this rental. I own a home in POC just needed this rental for over-flow guests, was NOT worth it at all. We didn’t feel comfortable even using the pool.

Terribly dirty. Air filters were black with dirt. Carpet filthy.
Disposal didn’t work. Master bedroom closet door off railing. Staircase at front door broken.
Furniture sagged and had torn fabric.
Overall not up to VRBO standards in any manner.
I left 3 days early, because of unhealthy conditions. Please consider a refund.

Great location. Home is a little older but we did not mind. Kids liked fishing off the pier and getting to swim in the pool too.

Waterfront But Boat Slip Not Guaranteed
The property is an old one but the interior was pretty clean and comfortable. If you’re planning to bring a boat, be warned that a boat slip is not guaranteed as six units share two slips that are first come first serve basis. The pool is between this unit and the canal, so there is no boat slip tied to this condo. This isn’t clear in the listing. Due to the age and potentially limited boat slip access, I think the price was too high for this rental.

This was the perfect setup for a great weekend fishing POC. The shared slips were always available for use and the owners were easy to reach and got right back with us.

Great location and good Wifi
Condo was conveniently located near the boat ramp and we got to use the shared boat slip everyday we stayed there. The A/C in the condo worked amazing and the pool was nice and clean. Super easy check-in and check-out process. The condo is in need of some cleaning & repairs but the condo owner was very polite and said they would be taking care of fixing and cleaning the condo.

very clean well furnished right buy the pool and had 2 slops that were 1st come 1st serve that Could have been a problem since there are 2 slips to share for condos 17 - 22. but would definitely stay again here

Great condo on the water - we will return
Rented the condo on Poco Bueno weekend with my wife and another couple and had a great time. The location of the condo walking distance from Hurricane Junction and the boat slip made fishing, eating, and drinking easy. The AC blows very cold which was a game changer in the 100+ heat that weekend. We loved that the condo came with access to the pool, had two decks, a fish cleaning station, exterior shower, and many other amenities. The owners of the Condo are also very great people who were very helpful to us for undisclosed reasons, are very responsive, and all in all made the experience just that much better. This was my second trip to POC and the other couples 50+ trip. We have already decided we will stay here again and again.

Great Stay
I've been to POC several times and stayed at several homes and even the local hotel. This trip my parents visited. The pool and dock are a game changer. House was very clean and ideally located (next to ramp, pool, restaurant). The owners responded quickly to questions. All in all a great spot. It even has a small grill available that wasn't listed.

Nice Fishing House - not great beds.
I came with a couple of buddies to fish. The boat slip was great to have and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc. The living room was pretty nice and very comfortable. AC blew cold:-). Love the deck. It is also cool to be across the street from a friendly restaurant & bar. Two minor issues - 1st the beds are cheap and uncomfortable. 2nd - get some towels and sheets and pillow cases and real pillows, not the ones that go on a couch. And blankets or comforters please. Still, we had a great time. If you stay here, just bring bedding (including pillows) and towels. You'll thank me later.
