Very nice quite neighborhood. Fenced yard was a plus. The only thing that was disappointing was the cooking utensils and skillets they need replaced and needs some bowls for cooking. But very clean and comfortable bed.

You will not be disappointed with your stay here. The property is very clean, tidy, and very convenient to Thomas Drive and the nearby beaches. We spend all our time on the beach when we visit and this property was perfect for the type of beach experience we enjoy. Dawn was incredible to rent from and made everything so easy.

This home was the perfect place to stay at with a dog, but could have definitely used some updates. The house was clean for the most part and everything was sufficient for a week away on the beach. The walk to the beach was a little far but totally doable. The kitchen lacked a few essentials such as a hot pad, but everything available was enough to cook meals in all week. The price was a little high for the shape the home was in, but it was still a get away none the less, and we felt safe and comfortable all week.

The drive from Dallas was long. When me and my family arrived to the property everything was nicely arranged. Lights were on for a nice welcome. Fans were turning for fresh cool air. TV's were playing for a not so quiet and lonely arrival. The place had substsnce and very welcoming aura. I will most definitely be coming back. I most definitely recommend this property to anyone who would be coming to Panama City. Dawn was awesome and accommodating. Thank you ,Dawn!

This home was the perfect place to stay at with a dog, but could have definitely used some updates. The house was clean for the most part and everything was sufficient for a week away on the beach. I can't understand why most places wont allow big dogs when most big dogs are well behaved and fully potty trained while small dogs are normally barky and not fully potty trained. Enjoyed our stay! Enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The beach is wonderful, not crowded at all and our dog loved to be out running in the sand. It was very nice having the fenced yard for our dog. Only complaint was the neighbors bright light at night made it hard to darken our bedroom....we like it pitch black and it felt like the sun wss rising in the middle of the night.

We have rented this place several times! Clean convenient and a great place to stay with our furry kids!!

It was a nice getaway from all that’s going on. Was able to relax and property manager was always responsive and helpful throughout. I will definitely book again.

This place was so cute and the perfect size. Close enough to the beach but across the street and away from the busy street. Cute little fenced in back yard. Very clean and had everything we needed to have a relaxing weekend getaway.

Great little house super close to beach but the couple blocks off the beach gives it nice quiet neighborhood feel. We travel everywhere we can with our dogs so the small backyard was perfect. They spent most of the time sunbathing. Check in and out process was very easy. The only con was no supplies (paper towels, dish soap, etc) but this was not unexpected based on the listing. Would recommend!
