OMG! Look no further…for real! Please book this home! DO NOT SECOND GUESS ANYTHING! Location, perfect…cleanliness, perfect (I’m a nurse, I’m very critical)…location, perfect…luxury, perfect…communication with the owner, even at midnight (I did it)…perfect! The beds are sooo comfortable..they just mold to your body. The showers are spacious, nice and hot. Plenty of kitchen gadgets/luxury utensils. Reclining sofas, AC wonderful! My whole family (8) bundled up in blankets and had a movie night on the gigantic TV in the family room. We ordered groceries from Walmart (book your delivery early), ordered Door Dash with no problems, and there are so many restaurants super close to the house. I have teenagers and they literally stayed in the game room for hours! We heard them at times laughing so hard and screaming, it made us laugh knowing that they were having a ball on their vacation. Book this home! The club amenities and pool area are phenomenal! Thank you Tom! We truly enjoyed every second in your beautiful home. You have an amazingly hospitable spirit about you. We appreciate you!

This house was perfect for our family and friends. Very clean and updated. Tom was quick to respond to any questions before our trip and during our stay. I recommend this house to anyone not wanting to pay the high Disney hotel prices. Hot tub worked great and heated up within 30-45min. Kids enjoyed the water park slides and pool. Food at the resort wasn’t bad either for fast food. You can’t go wrong with this location in proximity to Disney parks. Very good restaurants near along with a Walmart very close! Give this house a chance and you won’t be disappointed!! Thanks Tom for your hospitality! Also, the new ice maker was a great bonus!

Beautiful development. Close to entry / exit gates. 3 min easy walk to clubhouse and water park which our daughter loved. Close to Walmart (under 5 mins) and numerous restaurants within 5-10 mins. The house had more than enough space for our party of 7. TVs and seating were plentiful. Game room and pool table were lots of fun but the pool was the most enjoyed amenity that we used daily. Kitchen was beautiful. We grilled outside 2 nights, loved it. The drive into Disney was an easy 15 mins and just a bit longer when leaving with the crowds at the end of the day. Not much longer than waiting for Disney transportation to a resort. We enjoyed the extra space, privacy, and true vacation feeling compared to staying at a crowded Disney resort. Would recommend to anyone.

The property was exactly as stated on listing. It was very roomy and comfortable. We arrived after midnight with no problems getting in the gated security. The owner was great and promptly answered questions. We had 6 adults, 1 child and a baby and we all agreed we would stay there again. Very close to all Disney parks.

I’m very familiar with Windsor hills and used to be an owner. The little things meant a lot in this house especially the comfort of the beds! Not always the case with some rentals.
The biggest plus was renting from someone like Tom. He’s extremely responsive and makes it obvious he’s there to serve his customers. Thank you!!

My family and I where very satisfied with our 5 night stay. The house was very clean and everything was in working order besides the one dryer. The kids loved the game room and spent most nights watching movies and playing games. The two master bedrooms where spotless. We used the pool and hot tub every night and where very satisfied. My only suggestion is that some of the pans need to be replaced as it made cooking for a large family a little difficult but we managed. Overall we were very satisfied and we will definitely rent again.

The view of the lagoon is my husband's favorite and we have already booked again for later this year. Tom’s property was great. Everything he described as an extra like the heated pool and YouTube tv was great. House was updated well and in a safe neighborhood. He was very responsive with and any questions we had as well. This place has a lot of amenities you would not get or think you needed in other properties. We would def come back if we’re in Florida.

This property had higher end features compared to other rentals we've stayed at. The hot tub actually heats up which most properties it is the same temp as the pool. With the touch of a button it heats up within 20min and then automatically stops heating after a couple of hours to save on energy. We enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool a ton! And, there is sun on this pool all day long! Other guests have left pool floaties and toys in the outdoor bin which was a bonus. We did need to buy beach towels at Walmart. Walmart is just down the road and we did grocery and alcohol pickup there. We easily stopped there to pickup anything we needed on the way back from our activities. The appliances are high end and the fridge has water and ice maker. We didn't need much bottled water. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beds were comfortable. The couch with power recliners was large and comfortable. Everything was very clean. The kids loved the pool table and game room and bounced between there and the pool. We never dealt with, "I'm bored." There was a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, and soap in each bathroom. There were 2 pods each for the dishwasher and washing machine. We brought extra with us. There was a role of paper towel, garbage bags and some TP. We bought dish soap (thought this would be provided), liquid hand soap and TP. The patio table was large with 6 chairs and some additional lawn chairs around the pool to accommodate our group of 10. We all really liked having our own bathrooms. The waterpark area is a bit crowded, so when we had to check out hours before our flight, we just went down the road to Disney Springs to enjoy some more great weather, and food. Overall, we were very pleased with this property and will stay again! There is a lot of comfort with letting your kids walk around a gated community. And, this property is very close to the waterpark and tennis courts.

Lots of space for kids to hang out separately, and they loved the pool table. The Windsor Hills property is great - no issues and house was located in a great spot within the community. This home was a wonderful place to stay for a week of Disney World and some beach time. The pool and hot tub were frequently used by all of us the entire week we were there. Beds are comfortable and the amenities are just like being at home. It’s a fully stocked kitchen with even a crockpot or two. We probably should have cooked more than we did and will definitely look at doing more of that next time we stay here. The biggest recommendation I can give is that we will definitely be back!

This was our 3rd stay in Windsor Hills as it is the perfect location to many Florida attractions. This home's location in Windsor Hills was the best of the 3 with a much quieter and more private experience. Tom was always available for any assistance or questions. Teenagers enjoyed the ability to spread out and the game room. Would definitely stay here again.

Family group of 6 plus 2 babies under 1. We stayed for one week in Tom’s beautiful 5 bed house in the excellent Windsor Hills development where everything was provided for a very enjoyable holiday, close to Disney and everything else that this part of Orlando offers.
We had to remain indoors for 2 days while Hurricane Ian passed through but we always felt safe and Tom stayed in touch to ensure we had everything we needed.
Strongly recommended.

Really nice property with lots of space that serves as a great oasis to rest during Disney/Orlando visits, or just to hang out at and have fun.
The house has been very well updated, and was clean and in good shape. The beds were nice and comfy, with plenty of spots for a large family to spread out. The TV is huge, and has a good sound system if you want to just watch TV and chill out. The game room was handy as well, and the pool and spa were wonderful after a long day of walking.
Tom was great to work with, and very responsive to any questions. Check in process was well documented and went very smoothly. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Really appreciated the all-in pricing model -- no surprises on your bill.
For those that don't know the area, this is about as close as you can get to the Disney parks when staying in a house outside the park. That said, be aware that the parks are huge, so it still will take some time to get there and you will need a car. It's also well positioned for getting to Universal, and it's not a bad drive out to Kennedy Space Center on the coast.
Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip short due to hurricane Ian, but we really hope to come back again some time in the future. We'll definitely be checking with Tom first before checking anywhere else when we do.

The beds in the downstairs masters were super comfortable (I can’t speak for the ones the kids used in the other 3 bedrooms as they were so exhausted after fun filled days!). Communication with the host was faultless. The community facilities were excellent and the whole resort felt really safe and secure. There was so much space in the property and the kids loved the games room. We had plenty of privacy between our 2 families despite all staying under one roof. Lots of places nearby to eat and the local Walmart was practically on the doorstep. We would wholeheartedly recommend this villa to any family groups wanting a property close to Walt Disney World. Thanks for a wonderful holiday!

We have stayed in this neighborhood for many of our Disney/Florida trips but this our favorite house so far. The upgrades in this house are well done and it's location is great. It's nice not having rear neighbors because these houses are close together. When it's late and you just want to go to sleep, you'll appreciate not having three other families partying right behind you. The kitchen was nicely updated and clean and NO bugs, which is quite common in these houses in Florida. The pool and the game room were favorites for our kids. The pool area has a TV and bluetooth speaker and the hot tub heat is nice to have even in 90+ degree. At the end of a long day walking around the parks, the heat feels great on your legs and back. Tom was easy to work with and available by phone and email when we had questions/issues. When you stay in a house this large, you are going to have questions. When we had a problem with one of the air conditioning units, maintenance came out and fixed it that day. When we requested to extend our stay because of an unexpected funeral that we needed to attend in Orlando, Tom worked with us and even sent a care basket for our family. Great customer service and will definitely stay again. Thanks, Tom!

Perfect!
My family of 4 loved this house and definitely recommend. Anytime I had questions and reached out to Tom, he was quick to get back which was appreciative. Nothing majorly wrong, just my inability to figure out thermostat! Pool with light was awesome for the kids, streaming in every room including pool area was good touch, and beds were super comfy. So much easier just getting all perks included!!

MDM was a wonderful rental experience. Very easy rental process - great communication! The rental property is very well kept, furniture is comfortable, pool was fabulous! Teenagers loved the game room! This property is conveniently located to all Disney theme parks- we were consistently surprised how quickly we arrived at our destinations. Highly recommend this property- we will definitely be back :)
