Our stay was very relaxing and the owners were so kind and accommodating!

Ron and Rose met us at the Beach House and took us through the house showing us where everything was located getting us settled in. The location is near John’s Pass and within easy walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The big draw for us is being right on the beach, we walked the beach practically every day and enjoyed every moment of our stay. We give two big thumbs up and will definitely plan on returning again in the future.

This house was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect; right on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, activities, etc. We had everything we needed for our week’s stay at the house; so much more than we expected. I read in a previous review that the pictures in the listing do not do the house justice-I absolutely agree with that 100%. This house is clean, cozy, and perfectly decorated, and we loved the personal photos of the family. I must mention that Ron was the perfect host. He called us before our trip, answered questions during our stay, and called at the end of the week to make sure we had enjoyed our time at the beach house. Thank you so much, Ron and Rose for sharing your beautiful home with our family.

Thus was our 3rd stay in 3 years. Ron is wonderful. The house couldn't have a better location. Clean and has everything you would need. Always a pleasure to stay here.

We could have not asked for better hosts. Ron and Rose provided great communication leading up to our arrival. Their beach house is located conveniently by Johns Pass and provide all the amenities you could need. Of course the best part is view from the deck off the master bedroom. Definitely a place we would consider staying at again!

The house is situated directly on the beach just yards from the sea. The property is actually better than the photos and very spacious and accommodated our party comfortably. It's ideally located close to shops bars and restaurants

My husband and I, along with our best friends, rented this house for a week vacation. Ron, our host, is wonderful and very easy to talk to and responds quickly to any messages. The house is beautiful and beach access is so easy! We spent most of the time on the deck, just talking and looking at the beach. The rent is very reasonable for this lovely home and he doesn't require a cleaning fee! Just leave it like you found it. We won't ever rent anywhere in that area except that house. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay and house is directly on the beach as described. Ron & Rose met us at their house to check in and show us around. The place was quiet and very spacious and accommodating especially for several people for a family vacation and had very easy access to the beach.

I can't say enough good things about this vacation since it was the best one I've had a long time! Ron and Rose are really nice people. We had great communication before our trip and when we met them at check in, they gave us the run down of the house and the area. We had never been to that part of Florida before so we appreciated all of the tips. This house is just beautiful. The master bedroom is spectacular with a comfortable bed and plenty of pillows to choose from. We loved just relaxing on the deck in the sun or under the umbrella. It was a plus to be able to use the grill as well,but we also enjoyed walking up on John's Pass to get a bite. We also tried 3 different ice cream places and they were all fantastic. It's nice to be able to walk to everything. The beach was amazing. The gulf water was the perfect temperature and the sunsets are beautiful. We will definitely visit this area again and this beach house is where we are going to want to stay!

This is one of the best VRBO properties we’ve stayed at. It’s right on the beach but has a sense of privacy with the small sand dune running behind the back yard. The location is within walking distance to several excellent restaurants, shops, and water sport opportunities. Everything you need, plus a lot of extras, are provided by the hosts who personally greet you and show you around the property. Our dog had her best vacation ever with several quality dog parks nearby. We’ll be returning to this one! Thank you so much for your hospitality Ron and Rose.

Ron was a great host and we loved his beach house! Sitting on the deck feet away from the ocean was exactly what we were looking for. The beach was great and everything was within walking distance. The house was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again! Thanks Ron for everything!

Location was perfect, right on the beach with great view yet still provided privacy. Great deck for sun bathing, reading & enjoying breakfast or wine. Within easy walking distance to John’s Pass. Numerous good restaurants to choose from within reasonablewalking distance or a short drive. Had great weather as well. Excellent place to view the beach, surf and night sky. Ron was great to work with. Master bedroom with beautiful views of the dunes, beach and the Gulf. House had a “homey” feel.

We absolutely loved our stay! Perfect location! The house was well stocked and clean. The back deck right on the beach was amazing! Ron was great to work with throughout the whole process, we highly recommended it and can’t wait to return next year!

Pros: - The primary pro is the location. It's literally right on the beach. When you step off the back deck, you step onto beach sand. Unfortunately, the gulf view is partially obscured by a large mound of sand. - It's a large house. Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Good size living room as well. - The owners met us at check-in and walked us through the property. They are the nicest people you will ever meet. Con: - The condition of the inside of the house isn't great. It looks like it hasn't been updated in about 40 years. Several water damage areas on the wallpaper and the ceiling. A large amount of dust has accumulated on the ceiling beams. The house could use a top-to-bottom cleaning.

We love coming down to Ron’s beach house and enjoy being right on the beach. His place is well maintained, clean, and has everything you need for a great vacation on the beach!

Second time staying. We love the location and house. Ron and Rose are the best! Plus beach and ocean in your backyard how could you go wrong?! Also, both times we stayed we got to see dolphins so that’s always a bonus! We highly recommend!

This review feels a bit like telling others where my new favorite fishing hole is located not wanting to share, but Ron and his family could not be nicer, more accommodating hosts. This property exceeded our expectations. The kitchen is brilliantly equipped for all styles of cooking and entertaining. The entire house is larger than any of us expected from the photos. There are creative room designs throughout the property and plenty of interesting collections from years of the same ownership that gave the place a unique character. The 700 square foot patio is in great condition but could use a little extra shade. There is an outdoor shower and foot wash on the side of the patio that was great for cooling off while hanging out. The property is a short beach walk from shops and restaurants in both directions. We were able to film dolphins, pelicans and interact with a variety of local wildlife. Very reasonable cabanas to rent are available just yards from the back entrance for enjoying the beach directly on the water. We were reluctant to rent a car but found we didn't need one since Uber/Lyft were not farther than 8 minutes away at any given time. The owners were accessible for correspondence throughout the pendency of our reservation to answer any questions we had and then met us at the property upon arrival to give us a tour. They even called to check on us the day before tropical storm Nicole was to make landfall to make sure we had everything we needed. 5 star stay!

You can't get a better location right on the beach. Lots of space.

My family and I stayed at Ron’s beach house, it was absolutely perfect!! Super cute house right on the beach. Amazing views and plenty of activities to do within walking distance or a short drive. We spent just as much as we would’ve on a hotel, but had the perk of everyone having their own space. Being able to prepare food and do laundry as the week went along was so convenient. Ron was extremely helpful and responded quickly whenever I messaged with questions. If we make it back for another Bucs game, we would definitely book with Ron again!! Definitely 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great property and owner. Ron makes it so easy and enjoyable to stay here. You couldn't ask for a better location especially if you love the beach. The house has everything you need. Lots of places to eat within walking distance and best of all we could bring our 4 legged family with us! See you next year!

The beach house was perfect for our family with young children. The location was excellent, and you cannot beat being able to step out of the house right onto the beach! The house was equipped with everything we needed plus extras. Communication with Ron was excellent! We would definitely recommend!

As others have said, the location cannot be beat! The place looks better in person, which explains why they get so many repeat visitors! Ron and Rose were awesome hosts! Not long after we settled in, they texted and arranged to stop by to welcome us and show us the ins and outs of the place, but they were visiting also because the previous guest had hidden her purse and forgot it! Rose and I found it and they shipped it out to her. Ron was kind enough to allow us a later checkout because our flight was late. Very much appreciated! The place was full of amenities including beach toys, chairs, umbrellas , beach towels and sunscreen in every bathroom! Also some cute touches like a basket full of “doggie towels” This is their beach home and homey it is. We loved it. The only mishap we had was when a very fast Frenchie flew out the back door and was running across the “no pets allowed “ beach! Luckily we caught him fairly quickly and everyone on the beach seemed well entertained!

A perfect location on Madeira Beach! A short walk to John’s Pass with shops, food and water sports. Literally step off the back deck onto the beach! The sea oats / dune block the view to the beach and this is fabulous! You’re in your own oasis but just a few steps to the ocean. Very private, yet immediate access to the beach, ocean, shopping and more. Ron has everything you need for the beach - everything! Umbrella, chairs, floats, towels - you can show up with just the clothes on your back. Since the home has a washer and dryer you don’t need to pack much! The kitchen has all you need for meals and the fridge has much of the condiments and such you have in yours. The home is comfortable with family photos and evidence of family life - it’s like staying with a friend or family member. Ron greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour and ensured we had all we needed. Check in and out was a breeze. We were even able to bring our fur babies / which made our time all the more enjoyable. Ron is very generous with fees and options for cleaning. We very much appreciated the hospitality and the ability to hang with our fur babies, too. We didn’t want to leave! We will be back! Ron, thanks for being an awesome host.

Great house that sits right on the beach and easy walk to John's Pass. Owner was very easy to work with.

Our stay at this property was nothing short of perfect! I booked based on location and reviews and I was not disappointed. There were two couples each with one child and the size of the house was perfect. I loved how the owners met us to walk through and show us the ropes as we arrived. They were so friendly and made you feel at home. The house had everything you needed and felt like you were at home. The location was PERFECT. Just a few steps to the beach and a couple blocks to the boardwalk. We even saw two manatees just outside the house on our last day! I will certainly recommend this place to friends and hope to stay again with my family!

This was our second time staying here and it was just as amazing this trip, if not better, than the first time. You can’t beat the location. There were a total of 4 adults and 2 kids (ages 5 & 2). The house is stocked with beach toys and chairs which made it extremely easy to turn breakfast on the deck into play time in the sand. The short walk to John’s Pass makes for a great morning or sunset walk (you can walk the beach down to the boardwalk or the street). Ron is a great host who made sure we were comfortable and knew our way around. They make the house feel like a home away from home. Thanks for having us!
