Goditi il tuo tempo, sia che si tratti di Clemson, un viaggio d'affari o una vacanza in famiglia o con gli amici nella nostra casa sul lago all'angolo di Restful and Relaxing Lane .. un layout aperto di nuova costruzione, in stile Craftman con un terreno erboso piatto al lago. Splendide viste sul lago a bizzeffe ti danno il benvenuto con il tuo primo passo dentro! La grande sala aperta con soffitto a cattedrale, ampie finestre e un accogliente caminetto è spaziosa e ariosa. Ti divertirai a cucinare nella nostra cucina completamente attrezzata mentre i tuoi amici si siedono al bancone in granito a tutta lunghezza sorseggiando un caffè o sorseggiando un cocktail serale. Una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size si trova nella camminata nella dispensa al largo della cucina. La nostra casa è perfetta per famiglie e amici in quanto può ospitare comodamente 8. Svegliati in un comodo letto king size e goditi una vista spettacolare sul lago nella grande e lussuosa suite padronale con cabina doccia e doppio lavandino. La nostra spaziosa camera degli ospiti ha una regina e un letto singolo con un bagno completo annesso. Al piano superiore godono dei comfort e della vista dell'ampio soppalco con due letti matrimoniali.

The home is lovely and has a great view of the lake. We were in town for a Clemson football game and the location was convenient to pick up items items from Chick-Fil-A, Publix, and Whimsy Cookie Co. on the way to the tailgate. When our car wouldn't start on our departure day, the host (Sharon) was very flexible with our departure time.

Our stay at the lake house was absolutely amazing. We had our son's 6th birthday there and he had the best birthday! We made some wonderful memories as a family! The home is beautiful, extremely clean, and has everything you need. The flat yard leading to the lake is a rare find. This was the best lake house rental we have been in. The host, Sharon, was so accommodating and wonderful to work with. .

We had two familes stay and had a great time at the lake. The house was clean and in a calm cove on the lake, convient to town and the restaurants on the lake.

Would give this home a perfect rating. Lake was perfect. Home had everything we needed. We brought our boat and kept toes at the dock each night. Loved the early morning kayaks in the quiet cove, boating all dax evening dinners on the deck. Would highly recommend for a family if going to Keowee.

We had a great vacation at the lake house, lovely setting, everything in the house worked perfectly and was as described, with very clear instructions for everything. We would love to vacation here again!

Perfect home and location for our families Christmas getaway. This home is perfectly situated for exploring the many wonderful areas around Seneca...most less than an hour away. We were easily able to do many waterfall hikes, visit the Biltmore, Greenville and Clemson. The home was a perfect place to rest after busy days and offered a spacious living area to relax with perfect lake views. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook most of our meals at the house. Bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. Master bathroom has a fantastic large shower. Fire pit was perfect for chilly nights with s'mores! Highly recommend. We can't wait to return in the summer to experience all the lake activities.

I was already sold by the beautiful picture was blown away in person! Everything from location, views, scenary were amazing! My family and i decided to do our first getaway Thanskgiving. Having done so in this beautiful home that was super comfy, feeling like we are still at home was amazing. We had everything we needed, the house was beautifully decorated and did not feel like a rental, it felt like home. Amazing views and location right on the lake. The lake was clean and clear waters. Not only did we cook Thanksgiving dinner and spend the day, we were able to go to many different hikes and see many waters all within a short distance. The downtown was cute and decorated with Christmas lights. We had blast and definitely want to come back in the summer to enjoy some swimming in the lake along with water activities. Communication was aways there within minutes and answered any questions. Thank you so much from my family to yours!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is comfortable, laid out well and very clean. The location was perfect for us, close enough to Clemson yet far enough away to get out of the congestion. The lake provided much needed peace and quiet. We hope to have the opportunity to stay at this lovely home again!

Almost a pilgrimage. We’ve been coming to Clemson since the 79s. Now it’s three generations. A perfect and spot and so close to Clemson. Just a great property. Wish we were there for a longer stay

Very convenient location for Clemson Weekend. Twenty minutes from stadium down Hwy 123. We enjoyed using the kayaks that were provided and had a nice evening sitting around the fire pit. The house was clean and nicely furnished. We would plan to stay there again!

The owner was very responsive to any questions I had prior to our trip. We unfortunately had to cancel our trip at the last minute due to a medical issue and did not get to stay. I had however driven by the property on my prior trip to Senecca and it is in a lovely cove and looks just like the pictures. We plan on booking this property in the future when we visit again. I would highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance, you never know what will arise, and they were easy to work with.

We stayed for 4 nights in late March while visiting colleges with our daughters in the Clemson area. The home was exceptionally clean and decorated very nicely. The lake views are more beautiful in person. The home and scenic lake front location was just what we needed to disconnect from work and school and simply relax. We very much enjoyed having cocktails on the dock and enjoyed the beautiful lake. Cannot wait to visit again in the warmer weather. Thank you Sharon for being an exceptional host. The house was stocked with everything we needed.

This property is wonderful. It could not be cleaner, neater, prettier, or more well equipped. My husband and I had the best long weekend ever. Sharon’s communication and graciousness was amazing. We will stay again and again, I hope!

The Margiotta Lake House is absolutely wonderful.....it's a home that is fully stocked with everything you need to feel like you're at home, unlike so many rentals with just the minimums. From the boat dock to the kayaks to the yard and board games to the home stereo system, to the ingredients to make s'mores, the home had everything you need for a great vacation. The home was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for our group of six. Sharon was absolutely wonderful to work with. It was a perfect weekend and we will be back!

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was nice and had everything we needed. I feel like it held our family of 5 comfortably. Our kids loved all the games they had. We brought our boat and were easily able to tie it up and use it. The dock was also great and well kept. The owners were easily available if we had any questions.

We stay at Lake Keowee every few years and this was one of the best places weve stayed. Updated and nice. Water was a bit low, but that happens occasionally. We would definitely book again in the future.

We had a wonderful time at this house. Beautiful spot on the lake. Beautiful house! All new nice furniture and appliances. Everything worked without any issues. Lake only a few steps from the house. Wish we had more time to spend there!

EXACTLY as Advertised!
Review from frequent travelers and annual VRBO renters:
- Communication with owners was outstanding
- House comes exactly as advertised; fully stocked with all the dishes; etc and amenities you could ask for.
- Perfect location - quiet cove with excellent water views; we swam, floated, kayaked and boated from a very nice dock. Easy access to town (no 20-minute roller coaster up and down 1-lane roads) and to Clemson.
- Easy check in and check out process; unlike other rentals, we did not feel like we had to clean the house perfectly to avoid any penalties. Makes sense, right, given that you are paying a cleaning fee!
Overall, very genuine owners and great property. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t have been better
The house was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the dock, kayaks, playing and fishing at the house, a day on the lake in a rented boat, patio dining, lovely showers, a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, welcoming games, and a fire pit. Communication was excellent. Parking is limited to two spaces. Not a problem for us but something to note if you’re traveling w multiple vehicles. Memorial Day weekend couldn’t have been better!

Wonderful location, great hosts
Serene waterfront property with many extra touches, eg starter coffee kit, S’mores kit. Beautiful back deck, and access to two kayaks. Rooms are ample, though no bathroom in upstairs loft. Not an issue, though it took some coordination to get all of us showered and dressed for graduation. This was a perfect home for our son’s graduation visit. We were able to easily get back and forth to Clemson several times a day for the various graduation events, with the ability to stretch out and relax between events. If this wasn’t a graduation trip, we would be back! The hosts are also kind and responsive. She helped me find a local car service for an airport pickup.

Great for football weekend
My husband and I stayed at the house with our daughter, son-in-law (both Clemson grads) and our toddler grandson. The house was very convenient, very well stocked and supplied, and immaculately clean. It was particularly nice to find some extras (saran, foil, and such) and we added a few items to replace some we used. Thank you so much for sharing your home! And Clemson won!

Real gem of a lake home
We rented for a Clemson football weekend and the home was wonderful. All of our communications with Sharon were great and she provided plenty of recommendations for dinning. The home was spotless, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The back deck is fabulous with nice views of the lake. I enjoyed my morning coffee down on the dock. Our only regret was we could not spend more time there.

Amazing
I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Sharon went above and beyond to make our stay glorious. The house and property are second to none - very clean and very well equipped. I covet much of the decor and the shower. Everything was so relaxing. We sat out on the back deck and the boat dock. We stand-up paddleboarded right out of the back door. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.
