My wife and I had a wonderful time visiting family for Christmas in this home away from home. It was easy to get to and nearby shopping and our family.
The house was very clean and even had a few decorations up which my wife just loved. The kitchen was very well equipped and if you are planning to do any cooking, I suggest you check the pantry before heading to the store.
Golf Carts were available, but we didn't use them. We will keep this property in mind for our next visit to Sun City.

I was here for about a week and couldn’t have asked for more. Everything you needed was available in the kitchen/bathrooms/laundry. It was located in a quiet neighborhood that would be great for kids. Spacious and conveniently located. Kim was also responsive and informative. One of the easiest check-in and check-out processes ever. Thanks for everything!

This house was perfect for our visit to Sun City to visit my in-laws at neighboring Royal Oaks. The house was spotless and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed morning coffee on the patio while watching all the bird and bunny activity. Kim was wonderful to work with. We will definitely stay here on future visits.

This was the cleanest VRBO we have ever had, and we have used VRBO many times. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. The only surprise was that there was no dishwasher, but we managed just fine.
We hope to use them again in the future.

We come to Arizona each year for ten days to golf and visit a multitude of friends. This is the second year we've stayed in this house. It's conveniently located to Sun City, Sun City West, Surprise, and the golf courses we frequent. The house is great for our three person group (husband/wife and one friend).

LOOK NO FURTHER! Absolutely Must Stay in Sun City AZ!
Kim is Amazing! This home is Cute and Comfortable! Literally has the best working A/C in Arizona and has everything you need! You can park in the garage and even has Golf Carts available for rent as well.

The house is very outdated and there were broken/worn out things which needed replacement such as the outside screen door, garbage disposal, old furniture with broken seat recliners, golf cart, one of the four burners on the stove. No dish washer in kitchen. A coffee pot that literally took 30 minutes to brew a pot of coffee.
A Mop and several brooms that were so old they could not be used, I purchased my own for cleaning and donated to charity before we left. Worn-out blankets and towels for renters to use.
Golf cart was not usable in my estimate, and I do know a little about engines. Within the first 10 days of our two months stay I reported this to the property owner. Property owner simply stated that they would have it looked at after we left in another month and a half. Would have been nice to get a replacement until it was fixed or give us money back on our rental. They didn’t offer anything which seemed odd since they did make the golf cart a selling point of their property listing.
All in all, a real disappointment. First experience with VRBO was not a good one. Would be nice if VRBO stayed in some of these places before putting them out on their site.

Quiet Neighborhood
The property was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Although we were not there much we did find some time to enjoy the back patio a little bit, where there's lots of shade.

Pleasant retreat from a big family reunion
Very comfortable place to put your heels up after a day of sight seeing or, in our case, attending a big family reunion. Adequate basic kitchen where we made breakfasts and even a dinner for some of the family. The patio was a really nice place to sit and talk with people.

Stayed here for a Arizona Cardinals game. Great location. Quiet and peaceful.

Cleanest VRBO we've ever stayed in!
We were in town for a concert and our original VRBO fell thru due to a water pipe issue. We were so lucky to find this gem with less than 2 days notice. The house was spotless! The back patio was amazing. The beds were comfy. Kim was fantastic and responded quickly to every question. Great location! We would defintely stay here again!
