Very charming and cozy place for our weekend trip. It is walkable to the square where all the action is.
Just a couple of comments to note for future bookings. It is a Penthouse so there are 2 flights of stairs to get to the unit and the lock box location and the front of the building are a little confusing to find despite the detailed directions. This is being nit picky, but we would have liked a box of Tissue and ability to make ice (not just the frozen block in the freezer) Thank you for a lovely stay.

This location can't be beat! Right down the street from the plaza, right across from Whole Foods, free parking. We loved it here. Only thing is if you have kids who are light sensitive when they sleep, you'll want to bring some type of temp blackout curtain or the slumberpod because the bedroom is bright!! There's a white noise machine which really helps with any noise from the street too. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful apartment style place, upper level located easy walking distance from Sonoma Plaza, shopping, great restaurants, three grocery stores (Whole Foods, Safeway and Sonoma Market). Quiet neighborhood despite being off Napa Road. Elegant but comfortable at the same time. Air conditioning kept us comfortable despite a couple of warm days. Enjoyed the Farmers Market, Sonoma Hot air Balloon ride, Domaine Carneros Winery, walking the area and relaxing. Great stay.

Very nice and cozy place in the heart of Sonoma. Yes it’s noisy s others have said, but that is to be expected due to the location. 5 minute walk to Sonoma Square with tons of shops, restaurants, cafes, etc in the area. 10/10!

Great location! A block or so away from the main square in Sonoma. Easy to access from winery to winery. (we stopped back a few times) We loved the warm, rustic feel and large table in the kitchen. We appreciated the outdoor deck and comfortable king bed. We would be lucky to stay here again, thank you so much!

Very spacious and light-filled apartment just 2 blocks from Sonoma Plaza. Super convenient to everything! The host gets an A++ for communication and even facilitated a date change with no problem. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch!

We had a great stay. The rooms were open and welcoming. The bed was comfortable. The location was great, only 2 blocks from the Sonoma Square. Onsite parking made things easy and the bottle of wine left for us was a nice touch. We would highly recommend this property.

Although it was a rainy stay, the place was great worked out perfect for our little reunion gathering. Since I love, Sonoma, and I know where things are love being close to be able to walk to a lot of things. As well as run the trails place was comfy and exactly as listed.

If you want to walk to everything in Sonoma this is the place to stay. The square along with a number of quaint bars and restaurants and grocery stores is within a few minutes walk. There is a bike shop next door where you can rent a bike if you want to ride somewhere, there are a number of places within riding distance. The traffic is very accomodating to pedestrians and cyclists alike.
The actual place is very clean and cute. The kitchen is well stocked and I was even surprised to find they had a french press! I had coffee every morning on the covered balcony outside.

Nicely furnished, very clean, kitchen well supplied for all types of meal preparation, location & parking perfect. Never had any contact with a property manager, but had complete directions for arrival & departure. I actually prefer this method. I look forward to returning to this property.

Elegance and charm is totally accurate... accomodations were quite comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the living room with fireplace was a perfect place to relax and have a glass of wine after a fun day of exploring, shopping, and sipping in Sonoma. Definitely recommend this hidden gem.

This beautiful "penthouse" apartment is beyond wonderful.
Pat and Kate were very hospitable. The house is cozy and charming while still being elegant. It was spotless, bed was comfortable. The kitchen was easy to work in and had most everything one would need while on vacation. We were there for our 10th wedding anniversary and spent several days touring wineries, shopping, eating and drinking. I could have stayed another week or two. I would love to go again maybe with another couple. I believe there are two adjacent rooms/apartments that could accommodate more people. Its just lovely, comfortable, warm and welcoming.

I couldn’t be more happy with our stay at this property. The listing was just as it said on VRBO. The property was close to grocery stores, neighborhood restaurants and quiet at night when you’re trying to rest after a long day of tasting. I would definitely recommend this property to any of my friends visiting Sonoma.

Very nice unit with all of the amenities we needed. Nicely furnished and overall comfortable.
Only negatives were street noise - we are not light sleepers so it was fine for us, and the small window in the bedroom could us a curtain as it lets in all of the morning light so not easy to "sleep in"!
Very convenient location to walk to Sonoma Square's shops, restaurants and tasting rooms.
We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this townhouse in the heart of Sonoma. It has everything you need, very clean and comfortable, prime location, and very responsive host. I highly recommend this property if you are considering a trip to the wine country.

Lovely apartment very well equipped. All furniture comfy, good shower and bed. It is a little loud at time because there is a traffic light on the corner and some black out shades or shutters would be a bonus because the sunshine in the bedroom wakes you up before town is ready to wake up! Overall great place and super fun town

This property was perfect for our Wine Country visit. So close to everything in Sonoma. We only had to drive if we left the town proper. The decor is simply beautiful and everything was just as we needed. There are steps up to the unit, so be advised of that. Since it is in town, you can hear the street traffic, but this was not a problem in the evenings or for sleeping, and we were out and about during the day. A great place for a stay!

This unit was fantastic. Very clean and well furnished. It was also only two blocks from Sonoma Plaza, so we were able to easily walk there. It's also only a 25 minutes to drive to Napa (though we preferred Sonoma).

We stayed here 3 nights while touring the Sonoma area. The location was great--just 3 blocks to town. There's a Whole Foods right across the street.
The apartment was very charming, with the look of an older building, but with everything updated. We loved the fireplace and the kitchen. Even the little balcony was nice.

This penthouse apartment is delightful. The indoor spaces are perfectly appointed with everything you need or want and having the balcony was so nice. The fireplace adds a lovely ambiance when relaxing after a day of winery visits. The washer/dryer were an added bonus. The bed was super comfortable and there were plenty and a variety of pillows and towels. The toiletries were plentiful and top notch. The location was perfect. Only a few blocks from the square, a grocery store and several restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment.

This apartment is quite lovely and spacious. Each room is nicely appointed. The kitchen has all that you would need for cooking. The living room has a beautiful fireplace and the bedroom is great with very nice cotton sheets! Bathroom with shower small, but it's all you need.
The apartment location is perfect for walking around town. Easy to get to the main square, the grocery, etc. It is on the main road through Sonoma. So during the day, especially in the living room, it is a bit noisy. We could still watch TV in the living room but I'm afraid the sound was up rather high. However, at night there is very little traffic - we slept like babies.
There is another apartment next door and we think an adjoining room to our apartment - so if you needed more space there are several options.
Next time we are in Sonoma, this will be our headquarters again!

The property location was excellent and extremely comfortable. It gave us enough space and privacy within the apartment. The kitchen was great for cooking and plenty of room to cook and eat. All the windows are nice natural lighting and we really felt at home. Highly recommend!
