Quando entri nella proprietà ti sentirai rapidamente come se fossi appena atterrato su un'isola caraibica, fermati al tiki bar e ordina un drink tropicale e goditi la calma vista sull'acqua della baia. Questo resort sull'isola ha 2 porti turistici a mezzo miglio di spiaggia privata ed è situato su 124 acri lungo la costa sud di Tampa Bay, dove i tramonti sono mozzafiato. È situato tra Tampa e Sarasota, a breve distanza dalle spiagge di sabbia bianca di Clearwater. If you’re looking for a clean, nice and comfortable room to stay for your vacation then this will disappoint you. The hall way had a strong smell of mold. The room has strong air fresheners to cover up some unpleasant odors. The furnitures look old. The linens of bed are of low quality. The bathroom is very humid. The “white” towels might have been used for many years, even had yellow spots on them! Overall, the cleanness and comfortable level you get only compares to a cheap motel. Although there are some amenities the resort provides——private beach, two restaurants….—which are nice, the room itself really disappoints.

We had a blast, perfect place to stay. Place was spotless, beds were VERY comfortable, very nice pool and hot tub right nearby. The beach was a super short walk. The owner answered all my questions immediately. I have nothing but great things to say. At sunset this is exactly where you want to be. We will definitely be coming back. We bought some groceries, used hot plate to make spaghetti, toaster oven for garlic bread. You do not have to eat at a restaurant, plenty of amenities to eat right in the condo.

This resort has everything you need! Beach, 2 pools, 2 restaurants, and we saw dolphins every day and manatees! It was the easiest check in process and Ginny (server) at the sunset grill made us feel so welcome. We will definitely be back!

Unit was adequate for 2 people. Fridge was too small for our length of stay ( 1 month). Outside property was very nice. Perfect for seniors. Pool right outside of our building. Beach across the street. 2 restaurants on property.

I love the location and the restaurants on property we’re good the unit it’s self could use better cleaning, newer and more linens. We enjoyed our time here but this unit could use a little updating a little bit of money would make this a lot better for users.

Booked for a long weekend. Loved the resort amenities and location of the unit. The room was clean and comfy. Even though ‘civilization’ is only a few minutes down the road, the resort makes you feel as if they are a world away.

We arrived on a Friday night and Saturday was college football. We couldn't figure out the cable. Christine was quick on the spot to help us navigate the cable system!
The toilet was running non stop and Christine had a plumber come within 2 hrs to fix it.
Sunset Beach restaurant had an amazing grouper with crab cake. Hook bar was a cozy little place across the parking lot.

Ruskin Paradise
We had the best Mother's Day Week at this lovely condo! A nice sunset balconey on the 2nd floor and easy fob entrance to the pools! The Lazy Gator and Fish House (only open W,TH,F and Sat and they will cook your charter fishing trip catches too!) resturants were right on your entrance/exit road and both were excellent! I highly recommend the Latitudes Tours Sunset dinner & two hour nature pontoon boat tour, excellent food and wonderful crew with only a walk across the parking lot! The 5 - sunset Sunday drumming on Siesta Key beach was an awesome adventure and it's only one hour away!
The shady nooks at the resorts Bahia beach made it possible for me to stay at the beach longer than usual! Hooks just a few steps from the condo entrance had nice water view lunches in our schedule! I would highly recommend this tental!

Amazing getaway
We came for 3 nights and there was a lot to do in the resort. My husband and I swam and watched the dolphins and stingray's. We didn't leave the property except one day. I would highly recommend this place.

Absolutely Perfect
My son and I came down to visit family nearby. This is a little slice of heaven. The room was exactly as described. It was clean, it smelled fresh, the beds were comfortable. The location of this unit was nicely placed a very short walk between the pool/hot tub, the restaurants and the Inn's private beach. Christine was quick to respond to any and all of my questions, and very accommodating. 10 out of 10 I would totally recommend. We will definitely be back!

Room not up to par
The property and location couldn’t be better but this room was not up to my standards. There were German roaches in the kitchen and in the bathroom. There was quite a bit of dust on surfaces and bed frames were quite dirty. Only four towels were provided. The lighting in the room was awful. There was a leak spot on the roof. The listing says dogs are allowed and checkout is 11:00, but the host said no dogs allowed (dogs were EVERYWHERE on property, and she said checkout is 10:00). Would 100% recommend little harbor, but not this particular unit. My family checked out early due to the bugs.

Everything was just as expected. No disappointments here! Lots of stuff to do. Everyone we encountered near the condo were friendly and welcoming. Bring a beach towel though!

Location was Great, enjoyed beach, pool (lacking good furniture), restaurants on site. Condo facility was not exactly what we expected based on info provided by VRBO. Would not go back.

Great location with easy access to the beach. No elevator which is a downer when traveling with kids. Room was clean. Bathroom was small. Beds were comfortable. The A/C unit had an odd smell when running.

Comfortable & Good Location
The accommodations were comfortable for our brief stay. The location is good with easy access to Ruskin and the surrounding areas. Lots of good restaurants within a short drive and only 40 minutes to downtown Tampa.

Wish we'd had more time!
The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were able to enjoy the pool and both restaurants located on the property. Christine is very quick to respond with any questions and was a wonderful host. I would stay at the property again.

Little Harbor Condo
Stayed at property for a few days while visiting parents in Sun City Center. If you are looking for a clean, affordable, comfortable, place this is a good find. The place is nothing fancy but it met all of our needs.

Great Condo with balcony
Condo was great, balcony great, sunset grill amazing food, hooks also had great food & delivered right to us at the pool as we ate and overlooked the bay w/gorgeous views (dolphins/manatees!) Pool on the bay provided great views but the pool area was dirty (we brought our own towels & chairs plus wipes to clean table; at times pool was frequented by immature, rowdy misbehaved teenagers; people hopping the gate because they didn’t have a keycard to the pool. We communicated same to Christine, she responded promptly by contacting the appropriate individuals, but they did nothing. That falls on the security/property owner association that did nothing; this does not fall on Christine. She was right on it for us. Christine promptly replies and handles all issues/questions. Other than pool (rowdiness/uncleanliness), everything was wonderful! Great getaway!

No check in office. No one to tell us where was the laundry or gym. Pools closed at dusk but no information on this time change.Unit was fine. Found a couple german racer roaches in fork and knife drawer. they come in on paper grocery bags. Please let owner know.

Fantastic Find
The property was really nice, and we enjoyed our stay. The condo was just a described online, and we had plenty of "extras", if we needed them. The resort was clean and what were hoping for - we enjoyed both restaurants, two of the pools/hot tubs and of course, the beach.
