Our family of 6 had more than enough space in this condo! We loved it. The pictures don’t do it justice. The place is so big and roomy and plenty of space to spread out. The short 1 block walk to the beach was so convenient and close to EVERYTHING you need. We are already planning another trip back and can’t wait — just wished we could’ve spent a couple more days! Thank you!

Property was as described. Great shower with plush towels. Comfortable beds with plenty of room. Quiet neighborhood within 200 ft of beach. Only issue was that the bedroom carpets were very soiled and needed a good carpet cleaning. For the price paid for 7 days, this was disappointing.

This is a beautiful property and it was very comfortable and spacious for my family of four plus my 2 parents. It was close enough to walk to the beach and the pier which was very important to us. One downside to the experience was we arrived expecting a sofa bed to be at the property as well, but we were able to rearrange people to make the sleeping arrangements work out anyway. The hot water heater is a little small to support 6 people taking showers after a beach day, but the bathrooms were really nice and the jacuzzi tub was great. The last day the elevator broke. This made checkout and repacking our car so much more trouble and my mother has great difficulty with stairs. The rental agreement emphasizes they don’t guarantee the elevator to be operational but we thought that was to cover legal bases. Anyway, be warned if you have a person with mobility issues, this may actually be something you may have to deal with. Overall while there were some annoyances here and there, the experience was positive and we were very comfortable. I would stay here again.

Very spacious. Short walk to the beach. Very clean. Did not have to move our car the entire trip. Walk to all the shops and eating places. The owner was very quick to respond to our questions and concerns! Next day, the maintenance man was quick to respond when we noticed the batteries were dead in the AC thermostat! Response time was less than 10 minutes! The kitchen was well equipped with all that we needed for our trip. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

We enjoyed everything. I would like to make a suggestion in the master bedroom bathroom, where the carpet meets the bathroom there are sharp tacks that I stepped on several times and went into my foot. It just needs to be addressed.

It is more spacious than you think from the pictures which was great. The beds were comfy. There were a few issues such as a drippy faucet, missing sheets for one of the beds and a stingy amount of toilet paper and trash bags provided. It also could have been a bit cleaner, one of the blankets had a really gross stain on it but overall you can’t beat the location.

Our family was in town for the Onstage Dance Competition. We loved the closed proximity to the beach and restaurant on the corner. Giving us the freedom to quickly relax once we made it back in for the day. We received a cute welcome gift that my daughter used over the weekend.

Everything was great on it except for the listing said sleeps eight, but did not sleep 8 it slept seven….They said there was a pull out chair/couch and there was not. I was offered a rollaway bed to make up for that, and I appreciate that, but it needs to be changed to seven. We had to double up on one of the beds and I really did not wanna do that

Love Tybee
This is a great location for all ages. I would recommend you read carefully what is provided. No beach towels or beach supplies, no extra cleaning supplies, toilet paper and such. Overall great place.

Nice quiet property near beach!
This was our first trip to Tybee Island & I must say that the accommodations were just as they were described on the internet site. The unit was equipped with more than the necessary items needed. Check in and check out was fast & easy! We did have a minor problem with one of the televisions but a technician was sent out and the issue was quickly resolved. Would definitely love to stay here again in the future!!

Great location
The condo was nice but it definitely wasn’t cleaned before we got there. The floors were filthy, and the spatula had egg on it. The towels were stained. But it wouldn’t ruin our vacation. We enjoyed our stay. I just had to clean up the kitchen area a little.

Nice place
First night the ac transformer went out and it was warm. Called maintenance the next morning and they were there promptly, had the unit running by five that evening. This condo is not on the beach, but a short walk pass two other buildings and through a parking lot. Beach was very crowded, but it is high tourist season. Overall nice place to stay

Great location, beautiful condo
We had a bachelorette party in Tybee for a weekend and booked this condo. This space comfortably slept 7 30 year old women with space for an 8th on the pullout couch and more with an air mattress. The condo was outstandingly beautiful and very spacious (the pictures don’t do it justice). Even more excellent though was the location. This condo is in a residential block that is less than a 5 minute walk to the free beach and less than a 5 minute walk to countless restaurants, shops, etc. There was no need for us to have any sort of transportation in the long weekend we were there because the variety of options around us in walking distance always kept us busy. Even though the condo is so close to both the beach and the hub it still gets incredibly peaceful and quiet in and around the condo. This is a great place to stay and I would absolutely book again!

The area was quiet and nice, we were under the impression that we were closer to the beach for some reason. Was hoping for more to do right in the down town Tybee area. In terms of the physical property, it was clean and nice. A few maintenance items to fix but overall nice for the cost.

Relaxing Bachelorette Weekend

My family and I loved our stay ❤!! it had everything we needed and was more than enough room for the 5 of us. The home was clean and exceeded our expectations. this is our third year using TVR and we plan to continue this tradition for as long as we can. This condo is so close to restaurants, the beach, shopping, bars (nightlife). I would highly recommend this condo.

This is our second year at Tybee, with many more to come. So peaceful and relaxing just to breath and slow down. Our accommodations ...very good, we did our thing and came back to relax. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. I would use them again, thanks guys you are awesome!

Great location
Great location! However, the house was not as clean as I was expecting when we got there. The property is also for sale, during our first day there the agent and potential buyers came into the house to be shown. The agent was a little rude asking if we were supposed to be in the house. Other than that great location! A few steps away from shopping, food, and the beach!

We had a great time at Silver Seas 301. We always love Tybee. It was my 2 year olds second trip and my soon to be 1 year old’s first trip. They loved it also. The condo was spacious enough for us and my parents. We would recommend the condo and definitely recommend Tybee!

Great Location
Condo was clean and as pictured. Easy walk to beach, restaurant, shops. However, the WiFi was not working and despite attempts made by the property management it never worked during our stay. We had 4 small children with us, so this was a bit problematic as we were unable to use tablets and streaming services. Also, was told my property management there was a pack n play onsite and there was not.

My mother and I thoroughly enjoyed our Coastal Christmas at Silver Seas 301. the condo was furnished very comfortably and we enjoyed being close enough to walk to dinner and the beach.
We also enjoyed being with family on Christmas Eve at Pearls Salwater grill (photo).

Great condo for the whole family. Very convenient to the beach and restaurants. Well maintained and comfortable. Also enjoyed working with the rental team. They make it easy to enjoy time on Tybee. Can’t wait to return!!
