Wonderful Golf View! Golf Course Home, 2 blocks from Fairway recreation center.
Tutto il necessario per un campo da golf completamente arredato. Una grande casa in cui trascorrere le tue vacanze! Nessun tappeto! Sistema di nebulizzazione sul cortile posteriore. Recintato nel cortile sul retro, la recinzione in ferro non toglie nulla alla vista. Splendidi tramonti che ti piaceranno

Debbie was a great host! Excellent communication! She went above and beyond to help us get oriented. She treated us like family and wanted to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. This place is a gem!! The beds were comfortable TV, Internet, everything we needed for your stay. It was just perfect.

This house worked really well for our needs when coming into the area for a wedding. Communication with the owner was great. We loved the little extras that were there for us when we arrived: snacks, drinks and flowers. Although the daytime temperatures were in the 90s the air conditioning in the house kept us plenty cool. Although we didn't do a lot of cooking, the kitchen had everything we needed. The gardens are beautiful. We loved seeing hummingbirds, rabbits and mourning doves. A previous review had mentioned the noisy jets and we have experienced them when we were in the area before (late afternoon, early evening). Unfortunately we did not get to hear/see any jets this visit.

Home is close to one of the Recreation Centers. We were able to walk there. A lot of citrus fruit trees. Yard had a fence so our dog had a place to go while we were home.

The home was very nice and cozy. Love the little bunnies and quail during the day and into the evening. Debbie, the host couldn't have been nicer. She left beautiful flowers and part of a cake for us to eat, which we really much enjoyed. Also a bag of treats for the dog. We would highly recommend this place to stay as we enjoyed ourselves.

Perfect home for traveling with fur babies. Our cat loved the big window facing the golf course. She sat for hours watching the birds and bunnies. The fenced back yard was great for our dog.
Debbie, the owner was very responsive and made sure we were comfortable.
It is an older home, but very well set up. The kitchen had everything we needed.
It was a wonderful experience.

The place was comfortable and was fully equipped. The golf course backyard was perfect for afternoon viewing of golfers and the local wildlife.

We stayed for approx. 5 wks. & really did not like being in Sun City. We compared Sun City to The Villages in FL. & were really disappointed. Main reason, close proximity to Luke Air Force Base. Jets started at 7:00 AM until 5 or later. Home very well stocked & hostess was very helpful & friendly. Would recommend if jet noise does not bother you.

We love this property! This is our 3rd year renting this property for the holiday. Located 3 minutes away from family and right on the golf course.

Have two traveling dogs. Debbie actually wanted to come meet them. Yard was perfect for them. House was clean and well appointed. Maybe could use a coffee table or two. No place to set drinks +. We would do Sun City again!

Fun in the Sun In a Quiet Relaxing Location
The house was spacious, cool, and comfortable. Our arrival was effortless and were greeted by a beautiful home with snacks for us and for our dogs waiting on the counter as well as a bowl of fresh water for our furry pals. It is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood with shopping, Restaurants, and other activities just a short drive away. This is a great location if you plan on seeing Jerome, Sedona, Prescott etc. as all can easily be done as (full) day trips. We plan on spending our next vacation to Arizona at this property. All and all an excellent experience from start to finish.

Debbie was excellent with communication on check in, and very responsive when we had any questions about the property. The home was very well supplied with everything we needed. Kitchen and bathroom supplies! Complementary Coffee water and snacks! Great Location!

Great Location
We love this house. This is our second stay here. It is super close to the "in laws" and made the holiday weekend very convenient and relaxing. It is a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood! We loved being right on the golf course. We hope to stay again next year!

Sun City Bungalow
Clean and convenient 2 bedroom 2 bath home centrally located in Old Sun City. Owner is great and very responsive to any issues. Yards needed to be cut and trimmed before our visit.

Just right for us
Debbie was friendly and informative. She even brought the local paper for us to learn about the community for our house search. The house was just the right size for the two of us and our fur baby. Great views on the golf course. We would definitely stay again.

Pleasant, welcoming and convenient
Totally enjoyed our stay which was to see and care for family living in area. When we returned after long busy days we enjoyed the patio which backed up to golf course. Right size. Right location. Host was attentive and welcoming. Recommend this little gem of of a house.

The rental house was very clean & had everything we needed! The house is located near hole #4 of golf course with great views from backyard patio. Debbie is a great host and was very helpful, always answering any questions we had about the area! She even provided a nice welcome basket with goodies which we greatly appreciated!!

Nice Back Yard
Though the house was not clean, there were lots of hangers and clean towels. The king bed was comfortable. The sofa in the front room was very worn. The small, high dining table was not useable. The patio table and chairs are nice.

Nice get-away and great patio
My wife and I plus our little dog stayed here from January 24 to February 7, 2021. It was a great property for us. The house was clean and comfortable and the patio was great! Debbie was a super hostess! We would stay here again.

great pet friendly home
We are very active in dog agility competitions and hotels are just too stressful for my crew. This was perfect and actually cheaper than most hotels. The enclosed yard was spacious and so much better than trying to potty on leash with multiple dogs. Debbie is a great host and loved the goodie basket complete with the essentials, coffee and wine! I will be back!

We were very pleased with our stay here. The house was neat and clean and well equipped. Debbie was wonderful to deal with. We will stay here again if we can the next time we go to Pheonix.

Adorable rental in Sun City
I can't say enough of how great the rental was and especially the owners who accommodated our needs for location and duration of stay. I would definitely recommend this home as a place to relax!

Great house and even better owner
Ms. Clark was very accomodating especially with our two dogs. The house waas comfortable and had everything one needed. Very well stocked! The backyard was great to watch the early risers and the evenings were great to sit outside on the patio for dinner. I would rent again.
