Wonderful house! Great for a larger family. Plenty of space. Stayed here as the half way point between storyland and Santa’s village. Host responded always right away.

There were 9 of us staying at this beautiful space and we had a wonderful time! The setup was ideal for our 3 families, with everyone having their own full bath. Scott was very prompt at answering any questions that I had. I'd highly recommend staying here!

Very comfortably fit our large group! Everything we needed. A huge bonus to have multiple king and queen beds. It’s tough to find rentals that aren’t full of twin bunk beds!
Close to Santa’s Village and all the activities we were hoping to see with the kids.

My family ( husband, adult children and grandchildren) enjoyed our stay at this Bretton Woods condo. We spent the weekend at Clark’s Trading Post and Santa’s Village. The condo was perfectly located equidistant between both destinations and in a very nice area. The house was large and open with lots of space for all of us to spread out. There were 5 adults and 3 children and the bedroom configurations worked very well. We had nice views from the deck of the mountains and surrounding greenery. The condo was well stocked and we had everything we needed. Our host was very responsive to our questions and provided detailed direction concerning our stay. The only negative comment I have is that the condo was advertised as air conditioned but only 2 of the 3 floors had air conditioning. The 2 master bedrooms on the third floor had fans only. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this property.

Scott was a great owner with whom to work. He was quick to communicate and answer any questions.
The townhouse had everything one could need for a mountain stay. The fireplace was well-stocked with wood and a nice addition for evenings in the living room. We enjoyed the game room downstairs and spent many evenings competing against one another in foosball and darts. 3 levels of bedroom and bathrooms allowed us to spread out and have our privacy as well. Being just a few minutes drive from the ski slopes was also very convenient. Plus, there is snowshoeing right out the door.

From the moment we booked until we checked out, communication with Scott was spectacular! The place was perfect for our family - we had 5 adults and 5 kids across 3 families and had more than enough space. The entryway mud room was perfect for all our snowy gear. The main living space was so open and welcoming, the kitchen was well stocked and wonderful to cook in. The bar countertop area and large dining table allowed for all of us to eat together and for us to serve the kiddos directly from the kitchen (they pretended they were in a restaurant). The bedrooms/ bathrooms were fantastic - everyone had their own area. AND the second living space/ game area on the lower level was a bonus space for the older kiddos to hang while the younger ones went to bed. We made some wonderful memories and we cannot wait to return!

Had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo in a perfect location! Our son got married at Bretton Woods Resort and it couldn’t have been a more perfect location! We could actually see the top of the mountain they got married on from the back deck! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated and had everything you could need. Including laundry supplies (detergent/softer) for the full size washer and dryer. We had lots of fun playing with the foosball and air hockey tables on the lower level. The owner was very nice and responded quickly to questions I had before we arrived. The check in/out process was very easy. Hoping to go back again!

This condo fit the bill perfectly for our extended family's extra-long wedding weekend. The wedding was at the Mt. Washington Hotel, so the location was very convenient.
This 4 bedroom condo was beautiful and well-maintained. The views from the living room and deck were fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked with everything (plates, silverware, glasses, pans, etc.) we needed to cook for our full house. The propane grill outside was perfect for barbecuing for the family. Also, the young adults enjoyed the X-box system, foosball, and darts in the downstairs game room.
Scott, our host, was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any question that we had. He also provided us with a list of things to do in the area.
If our plans include a trip back to the Bretton woods area, we are definitely staying here again! If you are looking for a roomy place to stay while in this area, do not hesitate to book this condo. I am sure that you will love it - just like we did.

Mt Washington Townhouse
We rented this property for a month. It was everything we expected from the owners description. The host was extremely easy to work with and communicated immediately if we had any questions. We were a family with multiple ages and the condo accommodated everyone. It was a fantastic month of skiing and family time.

Greatest host ever! And the house is super nice too!
The host was super responsive and fixed a bunch of things (none of his fault at all) quickly, such as remotely setting an AC unit, and notifying internet service provider outage. He also provided very detailed instructions and hiking trails around the house.
The house is spacious, clean, well-stocked with household items, and has a stunning view of the Rosebrook Mountains (and a corner of Bretton Woods resort). It also has great posters of ski resorts and John Muir quotes.

This sweet unit was our comfy refuge for 5 days during the COVID winter of 2021. Ease of check in, cleanliness, comfortable beds, and a gorgeous view of the slopes are only some of the positive attributes. The owner is responsive, friendly and informative. If you like to ski and have any kind of mountain adventure and then hang out and play darts or fuse ball, sleep like a baby and do it all again, this place is for you!

Great Family Ski weekend
Our extended family of 9 adults stayed at this condo for a ski weekend and had a wonderful time. The property was very clean, great supplies, a wonderful view and large enough for us all to spread out as needed. It was also setup so that we could all enjoy time together around the table and fireplace. We were able to go back to the condo to warmup and eat lunch at midday and did very little driving due to how close everything was. We would definitely book here again.

Long weekend at Bretton Woods
We had a great time in this beautiful home! Scott and Tara were very thoughtful with the items they left for guests, checked in to make sure we had what we needed and were easy to contact for any questions. The house was perfect for all ages, plenty of space and a lot of things to do both at the house and at Bretton Woods. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this property!

Great Family or 2 Family condo!
We really enjoyed this property and are eager to rent again. Upstairs and basement bedrooms equally nice and comfortable. Family room super cozy. We loved the wood burning fireplace, dart board, air hockey table, and foosball table. Great games and books for just hanging out in the condo. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could want and then some. Beds were comfortable. Location was great across the street from Bretton woods ski resort. 2 minute drive and you are parked ready to ski. And AMAZING view from family room windows. Loved it! We’ll be back soon.
