Questa nuovissima casa a 2 piani offre tutto ciò che si può desiderare in spiaggia! La casa ha una pianta capovolta con grandi ponti e un nido di corvo per godere di meravigliose viste sulla spiaggia. La posizione è tutto perché si cammina per un accesso alla spiaggia privata che si trova alla fine della strada. Inoltre a pochi passi si trovano i ristoranti dell'isola, un parco giochi con campo da basket, un negozio di caramelle e una gelateria.
La casa offrirà un totale di 5 camere da letto come indicato di seguito. Ogni camera avrà il suo bagno completo e tutte le camere avranno una Smart TV a LED da 43 ", tranne la camera con letti a castello. Ogni camera avrà anche accesso a un ponte esterno.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back!

This house is great to accommodate large families! We had 4 families with children ranging ages from 3-18 & they were all entertained the entire time. The kids loved the heated pool & hot tub, the adults enjoyed the tiki bar area & lounge chairs. The beach is super close & this house has plenty of chairs, sand toys, & carts to make the short walk a breeze. The teenagers loved being able to take a short walk tor he beach to go fishing. All bedrooms are fully equipped with linens & towels & comfortable beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials. We loved sitting in the crows nest in the morning while enjoying our coffee. 10/10 house & accommodations, we would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. As two families traveling with 5 teenage boys 13-16 years old, we never quite know how things are going to work out. The house is in a great location that allows for views of the ocean and the inter coastal water way. The teenagers could walk to the beach and we could still see them from the crows nest. The owner was up front that he couldn’t guarantee pool heat for our March stay (uncertain weather/air temp) but we rolled the dice and went for it anyway. We had some super windy days, a drizzly one, and a rainy one, yet the younger teens were delighted to have a warm pool to enjoy each day. The elevator was awesome for moving luggage and groceries as needed. We had two questions that required communication with the owner throughout our 7 day stay and he was readily available and helpful. The home was comfortable and clean, and we will surely look to enjoy another stay in the future if the owner will have us! Thank you!

We had a weeklong Friendsgiving with 7 adults, 8 children. The house was clean, open with everything you'll need in the kitchen. The hot tub and pool was a favorite. Only challenge was frig space but could be solved in a mid week run vs getting a weeks worth of food on day one. We loved the house and can't wait to book again! Host was quick to support our questions!

Owner was very communicative and professional. The house was beautiful, and the ocean view from the kitchen was phenomenal. Even saw dolphins a few mornings! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lovely, fully stocked house. Do be prepared to climb stairs (even though there is an elevator) and enjoy the stars from the crow's nest.

We had a fabulous beach trip! Young kids (toddler bed and bunk beds were perfect) up to 70+yo grannies with mobility issues (elevator was clutch!), and everyone enjoyed themselves. Plenty of room, heated pool was used frequently by the littles, only got to enjoy the hot tub one night, but Wow!, and the location -- beach an easy stroll for eveyone (with beach cart and chairs provided), and the view from any level of the house was gorgeous, sunsets from the crows nest were tops. We also used the community playground nearby. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Shae was easy to communicate with and a great host. Look forward to return trips!

Everything about this place was as advertised, if not better. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, most importantly responsive. I can’t say enough how wonderful of an experience our trip was, even through a tropical storm. Everything was clean and the amenities worked perfectly. Hope to visit again sometime!!!

We have stayed at this property multiple times now, and it's always an awesome time. The house is perfect for our family - heated pool, super easy walk to the beach, ocean views, great layout, and the list goes on. The owner, Shae, is also a great guy who is very friendly and responsive. We'll definitely be back again!

We absolutely loved the house. It was everything that anyone could ever want .. we had a large group and every person was comfortable. There is plenty of space for anything you could possibly want, and all the amenities you could need. Beds were all comfortable and pool area is the best. Has great ocean views and short walk to the beach.

Loved the location. We spent time on the beach, went golfing at 2 beautiful courses, took a fishing charter, went horseback riding and zip lining, plus ate out at a couple of nice restaurants and even sang karaoke one night - all within 40 minutes of the house (most MUCH closer). Spending time at the house was great too. The Tiki bar was fun, and the pool and hot tub stayed in constant use. There was plenty of room for us (15 adults and teens) to all hang out together or spread out for some time apart. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our time in the house it is a beautiful place to stay and very relaxing. The property manager is very friendly. Helpful and accessible and quick to respond. We look forward to staying again in the future. I would rate a 10 out of 10.

This home is lovely and perfect for a large family with kids of all ages. We love the ample space, convenient beach access, ideal location near restaurants and park, and the pool and hot tub are so nice to have! Shae accommodated our family by heating the pool which was so nice with the cooler temperatures and we were so excited we could still enjoy the water all week! Shae also called as soon as we arrived and walked us through all the available amenities and answered all our questions. This was so helpful!

The house location was perfect for us. A short walk to the beach made it so convenient for early morning walks as well as nighttime walks hunting seashells at low tide. We stayed w/ three other families and there was plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked. My only recommendation would be to remove the outdoor furniture around the bar area and on the lower level deck. Several pieces were broken and rather unsafe. Overall we had a great time and the owner was very helpful. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

This house is perfect for big families looking to relax and spend quality time together. The house is beautiful and has EVERYTHING you could need. The backyard/ pool area is spacious and fun.

We had a wonderful time! 15 of us, ranging from ages 6-70 stayed for a week. Location cannot be beat-short walk to beach. Plenty of space for all. Lots of towels, kitchen amenities. Owner very responsive dealing with a couple issues. Pool area/hot tub so much fun.

Great beach house for family & friends!
We had a fantastic time at this property! The pool and outside areas were great gathering spots, and the inside space was more than enough for our three families. Shae was very accommodating and quick to respond to any need. Would definitely recommend and happily return!

Perfect house
Beautiful house, open concept, clean & tons of room for a big group. The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need. The only issue we experienced was the hot tub being dirty upon arrival. Our property manager Shae handled it immediately and continued to check-in to make sure the issue was resolved. He was so helpful and quick to respond with any questions I had, from the time I booked the house through our entire stay.

This house has it all, location, views, plenty of space, well stocked, heated pool, hot tub and backyard bar area. Also umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, and plenty of beach toys which were nice not to pack. Thanks so much, we had an amazing stay and definitely recommend!!

Perfect Spring Getaway
We loved our stay. The heated pool was perfect for the chilly spring days. Plenty of room to spread out if we wanted but cozy enough to enjoy time together. Well stocked kitchen supplies. Ample amount of linens and even beach towels. The kids loved all of the games available. It was all around a great stay and we will certainly be back.

Best Girls Getaway
We stayed for my 40th birthday. The house was so perfect that I have two friends who are going to book it again next year. Our whole group decided we want to start a new tradition of going every November. The house is EXACTLY as it looks online - perfect. The crows nest and hot tub really set it apart and made our visit extra special.

Perfect location for kids
This property is beautiful and is in a fantastic location. Your beach access is across the street, so definitely an easy walk, and you can set your shade up early on the beach and see it from your porches. There are more than enough beach and bath towels, we had 9 people staying and never ran out. Also lots of sand toys and beach chairs, pool toys, and mountains of board games!!!!! My only suggestion to the host would be having some toilet paper and hand soap for each bathroom, and some Dawn dish soap..... otherwise we were all set!!

Great beach house
We had an amazing stay. The house is perfect, very clean and well decorated. The pool area does not disappoint. We absolutely loved it! The only suggestion we would have was the addition of a full length mirror.
