Thank you for a well-cared-for property. It was clean, convenient, and within view of the beach. The things that were not our favorite (but not a complaint) were the stairs up to the kitchen and living room, the huge windows without curtains, and the scary downhill parking space. Again, not a complaint. The house was as promised and advertised. We celebrated our 56th anniversary there. Thanks.

Excellent location with beautiful views and walkable to restaurant, store and beach. Thoughtful items in kitchen and bathroom...things that you might have forgotten to pack like qtips, lotion, etc. The host responded very quickly and clearly. The whole family appreciated the space.

The house is great in many ways. A bit more run down on the outside than is shown in the pictures. The main living area is upstairs but the only bathroom is downstairs with the bedrooms. There are several pots and pans that will not work with the induction stove; they should be removed. And there were several bulbs out so the lighting was quite dim. The location is great for walking to the beach. Overall a great place to stay; would be perfect if there were more attention to details.

This location in the hidden gem town at Dillon Beach is amazing! The resort restaurant and general store are across the street and it's just a 5 min walk down the street to the beach. 1 hr to San Francisco or Napa and lots to explore in the nearby towns like Freestone. The house has a well stocked kitchen with newer appliances and is well maintained. I would have loved coat hangers in the bedroom closets to hang clothes, but otherwise the place had everything I needed! Can't wait to come back.

Lovely property, close to the beach. My only complaint was the wall heater in one of the rooms did not work and it was quite cold but the bed was nice and warm!

Dear Host, I appreciate you hosting, however, I have some feedback going forward. Our stay for 2 nights was anything but what your listing advertised and it seems as though even the pictures have been manipulated/ photoshopped. I'd first like to start with the general smell of black mold (toxic) as you enter the house. I have also included a photo of it on the window sill upstairs. This is a hazard for anyone that rents your listing. We couldn't use the shower, since the shower head does not attach and falls on you while you are rinsing off. We had someone try to use the shower and it hit them directly in the forehead. The toilet seat could not be used, it is corroded and probably has not been changed in 20 years. This is just a $20 fix to help guests to be able to use the toilet. We wanted to drink coffee in the morning on the upstairs deck and the outdoor furniture was infested with bugs/ spiders (also see attached photo). The indoor furniture is stained and dirty. We had to use towels in order to even use them. The bed sheets are made out of plastic, not cotton, which makes it difficult to sleep. Overall, we were not able to spend any time at VRBO and I would like to give a 1 out of 10 stars. I would appreciate it if you could refund at least one night's stay as this place needs extreme care and maintenance and is not usable for hosting.

The location is amazing--my kids were able to walk to the beach by themselves (after some careful instructions on where to cross the street). The General Store is a 2 minute walk away for whatever you may have forgotten to bring (warning: prices are steep). The partial view of the ocean from the living room is lovely. The kitchen is has all the basics implements you need to cook with. Beds were comfy but the rest of the furniture was not (especially the couch). The driveway is at a very sharp angle and may be difficult for someone with mobility issues. Overall very good value, given that we spent most of our time at the beach!

Nice Location in Dillon Beach. Two bedrooms and 1 bath small but fine. TV didn’t work well. Some pots didn’t work on the induction stove. Black mold on kitchen window sill. Baseboards need cleaning. Handrail sticky. We managed just fine
