The location can't be better, close to the shore promenade, the old town, cafes and restaurants. The terrace has a marvelous view to the sea, one could sit there for hours, enjoying the noice of the waves. The host, Sanja was extremely friendly and helpful. My family enjoyed every moment in this apartment, and if we visit Budva again, we would definitely choose Royal Gardens Paradise.

i booked an sea view apartament but we could see only a little corner of sea from our terrace. the staff was kind and avaible and the comunication was smooth however in our case they didn’t speak english. the wifi doesn’t work properly.

This is my 8th visit to budva , by far Royal gardens was the best place to stay. Best location and amazing view. Staff was so nice and they made us feel at home.

We spent 6 days in apartment 606. Great location and high quality facilities. Beautiful view to wake up to and have a coffee on the terrace. Clean, modern place, with all amenities one may need. Sanja was a great host and was available around the clock.

Not a dislike but rather a suggestion to the owner to install a small dishwasher in the apartment so that the guests can quickly and easily wash the coffee cups, glasses, cutlery etc, especially now in covid times. I'd also suggest getting larger garbage bins. This would eliminate the only "open points" i have.

Prelep apartman, u kojem smo boravili sa malom bebom, i bili prezadovoljni! Najlepša lokacija, divan pogled na more, i velika terasa na kojoj smo uživali, samo su neki od razloga zašto bismo se rado vratili. Posebna zahvalnost ljubaznoj Sanji koja nas je srdačno dočekala i izašla u susret našim zahtevima. Najiskrenija preporuka!

Location is perfect, the beaches are very close and, it was very comfortable , the balcony was perfect for taking sun and for rest. All the restaurants are very close and in some of them we had discounts. The cleanliness is on high level and the service also. All staff are very polite and really kind. I recommend and I will be back :)
