No me gusto que pidiera una bebida y llevara dos abejas, el bartender, ni el mesero se dieron de cuenta, cuando se les dijo que la bebida tenía algo no le dieron mucha importancia, preferí que no me dieran otros trago.

Loved how attentive the staff was, how nice the rooms were, how easy it was to retrieve kayaks or paddle boards, and how close to downtown the hotel was

Great location with direct access to the lagoon. provided kayaks for water sports. super comfortable and modern rooms. Very good food.

very small things: breakfast a bit on the short side, would appreciate a buffet. service / food a bit slow to come (waited one hour for our food order at lunch). next door beach club puts music on at 7:30. pool level doesn’t reach the skimmer so dirty surface. would be great to have an outside shower next to the lagoon entrance / exit.

Rustic rooms yet beautiful and they had all the modern amenities. Well maintained grounds and the view of the lake from the hotel’s pier was spectacular. Free use of kayaks The food was good

Except for front desk staff was not trained. When you charge overx200 usd per night i expect a higher level of service.

This is by far one of my favorite places i've stayed in. The staff was friendly and while checking in, we were able to book the sail boat tour (which is what my friend and I wanted to do). Parking was available on both sides of the street and had no trouble looking for parking. I would recommend staying here!

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

The location, walking distance. The balcony and the kayaks. Staff attention, really nice. Kayaks. Lagoon.

Hot water lasts less than 5 minutes. Impossible to enjoy a hot shower. Kids and pets, impossible to relax kids are crying, running, screaming and dogs barking through the day and night. BREAKFAST SUCKS, an artificial juice, a little granola and a couple of fruit slices, not worth for the price. Don't know how to prepare cocktails, and the prices are too expensive.

the hammock at the front yard is not right size, you lay but it goes all the way to the Floor.

1. Great place for couples 2. we got a complimentary light breakfast includes: toasts with butter and jam, fruits with granola black coffee. 3. Guests are getting free kayaks and free paddle boards which was a nice surprise (we took a kayak and paddle boards). 4. The hotel is located straight on the lagoon and hence the higher price but I think it worth it as you 60 steps from the lagoon.

1. Our room #8 is a lake view (I paid extra for it) but you don't really see the lake from the room/balcony. 2.The balcony is in the middle of the hotel so there is no privacy. 3.The most annoying thing was that the room is nearby the kitchen so you can hear everything and worst than that - the room was stink (still not sure if it's the sulfate or the kitchen). We didn't want to pack again and ask for different room so we gave it a slack

The included breakfast is very simple, coffee, toast with jam and yoghurt and fruit. You can order other things too. The hotel is located at a great location in the laguna. Easy access to several restaurants. It is not a long walk from the centre, however there is lots of construction on that road right now so there isn't always easy space to pass. There are free kayaks and paddle boards to use, which was great. The rooms are fantastic which a little balcony with a hamac. They also have a quay out to the laguna. The restaurant in the evening had nice food too. Very calm and chilled place.

The coffee was not fantastic at breakfast time. I don't have any other problems with the place.

Great property and well appointed rooms. We actually booked two nights and extended our stay with them directly.

There was some major carpentry work and construction being done the entire time we were there. It would have been appreciated if management could have informed us in advance or at least acknowledged the disruption. But nobody did and we were subject to noise all day. Again, the property is great, and we didn’t complain. But to pay full price and be subject to power tool noises was a let down.

Although the staff was nice, this place could be a high end boutique hotel if they were better trained on customer service and anticipating needs.
