The hotel is lovely and peaceful, the staff very friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed and was a very comfortable stay, we would stay here again.

Room was a really good size and seemed bigger than the photos suggested. Lots of space for your luggage and belongings including places to hang up your clothes, and a nice little work desk for your laptop or just to have more space to put books and things. They even provide a drying rack you can put outside your door. Bathroom was very spacious as well. King size bed as a treat. AC and wifi both worked really well. The resort has a lot of character and is a lovely spot once you are there (getting there is another story). Staff provided two bottles of drinking water a day, which was nice. Bang Tao beach was the nicest beach we visited in Phuket - really above and beyond the other beaches in Kata, Karon or Patong. Clean, uncrowded (though still quite few people), wonderful vibe with several beachfront restaurants and bars. Pure bliss.

The bathroom can smell quite rank from the sewage system, especially after the AC is off for the day - like a sewage sauna. Our TV didn't work for our entire 5-night stay despite requesting twice that it be looked at. There's no daily housekeeping (only every few days) so you'll have dirty coffee mugs to reuse each day (not uncommon for budget accommodations). The location, though nice once you are there, is very far from the beach. Not a fault of the property itself but something to consider when booking. It's a harrowing experience trying to walk from the hotel to anywhere - no sidewalks, crazy motorbike and vehicle traffic, quite a rough area. The area between the resort and the beach is not tourist-friendly - I can't emphasize this point enough. If you don't want to attempt the walk, a tuk-tuk from the main beach / restaurant area to the resort will set you back 200-250 baht each time. Another challenge we had was the roosters around the property that start crowing around 4-5AM and don't stop for hours. Not much can be done about it but make note if you are a light sleeper. There's very few places to eat other than at the resort itself, without going all the way down to the beach area. We found breakfast at the on-site cafe really expensive for a small serving (this seems to be the case everywhere in Thailand for Canadian / American breakfast food). We ate packaged pastries from the 7-11 instead as there was no other real options.

The little cafe next to the waterfall was very sweet after travelling in busy streets for 3 weeks. The music was nice, the food/drinks were great.

The room was a little tight and basic. But it sort of felt like a treehouse built on a deck, which was neat.

The cafe/hotel was beautiful, really calm and relaxing. The staff were helpful and friendly and the room was so comfortable and homely. We were greeted with a welcome drinks which was amazing. It’s a short bike drive to Bang Tao beach and Surin beach.

The walls are very very thin and you can hear everything in thing the other rooms.

Bad location. If you have not motorbike it will be hard to go out (even in day time). And, you cant open room window, because its front of common corridor.

Location is a bit far from main beaches and attractions, definitely need a bike or car to cruise around Phuket!

Not in a really touristy place of Phuket, feels like you're out of the way and in the jungle. Real hidden gem. Chan who works at Nua Tone is amazing, sorted transfers and tours for us without having to travel into Patong. He speaks great English too. All staff were great and the place was super clean and quiet. If you are up for renting a scooter this is a great location. Bang Tao beach is around a 40 min walk, 7/8 mins on scooter.

only nature noises, you can’t hear anything else which is amazing. breakfast is exceptional and the facilities are clean and comfortable the room is spacious and clean and I love tinted glass which allows full light in

Gives you a fun jungle vibe with waterfall café and restaurant attached. Adventures way of getting to the property as you have to cross a small creek. But doable. Very calm and relaxing area but not far from main road that leads you to Surin or Bang Tao beach. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

We had problems with the light in the bathroom if seemingly too many electric things were running at the same time. Light started flickering until it didn’t work anymore at all. Mosquito repellent for skin and device in room well recommended.

one of the coolest places I’ve stayed in Thailand, it’s tucked away amongst trees and a natural waterfall/mini river. the food here is DELICIOUS and fair prices. The room are exceptionally clean especially the bathroom. VERY comfortable bed, cool chill cats, the whole vibe and atmosphere is one of a kind and great deal for the money.

The catch is, how loud/thin the wood wall and floors are. You will hear every footstep from the rooms on each side of you, as well as convos.

The staff and the Managers are AMAZING. So helpful and kind. They really do everything they can to help. The restaurant is great. The food is delicious and the coffee is on point. If you need a good coffee to start your day like I do. This is the place for you. It is a bit off the beaten track. But it's closer to nature and has a great look and atmosphere.

Friendly and welcoming hosts who went out of their way to provide a great service. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, well furnished and maintained. The location is peaceful, which is great for anyone who wants to stay away from Phuket's busy area. With the restaurant on-site it's easy to stay and enjoy the quiet of this location.

The resort was located in the middle of nature, therefore it was very idyllic. The outdoor area was beautiful and with a unique chillout area which was amazing for relaxing.

The location is on a hillside with lush jungle all around. The staff were unobtrusively friendly. The welcome drink was a nice touch. Rice soup and good coffee for breakfast came with some local sweets.

The room was a little on the small side, but fine for an overnighter - storage space was a bit limited, but the bed was comfortable. The TV was rather difficult to operate and had only You-tube programmes. The wifi didn't really work. The spotless and adequate bathroom could do with a towel rail.

Beautiful location in the mountains. Clean, spacious and well equipped room. There is a restaurant on site serving food and coffee.

The hotel is located up a steep hill in the mountains so can be difficult to reach.

- very nice acommodation; - clean; - you get the feeling you are in jungle, loved laying in the nets listening to jungle sounds; - nice bathroom; - bit smaller room, but standard for thailand; - very friendly stuff, they even wrote to us if we are safe, when we didn’t come back one night; - cafe inside the restaurant is very nice, they make delicious latte and smoothies; - owner does a van taxi to the airport if you need to, for reasonable price (probably also from airport but we didn’t need/try it); overal deffinitely recommend and hopefully will come back.

Room had quite strange smell, but it might be dur to the weather.

Very friendly family that runs the place, with a pretty and good café/restaurant attached to it. A lot of friendly cats, palm trees, a hammock, everything is green.

It's a cute location with the real jungle feel. Restaurant on the property has a real hipster vibe and great food and great cakes. Rooms are small, but tidy and clean. Staff seems to be really caring.

Pity, but it's not a great location, if you do not have your own transport. Neighboarhood around in very authentic, but not touristy and it's far away from everything. Restaurant does not work on Mondays, so it's a bit complicated with food if your stay is then.

the trees around the bungalows. The accomodation is in the forest. the owners were kind. the blanket in our room wasn't clean but it was no problem to change the room.

The village around is very dirty. It wasn't nice to walk to the main street. It takes more than half an hour through streets full of garbage. I couldn't sleep because of a coq which was too loud in the middle of the night (2-3am)

We tried to visit a beach on foot but lost our way.we were not told about Pansea beach - it would have been good to have known about it
