MENO DI 500 FT DALL'OCEANO !! Passi per la bellissima spiaggia di Crystal Coast. Aprire soggiorno e sala da pranzo con controsoffitti solidi aggiornati in cucina e bagni, piastrelle e pavimenti in legno. Doccia esterna privata chiusa per la pulizia dopo una giornata in spiaggia! Accesso alla spiaggia solo 2 porte più in basso. Goditi la vista sull'oceano e le brezze dal grande ponte anteriore coperto, dal soggiorno e dalla finestra della camera da letto principale. C'è anche un portico coperto con sedie a dondolo e un ampio portico per prendere il sole. Perfetto per una vacanza tranquilla e rilassante in famiglia. Un sacco di spazio per il parcheggio in barca nel proprio parcheggio privato. Questo non è un posto a cinque stelle e nemmeno i nostri prezzi. È una bella casa pulita con una posizione a cinque stelle sulla spiaggia dove tu e la tua famiglia potete godervi una settimana insieme.
Basta portare la propria biancheria (2 Queens e 2 Twins) tirare fuori il letto full size sul divano.

Enjoyed, relaxed, in this beautiful home just steps from the beach. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets from the front deck. Spend day on the beach. We had an amazing week. Thank you Kellie for sharing your beautiful home.

Very much appreciated nightly rental opportunity. Great location. Beautiful place! Only complaints was WiFi was slow and not smart tv in bedroom. Also, plastic protector on mattress very loud to sleep on.

First I will say that Kellie, the owner, is excellent. She was very communicative and handled any issues we had upon arrival. Initially I would have scored lower, but because she was quick to reply and fix our issues in a timely manner, we were very pleased. Would stay again! The location was just perfect for our family since we have littles and have to carry a lot of things to the beach. It’s also centrally located by Atlantic beach and Beaufort which were both towns we loved exploring.

We spent about week here with 4 children and it was perfect! The rooms are big enough to send the kids away at the end of the day when you’re all exhausted (parents will understand how important that is 😂). Everything was exactly as described. Short walk to the beach. Beautiful porch to relax on. Very quiet neighborhood. Will definitely rent again.

The location alone is the best selling point of this property! I could not have asked for a better location. Beach access a few steps away. Quiet area, minimal traffic and the beach was very secluded. Perfect for letting our pup run on the beach! The house was just like the photos- had everything needed! Would 100% stay again!!

It’s a nice property. The bathroom had plumbing issues and was not very clean. It is very convenient to the beach.

The house was in a great location with easy beach access in a less congested area of Emerald Isle. The accommodations were comfortable and our host Kellie was welcoming and responsive to questions.

It was "just right" as, Goldilocks would say. First impression was comfortable without worrying about walking on egg shells. Perfect views from the front deck, quick stroll to the beach which was not crowded. Felt very safe.
Thank you for sharing. Will certainly be back for a longer stay.

Excellent location, plenty of space inside, and easy access to the beach.
We appreciated the outdoor shower and the hose to rinse off.
Neighborhood was quiet at night, and we would definitely stay again!

Great location and just a stone’s throw away from the beach!
I was down here on a job for just over a month and this place was a perfect fit, a very quiet and peaceful location. The owner promptly addressed any minor issues we had to ensure a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for a great location at a reasonable price, this is the place for you. Thanks again Kellie!

Overall, this property location can’t be beat! If you’re not familiar with the area, you won’t be super close to groceries / restaurants here (that’s why we like it), so plan accordingly. If you’re a clean freak like myself, this property may not be for you. It was pretty obvious upon arrival that the cleaning crew just bleach wiped some things (we had to air the place out) before our arrival. I did a quick cleaning of my own and got up so much dirt / filth from countertops and table surfaces, so you may want to do the same. We hand washed our dishes as the dishwasher was disgusting. The deck is awesome (we spent most of our time here) but it is shared with the unit next door (there’s a privacy wall). Luckily, nobody was there for our stay. Some of the deck furniture is damaged, so be very careful before sitting! Overall, great spot - may book again for a single night, but would not book for longer than that. Again, I may be a tad high maintenance, but I would not shower at this property which wasn’t a problem for our short stay.

Overall, was perfect for a 5 day stay. Spent most of our day at the beach. The shower door was broken when we got there and Kellie had it fixed the next day which was great. The description says there is a guest book to share your experience in but I didn't see one. Would have enjoyed reading what other guests found enjoyable about Emerald Isle.

EI Duplex
Gorgeously updated duplex with modern beach decor and furniture. Comfy beds, great location and listing as advertised, cant beat being so close to the ocean!
Cleaners were at the property when we got there delaying us getting in on time by just 25 mins, but they did a good job and were courteous.
A few items are in need of maintenance (broken deck chair, broken back deck steps, overgrown weeds and vegetation on the side and back of the property) and the neighbor's motion detection light came on every 5 minutes but for 2nd row at EI this was a great deal!

Perfect location, close to everything there is to do.
Very nice place to stay; within a few steps to the sand and ocean; size and layout of this duplex was just right for the 4 of us. This location was perfectly between all of the things to do from The Point to Morehead and everything in between.
Kellie responded quickly to my questions and minor concerns, which did not outweigh our time spent here. Thank you for sharing your second home.

Wonderful Location! Cozy Spot!
Steps from the beach. The house had all the kitchen utensils that were needed. Owners were very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful stay!
From booking to the end of our stay, it was an amazing experience! The location is absolutely wonderful and only a very short walk to the beach. It’s a beautiful location and when we will certainly revisit when we return to the area. The owner is very lovely and a pleasure to communicate with!

Nice stay
Came down for a long weekend with our kids and granddaughter. House was in a good location. The house needs new mattresses in all bedrooms (they are not comfortable and when you move everyone can hear you, they are loud) kitchen appliances could use some updating and the kitchen is sparsely stocked (coffee pot is rusted). Several of us got boo boos on the deck from splinters and nails sticking up. A couple pieces of furniture were broken, like legs on chairs and some of the deck furniture as well. The commode in one of the bathrooms rock every time you sit on it. Overall the house worked for our long weekend and we appreciate you letting us stay there. Thanks!

Weekend getaway
Was a great weekend at this beautiful condo in Emerald Isle! It’s in the perfect location and is exactly like it looks in the pictures! Definitely want to come back!

Great beach location
This house is right across the street from a perfect beach! It has a great layout, is nicely decorated, had a well equipped kitchen, and awesome outdoor heated shower and laundry. It's a short drive to great restaurants and day trips. The only 2 reasons we can't give 5 stars are that we had some trouble with the dishwasher, and we encountered a few large bugs (which may be typical of NC, but was kinda unpleasant to our PA family).

We enjoyed a week of beach time at this prime location. You can hear and see the ocean from the front deck! Comfortable and cozy space. Great place for a family vacation!

A great family home tight in the beach!
We ended up having some issues with our vehicle. We need to get a tow and the property manager ended up letting us stay a little bit longer past check out to make sure everything went smooth with the towing company. The house was very well-maintained and had an awesome Google nest set up.I plan to visit again in the future!

Disappointing Stay
Rented this home in hot August. Arrived to the home and it was 85 degrees inside, AC not functioning properly. Repairman unable to come that day and unable to sleep at night bc so hot in house. Owner suggested finding another place to stay, VRBO said we did not qualify to be moved. AC did not function properly for 4 out of 5 days in the home, cooler outside than inside at most times. Repairman came 4 times during our 5 day stay! Also, 3 large TV's in home, none functioning all week. Owner states connected to Internet but unable to get a station. Very heavy outdoor furniture on front porch in pile on its side on deck on our arrival. Unable to move bc very heavy, just left it there all week. We had 4 adults in a hot house much of the time without TV all week and ABSOLUTELY NO COMPENSATION from owner or Vrbo for so much to be wrong. I also have pics to prove it all. This house had a great location but had way too many issues without much support to the renters.

Great family vacation property
This was our first time visiting Emerald Isle and we had a wonderful time. This property was perfect for our family, our teenagers loved having their own space but we didn't feel isolated from each other. We loved the area and will definitely be visiting again next year!

We had a nice relaxing stay here. Easy communication and nice spot close to the ocean. Right in between Indian beach and town of Emerald Isle.
