Una casa piena 1500+ sq / ft tutto per te!
Bellissimo lotto d'angolo con doppio ponte di fronte (accesso al ponte superiore tramite Doorwall), ponte sul retro, patio in cemento stampato sul lato est di casa. 2 camere da letto e 1 soppalco al piano superiore con bel divano letto doppio. Aria condizionata centralizzata in tutta la casa (Installato alla fine di giugno 2016) !!!!!!!

Weber Propane Grill, 1 persona OCEAN Kayak, pozzo del fuoco in ceramica sul retro (si prega di notare legno per pozzo del fuoco non è incluso quindi si prega di portare il proprio) patio in cemento stampato, 6 persona tavolo da pranzo all'aperto con sedie imbottite e ombrellone.

Cammina verso la città. Posizione centrale quindi tutto è all'interno dei blocchi.
Siamo in posizione centrale nel villaggio. Siamo un isolato dalla spiaggia, che ha circa un 60 piedi l'accesso del pubblico. C'è un altro accesso del pubblico due isolati più avanti, alla fine del lago di St e Old Orchard Bluff, con una zona molto bella spiaggia. Il lancio DNR barca è alla fine di Boynton St, e la Marina si trova alla fine di Huron Ave. L'ingresso di Patrick Tierney Park si trova alla fine di Simons S. Il parco ha un lungo tratto di spiaggia sabbiosa, attrezzature da gioco, area pic-nic e il muro di rottura per camminare. 4 isolati isolati dal Lexington Village Theatre.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the house! It was a short 4-5 min walk from the beach and downtown. We walked almost everywhere. The house was very nice and clean. The yard and patio were really nice as well.

The home was in a great location. Everything was within walking distance. The home was very clean, nice spacious backyard where our dog could run and play, and lots of beach stuff in the grage to use. We couldn't get the t v to work, but when we contacted the host, he contacted us back right away and we were able to make it. Overall we had a great time!!

Our 10-day visit to the Lexington Michigan area went well, this property was perfectly located, clean and comfortable during our stay. We, too, own a cottage in the area that we short term rent and we treated this home as we hope our tenants treat ours during their stay. The outside space is well done too! I will rent again!

This is our second week-long stay here, since we enjoyed the first stay so much, and it won't be our last. The house had everything we needed; it is very spacious and comfortable. Lexington is a really cute lakeside vacation spot with shops, restaurants, and the harbor on Lake Huron. The house is in a quiet residential section of town, but we could walk to everything. The propery is fenced-in and private with a nice patio.

Loved the location of the home. It was close to town but also quiet. It was just what I needed in regards to room. The fireworks in town was the icing to the cake. The patio was perfect for morning coffee while listening to the birds.The owner had amazing communication throughout the visit. My pup also loved all the grass. Overall, it was a great time!

We loved our stay! Such a great location. Close to everything and the house was clean and comfy! I cook a lot and found the kitchen to be well stocked. We also loved the beautiful outdoor patio and yard!

We had a wonderful vacation. This property was perfectly located. We walked downtown multiple times and the harbor, the pier, and of course the beach (daily!).
My only complaint would be some lacking provisions in the kitchen. We made do (and chose to use disposable plates and cutlery to save on dishwashing), but it would be nice to have a bit more silverware. That's a pretty minor complaint! We had a great time and are hoping to return to Lexington in the future.

My husband and adult children had a wonderful stay at Steve’s Lexington house. The location in town was fantastic, and the house and yard were just as nice, If not nicer, than we thought they would be. The communication with Steve was simple and prompt. We definitely plan to stay again!

This was our third time staying at the Fick Family Lake House and just as our previous visits, it did not disappoint! This cozy home is perfectly located a block away from a small beach and within walking distance to downtown Lexington...perfect for grabbing yummy paninis from Sweetwater or a delicious cup of joe from Lexington Coffee Co.

Loved that we could walk to town, use the provided Kayak at the beach around the corner. Kids all slept in the upstairs bedroom & loft, leaving the main floor & bedroom for my husband & I. Good kitchen amenities for cooking. Very big yard, fully fenced in.
