We enjoyed our stay at this rental. The pool and house are absolutely beautiful. Only issue that we had was the house was very warm the entire stay. Kristopher was quick to answer whenever I had a question or concern. The house is in a beautiful, quiet location. I would absolutely stay here again

We have stayed in Southern Dunes five times now, and this home ranks at the top. We stayed for a month and thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The house is nicely decorated and has plenty of what we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable. Kris welcomed us on our arrival and was available to answer any questions we had during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for 8 nights and didn’t want to leave. Very clean, house has everything you need and the host was great. Awesome pool and hot tub, you won’t regret staying here.

The property is very well maintained and has a good open floorplan for letting everyone in the group stay together and enjoy all the ammenities. The pool was a very good size and the fact it is heated made it great for the fall weather. The hot tub was also great. There was just one hiccup during initial check-in, but response from the owner was immediate and everything was fine from then out. Owner lives nearby and was very responsive. Neighborhood is pretty quiet and there are neighbors houses around the backyard area, but still seems very private at the same time due to the landscaping. We will certainly keep this on our list of favorite places to stay in the Orlando area.

Wonderful house, fully stocked with everything you need. Great location with fantastic golf facilities. Very good responsive owner. The location on this estate means it’s an easy walk to the clubhouse for food and drinks in the evening with great staff working there. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed a very busy week at a Disney resort hotel doing the Disney thing, then had two weeks in Haines City for a far more relaxing two weeks visiting Gatorland and other places. We drove up to Kennedy Space Centre and back and whilst at the villa we paid for a night in the Universal Royal Pacific hotel which gives complimentary express passes. A great holiday and excellent host (Kris) with great communication. The Villa was great, patio area, pool and BBQ were very large. Walmart 2 minutes away which was very handy. Beds were comfortable, I’d definitely recommend this villa for a relaxing break.

First off - wow. Just wow. This house is a gem, and the pictures do not do this home justice! Kris was an incredible host, and everything we could have possibly needed during our stay, from towels for the pool to every imaginable to needed for cooking and baking was available to us. Our first night we discovered that a previous guest had damaged a Roku device in one of the bedrooms and an HDMI cord in the living room - and Kris was there first thing the next morning to make it right. He was kind and pleasant and even managed to impress our boys with NBA conversation. By the time we returned that evening, everything was in perfect working condition. Being a family of 4 (boys aged 9 and 11), being able to save by cooking and having space to spread out is important. We were easily able to accommodate this, and were able to enjoy pur vacation that much more consequently. And the pool - when the boys discovered that it had a "disco light" at night we had to practically drag them out of it to get to bed and they ignored their electronics for the whole stay (except when driving). If you're thinking about this home for your vacation, do it. I promise that you will not regret the decision. As for our family, we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else on our future returns. My family of four stayed here for almost a week. Our favorite part of the property was the outdoor space. There is a huge screened in patio, including a pool and hot tub. The hot tub seats plenty and worked perfectly. Our kids enjoyed jumping off the higher back wall into the pool and liked playing in the fountain splashers too. The house suites our needs perfectly with three bedrooms and huge beds. The master shower was beautiful though we didn’t like the half glass wall simply because water would get all over the floor. We cooked dinner in the kitchen many nights and ate outside at one of the two tables on the patio. The neighborhood itself was beautiful. There was a nice golf course though we didn’t play. Only downside of the neighborhood is there is no street parking, but the garage is empty so there’s space for three cars if needed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The property owner was very responsive and a huge help when the power went out for a couple of hours due to a big storm. We would definitely stay again.

Kristopher was extremely helpful with any questions we had about the property! Even showing up in person to help with some minor confusion we had with the hot tub (we’d never been in a home with one, we loved it!) We enjoyed hanging out in and around the pool or just relaxing inside the very spacious front rooms after making home cooked meals in the kitchen. There’s access to a WinnDixie and a Walmart without even pulling back onto the main road. Tons of places to eat nearby if you aren’t in the mood to cook. We will definitely be booking here again if we’re in the area!

We were pleased to find that the listing had very accurately depicted the home. We travel/rent frequently, and have unfortunately learned that's not always the case. However, this home made top 5 list of the properties we have rented. Most importantly to us, it was clean, appeared to be well kempt, and was in a seemingly safe neighborhood. A few other things to note....The towel/linen closets and Kitchen were very well stocked and beds were comfy. We spent most of our time enjoying the awesome outdoor area. Super close proximity to Wal-Mart(literally right outside the gates of development) for grocery run was an added bonus! :). Thanks for a great stay! We hope to return again in the future.

My husband was doing Iron Man and we had our kids along. The house was great to get to the race and for the days we did the amusement parks. The pool was a nice plus for our toddler who made sure we got lots of use out of it. We’d definitely stay here again!

Every year we stay at southern dunes for 1 or 2 weeks. We stay at a different house every year trying to find the perfect house. This house is the one. This house was perfect from the open floor plan to the pool and Jacuzzi. Everything was perfect. The owner was very easy to communicate with and called me direct after I emailed him . Over all this was the best of over 20 different homes we stayed at and we will be back again . Thank you

This was an absolutely amazing and stunning house! The owner was there in a flash to open door and help us whenever we needed it! We will definitely be staying there again when we come back again! The house has so much room and the outback was our favorite spot to hangout.

Beautiful property with pool and hot tub for our family vacation. Everything we needed was supplied in this house and anything we needed was steps away, Wal-Mart, Pharmacies, restaurants etc. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is very spacious and complete. the six of us had plenty of room. The large pool and hot tub were amazing after a long themepark day, or early in the morning. The outside deck is large as well. After we send a message to Kris with some questions, he was at the house within 10 minutes to answer every question we had and more. Very friendly guy and made us feel very welcome. This was our fourth house on southern dunes in 6 years, but this one is one of the better ones.

Stunning property, very clean, easy access, keyless entry, spacious living area, massive comfy beds, laundry room, excellent communication with owner, no question left unanswered, would definitely rent again, have stayed in southern dunes every visit and have stayed in a different villa each time, this 1 has bypassed the rest with the larger pool and hot tub. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

This home is exactly as described. It is a beautifully decorated, well maintained and a spacious home. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, tons of bath and pool towels provided. We really enjoyed the outdoor space with the tv, hot tub and pool. Tons of outdoor seating available. Kris was great with communication and came by to welcome us. We have stayed at many homes in Southern Dunes and this home is now at the top of our list. Definitely will be staying here again. Otero Family
