Nice house , clean, all the amenities you need. Great host!

This home is in a good location in Meridian. We enjoyed our stay though we had a couple minor issues. The entry into and out of the house is via the garage and the door latch between the garage and the house stuck on us several times, leaving us locked out for a few minutes until we could get the door latch to free. We were unable to locate the coffee grinder referenced in the listing. There was a lot of bird poop on the patio and there was a room with a broken set of blinds. The bird poop appeared to be from a robin that showed up every morning and set on a patio chair and proceeded to fly into the slider window, banging on the window every morning. Even with these issues, this was a decent rental. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and fairly well stocked with cooking amenities and the location is great. Grocery and drug stores are near by and easy to access.

Came to bring home our grandson from first year at Boise St. Univ. This home was just what we needed for a short visit to the area as well. Darrell was friendly and ready to assist with anything we needed. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything needed. Beds were comfortable but we would suggest a different covering over the plastic encased mattress as it was too warm overnight. Appreciated being able to get 2 cars in the garage.

This was our second time staying at this house and we enjoyed everything about it. Darrell was great to work with and we had a great trip.

I can’t say enough good things about this home! All the details made it so comfortable from the moment I stepped through the door:coffee and tea so I didn’t have to run to the store after a long drive; the natural gas fireplace turns on with the flick of a switch. All the kitchen equipment anyone would want minus a chef; boxes of tissue in every room(I had a cold). The beds were super comfy. The patio was nice to go drink coffee in the morning. The neighborhood felt very safe—my kids could go walking with no worries (teens). There were more than enough supplies. I never had a reason to call the host as everything was perfect!

We were in town for spring break, and it was perfect for the few nights we were there. Minutes from everything!

During my recent stay at this VRBO, there were certainly highlights, but unfortunately, several aspects left much to be desired. The living room end table was notably unstable. Additionally, the incorrect phone number provided in the instructions caused confusion and inconvenience when trying to reach the host. The nice lady at the wrong number provided stated they have not worked for this property in 5 years. Upon our arrival, we were disappointed to find the top of the fridge very dusty and a hair on the pillow of the bed in the master bedroom. This raised concerns about the thoroughness of the cleaning process between guests. The towels also had holes in them. Furthermore, the limited pantry space for groceries made it difficult to properly store our food items, resulting in having to use the counter as pantry space. The fitted bed sheet kept popping up resulting in reseless sleeps. The bed itself was very comfortable only if the sheets fit properly without popping up. The discovery of dog poop in the backyard was particularly off-putting. While there were positives to our stay, such as the property's good location within a comfortable neighborhood, spacious house, and a fully equipt kitcken. Unfortunately, the mentioned issues significantly detracted from our overall experience and hope they will help aide in the comfort of future guests.

Laurie and Daryell's house was very comfortable. Completely furnished, literally nothing we needed to buy except our food! Perfect location for our stay, we were right around the corner from family! My fiancee and I stayed 4 nights with our two teenagers and and will definitely stay again.

Everthing was ok except the snow removal while we were thete. Our average age was 70 so it wasn't in our wheel house . Luckily our nephew and niece came and shoveled for us.

Stayed here two years in a row and the first time in 2022 was very nice. I was elated to discover the place was decorated nicely for Christmas that first year, not so much the 2nd year. Now for the problem. The rule posted around the home is that the door between the garage and house be left unlocked. And in fact, the door knob is taped in a way to prevent locking of the door. That is a tremendous security issue and caused significant concern during my stay. The pass code for the garage is easily guessed and you have numerous individuals servicing and using the home using that same code (or a variant of that code). I know the area is relatively safe but that issue puts your renters at risk and you would be held responsible for any loss or personal injury. Big mistake and I may not rent again if that issue isn't resolved.

Great place to have family gather.

This property has everything you need. This house is in a quiet neighboorhood. Albertson's is right down the road. I will definitely stay here again.

The Meridian location was perfect for our stay. We had several people we were picking up from the airport. Family and friends were very comfortable. Great amenities and lots of room to spread out, play, and relax.

Very nice property. Since we are of the older population, we were thinking it might be a good idea to install some grab bars in the bathrooms by the tub and toilet. Also, the bed in the bedroom by the kitchen is quite noisy! We enjoyed our stay very much and thank you for your hospitality.

We love staying in Meridian, and this is the second time we have rented from this host. Excellent communication and a beautiful home that was sufficiently stocked with daily needed items.

We Vrbo'd this unit for our family to attend the 89th birthday for our Mother in Boise. We were pleasantly surprised on our arrival and the accomodations were better than expected.

The kitchen was well stocked with the little appliances of the confort of home. Everything you need.

The property was Awsome! Just like being at home! There was everything! The pride & thoughtfulness was beyond any places I’ve stayed before! I would highly recommend any of your properties! Thank you for making our stay in Idaho & wonderful memory

We had a great time attending our daughter's graduation from medical school at ICOM in Boise. We enjoyed celebrating as a family and all the places that were available close by and just a short trip into downtown.

Was nice, easy, relaxing getaway! Highly recommend and will stay there again!

Great house in a quiet neighborhood

Our family of 6 stayed at this house recently while in town for a family reunion. The house was clean, well-stocked and very comfortable. It was very conveniently located to shopping/restaurants. They also had very reasonable check-out procedures. My only suggestion for next time would be to include some kitchen wash cloths/towels. We looked but did not see any & that would have been helpful as we did use the kitchen. We would stay here again.

The home is well stocked! Everything one needs and best of all, the place was already decorated for Xmas. What a wonderful surprise!

We stayed here with family while we were in Idaho to attend a graduation. The place was as described, clean and decorated for Christmas - which was a nice homey touch! Communicating with the host was easy and check-in/ out was clear. We loved our time there!

Everything worked great in the rental. The furnishings were excellent. We really enjoyed the bathrooms and kitchen. Nice neighborhood and great location.
