PURO LUSSO !! Questo è il modo migliore per descrivere Adagio e il nostro condominio. Adagio si trova sopra le acque turchesi mozzafiato e cristalline del Golfo del Messico. Godetevi il nostro condominio 3 camere da letto, 3 bagni splendidamente arredato. L'unità ha anche una camera a castello che consente alle famiglie di dormire 10 molto comodamente. Adagio è una proprietà recintata fronte oceano a Blue Mountain Beach lungo il famoso 30A. Adagio dispone di un'incredibile piscina a cascata da 8.000 SF, una seconda piscina a sfioro sul bordo a sfioro riscaldata (fuori stagione), giardini ben curati e molti altri ottimi servizi tra cui: vasca idromassaggio, centro fitness, griglie a gas e carbone e bici e sdraio in loco affitti. Se non hai mai provato Adagio, devi regalare alla tua famiglia una vacanza e un'esperienza che non dimenticheranno mai.
Questo condominio lato piscina al secondo piano, arredato in modo professionale, dispone di una cucina gourmet con ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, un frigorifero per il vino, soffitti di 10 piedi e pavimenti in marmo di travertino. L'arredamento del soggiorno è stato progettato per portare in casa i colori della spiaggia (coralli al tramonto, blu mare, beige sabbia e verdi di alghe). Il comfort era una delle massime priorità per i mobili del condominio: un sacco di lettini in modo da poter alzare i piedi alla fine di una fantastica giornata in spiaggia.
Ideale per piccoli o grandi gruppi questo condominio ha tutto! Il tavolo della sala da pranzo può ospitare 8 persone più 4 posti aggiuntivi al bancone del bar se ti piace intrattenere. Goditi delle belle serate mangiando o rilassandoti sul grande balcone che si affaccia sulla fontana della grande piscina. Balcong ha un tavolo per 6 più 2 sedie a sdraio
La master suite si affaccia sulla piscina e dispone di un letto king-size con accesso al balcone. Il bagno principale ha una doccia a doppia testa e una vasca idromassaggio.

Great location next to the pool. The beds were comfortable and condo was clean. The only downside was you couldn’t leave beach chairs outside so it cluttered up the door and made sand an issue inside the condo. This is a building complex’s rule not the owners rule, so we followed.

We loved this condo. Perfect location with easy beach access and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The condo itself was quiet and spacious. Furniture was nice and clean. The kitchen was modern and easy to use. The heated pool and hot tub were very nice. The whole family enjoyed it. My kids already want to come back. Thank you!!

We stayed in a unit facing the pool, beautiful view and could hear the fountains which helped down out the bunch of kids running wild every night. Our unit was nice, could use some updates but I can imagine the wear and tear a place takes. The steps to the beach each day were a lot, definitely not suitable for older people. The location was great, lots of great places to eat nearby. Overall great place.

We've stayed at Adagion 8 or 9 times and it always wonderful! We enjoyed our stay very much. The host were wonderful at communicating and the Adagio staff were wonderful!
One minor thing tho, the rules I recieved about the hot tub were different than the rules posted at the pool area. The no kids under a certain age wasn't enforced and it was too filled with little ones for us to be able to use it.

Excellent property and location. The property was clean and well-maintained. My only complaint would be the beach setup. If you don't purchase a chair rental for the week, you only have a very small area for everyone else to set up in. It is very frustrating and everyone is cramped in a small area. Please provide MORE beach space for guests who do not want to spend $400 plus a week to rent beach chairs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but will probably not come back simply because of the beach situation.

Beautiful property. We loved that we could see the pool from our balcony and keep an eye on our kiddos. Very short walk to the beach where we rented chairs (which I highly recommend). Two free bikes were awesome to use. Nice appliances and the condo had everything we needed. Spacious patio and the bunk beds were much larger than I imagined.

Overall the condo was very clean and enough room for our two families. The kitchen needs a few more pots and pans and dish towels and wash cloths. I would also recommend more than one towel a person. Those are easy fixes though. I did love all the storage and tables in the bathrooms … plenty of room for all our stuff…the complex is amazing -love both pools and it was very clean . Would definitely stay there again .

Enjoyed our stay except we didn’t expect so much noise from guests in the hot tub. The carpet in the bedrooms was old and dirty . I would suggest new carpet and a new cleaning service and your unit would be lovely.

We rented 1st week in August 2022.
- Condo was way more room than we needed for a family of 4.
- Smart TVs with many apps and cable TV. Thanks to prior guests for not signing off we watched apps I don’t subscribe to
- balcony overlooking pool was larger than expected.
- there are gas grills throughout property.
- View of the pool fountain as you walk into the condo is amazing.
- Kitchen was well stocked for cooking with large pots, coffee makers and platters for snack trays.
- Condo door is 2 steps from elevator
- Several luggage carts available.
- Large ice machine on property was being repaired during our stay but what a great property feature to be able to stop and fill an ice chest on way to beach.
- Parking was no issue
- Walked to get ice cream one evening, 10 min walk
- Short drive to watercolor for our usual stops.
- We used our own beach umbrella and chairs mostly because we had them but chair rental options are always nice and easy.
- Only about 6 spaces at ocean are available between rental chairs and a guarded private beach area. We opted to set up in afternoons and close to the private beach for a little more open view. Had no issue sitting right at water edge.
- Wish there was a game closet for kids. The games left behind were old and missing pieces. Also didn’t find but 1-2 books in condo so bring your own.
- Bring several of your own beach towels.

We are always pleased with our stays at Adagio. This is the perfect location for families with teens. Our children are able to ride their bicycles and enjoy the property as well as local shops. The property and beach are beautiful and a short distance to Grayton and Seaside.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this large well appointed condo! The balcony overlooks the very large unheated pool and the hot tub. It is a very short walk to the heated pool and down to the beach. Will definitely stay again! The red tide was coming in while we were there which caused some coughing and irritated my kids eyes and nose a few of the days. But there is obviously nothing anyone can do about that. My only complaint about the beach is the association allows the chair rental company to occupy 90% of the beach. This leaves only a small stretch for personal chairs. I expected this from other reviews but we did have to get up early to get a spot. The condo owners suggested renting only an umbrella which is a good idea. The owners were very friendly and responsive!

The pool and hot tub were crowd favorites for the kids! As others have mentioned, the beach situation regarding the chair service rental space versus self set up was a bit of a challenge. However, we learned to get out early and set up. Though we were cozy with our beach neighbors in the self set up area, it wasn't a problem at all! Plus, the beach equipment (chairs & umbrella) that are stashed under various beds definitely came in handy!! Thank you so much to the Russ family for sharing your stunning beach home with us!!!

Blue mountain beach was a perfect distance from surrounding towns. Adagio was quiet and relaxing. The beach was full but not overly crowded. Plan to rent chairs or at least an umbrella as the rental company does occupy most of the beach. Our only complaint was the lack of towels. The property does not supply and beach towels at all. We were glad we brought ours, but had to wash them constantly to have them ready for the next day. Shower towels were also limited and there weren’t extras under the sink/ in closets as they said there were. Both issues were easily solved with the washer and dryer, however, and did not impact our stay. We would highly recommend this condo to asnyone looking on 30a!

There were a few issues—towels left in the dryer, leftover coffee in the coffee pot, broken handle to sliding glass door, broken toilet roll holder in guest bathroom—that we promptly brought to the owner’s attention upon our arrival. The issues were not fixed during our stay. Otherwise, we were pleased with the condo itself, communication with the owners, and location of the resort.

The condo was not ready for us by check in time, due to the fact that part of the cleaning team did not show up for work. The owners, so graciously, offered to to cover our first night dinner expense to compensate for the delay. We texted the manager about a broken handle on the balcony door, which was acknowledged, but never followed up on, or repaired during our stay. The door was still functional, just a little tricky at times.
Other than a few minor hiccups, our trip was perfect. We will definitely return!!

The beach has a lot of stairs to go down and up. Beach was a little rough from the storms the week before. The area of 30A was crowded and had to wait a lot of restaurants. Good ice cream shop near by. Overall it was a great stay. Would recommend staying here to anyone. Owners were very fast at responding.

Great rental! Super easy to work with. Well appointed. Great location! Great restaurants in walking distance. Bike and umbrella rental onsite. Huge balcony with morning shade. Wonderful outdoor furniture.
