Condo was nice and clean. Property manager was very friendly and helpful. Answered all questions in a timely fashion. Definitely will look back into renting the condo again.

The complex has a heated pool and spa, and was one of its best features, since the weather was a little cool and breezy. The unit is located in walking distance to the beach. The property manager was responsive when we notified her that there was limited silverware for 4 people. We were disappointed with the overall cleaniness of the unit, as well as the noisy upstairs neighbors.

I liked the comfortable feel of the condo, the weather was not great, but you can't control the weather. The place was clean and was impressed with the amenities included.

This property had all the amenities we could want. We loved sitting on the outside deck/patio-great afternoon sun and privacy. The beach was very close-walking distance- and there was a variety of restaurants. Being dog friendly was another plus for us. We would recommend this unit to others.

Had a excellent getaway

There were a couple of items/circumstances that kept this trip from being great. The condo was fully stocked and mostly comfortable but we had lousy neighbors on the top floor. Very thin floors or inconsiderate neighbors. The other was the view, Mustang Island must not have many properties where you can see or be close to the water. Our view was empty fields and the complex garbage cans. Owner’s rep was quick to respond to our needs.

My wife, her sister and I needed some rest. We are senior and it was great for us. No stairs to climb, except for a few steps to get into the building. We brought our two small dogs. The beach is a very short drive from the apartment. A supermarket is very close and places to eat as well. The place is very well located. The apartment has everything you need, except for toiletries. That was a surprise. On the negative and this is not the owner’s fault: The people upstairs were renovating and therefore there was noise upstairs all day long, they worked very late. However this was only in this opportunity. Our bad luck. Otherwise the place is very quiet. I would stay there again. Thanks

The place was very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, and perfectly located. The host pays attention to all of the little details, and the place is well stocked with anything you would need. We would definitely love to come back!

Nice condo with everything we needed, great location, and very responsive host

Great rental, everything as described & better. Great location! Have stayed at Beach Club twice before but this rental through VRBO was much nicer. Had a small issue with a breakfast bar stool that was immediate remedied. Wish they would let you in before 4 when Condo is ready as many others do. Great location, great property. Nice ammenities.

I had a noise complaint and reached out to try and get some help with the people staying above us. The lady was very nice, but instructed me to go knock on the guest door and ask them to keep it down. I was shocked that I was directed to do there job! I did not go knock however the next day was much more quiet! It's really a nice place just wished that when the listing said walking distance didn't mean up one street and down another!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice and very clean. It is about a 1 minute drive to the beach but also close enough to town to enjoy a quick trip to restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend. Bryan B.

Our condo was very clean and very well kept. The decor and newly remodeled condo made our stay all the more worthwhile.

We have stayed at the Beach Club Condos theee times, and this was our favorite condo and host. Very attentive and welcoming. Everything is communicated and clean. Only recommendation would be some extra blankets that aren’t for pets.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. Location, amenities, and condo itself were just awesome. Thanks so much!

The property was very clean and check in and check out was very easy. The location was great (only a 5 min walk to the beach) and the pool was a nice add. Parking was super easy and the guest information book was great

We had a great time at the property! The kids enjoyed the amenities and being so close to the beach. We will definitely be coming back for another for another stay!

The condo was beautiful, the pictures dont capture the beauty. We used the pool area and grilled at the condo provided girls, very convenient. spacious clean and the condo manager communicated well through out the stay!

Very clean walkable distance to beach you can even park your car on the beach and nice overall area. Definitely recommend going to eat at Doc’s!

Great property overall! Comms with the property manager were outstanding, and everything was well laid out. Property itself was great, and we really enjoyed our stay! Everything we needed was provided, and it's a 10 minute walk to the beach, max! Will definitely return!

OVERALL GREAT STAY! THE MANAGER WAS VERY RESPONSIVE! THE ONLY THING I DID NOT LIKE WAS THE CONTROLLED A/C! I AM HOT NATURE AND THE OWNER WOULD PRE SET THE A/C TO 75 AT NIGHT AND DURING THE DAY SO WHEN WE WOULD COME BACK FROM BEACH IT WOULD BE 80 IN THE HOUSE! THATS TOO HOT! WE HAD TO GO TO THE STORE TO BUY A FAN FOR THE BEDROOM AND FOR MY BOYS IN THE LIVING ROOM (FAN THAT WAS IN CLOSET DID NOT WORK). ALSO BE AWARE OF STICKERS!! THE GRASS AREA OUTSIDE THE CONDO ARE HORRIBLE. OTHER THEN THAT WE HAD AN AWESOME TIME AND WOULD RESERVE THIS PLACE AGAIN!

My mom stayed in a unit on the third floor that was not as convenient to get in and out of, but was very clean compared to ours. My biggest complaint is with the property manager/management. There are “militant” instructions in each room that are demeaning for an adult renting the unit (ex: black towels are to be used when you are on your period, listing each item in the room- including decor- so that you don’t steal anything). If I was a partying high-schooler on spring break, these might be necessary. For an adult couple with children, this is completely unnecessary. I own a home… I know how to take care of one. While Laura was quick to respond, she was very rude. Our plans changed so I inquired about adding days to our reservation. Her response was “are you trying to change your reservation? Is that what you’re getting at?” That’s a really rude way to react to someone wanting to give you more money.When I called about accessing the keypad on the front door (despite several attempts I couldn’t get the numbers to appear), she did walk me through using it, but made sure to add she had already sent me the instructions (she did- but if I had seen them I wouldn’t have been calling her). She did the same thing regarding parking spaces. While I appreciate the prep-work, you are in the hospitality industry and should be helpful to your guests instead of treating them like they are a bother.To sum this up, I would definitely stay at this complex again, but not in a unit managed by this company. My mom ended up bringing my nephew and aunt down (we are from Missouri) and they were able to find a unit at the last minute through Padre Escapes. The rental company (Coldwell Banker) was helpful, kind, and appreciative of their business.

The property was as advertised and we appreciated the child's chair and beach toys that we borrowed. The thing that was odd was that there were no flat sheets on either bed and no linens for the foldout couch. When the little one wanted to sleep on the couch she couldn't because we didn't even have flat sheets that we could use to cover the mattress. Without that I wouldn't permit her to sleep there. We also thought it was odd that we had to strip the beds and start a load of laundry for the cleaning crew. As my niece put it, "do they work here or do we". The rest of the check out instructions were completely understandable. Lastly, the thermostat needs a lot of instructions posted. We barely got it to work. Finally, when I talked to the property manager it was so easy, but from booking through when I got a property manager's number Vrbo had no record of my trip or reservation that I could access. Difficulty having access to my reservation information could lead me to avoid using Vrbo in the future. Overall, we were very pleased with the property and had a great time.

There was just the right amount of space for our family of 5. We brought a toddler air mattress and put it in the closet of the master and of course kept the door open. He loved his own room. Within walking distance of the beach, but it’s quite a trek with little ones so bring a wagon or purchase and parking permit and drive. Loved that there was table and bar seating and extra seats on the patio. Quirks include owner controlled temperature settings, militant instructional signs in every room- including lists of items found in the room, and special towels for if it’s your time of the month.
