On Sunset Beach Island 1 Bedroom Condo sleeps 4 Water view! Unit 1
Questo condominio bellissimo si trova su Sunset Beach Island. Direttamente nel mezzo di Main St e solo un isolato dall'accesso alla spiaggia principale di Sunset Beach e dal molo di pesca. Questo condominio camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto estraibile. È al secondo piano e ha una splendida vista sull'oceano dalla veranda con le migliori sedie a dondolo mai rilassarsi con una bevanda fredda. Aria condizionata centralizzata, così come una cucina completa con lavastoviglie e lavatrice / asciugatrice, è tutto incluso. TV via cavo, lettore DVD e Wi-Fi sono tutti dotati di questo splendido condominio. Ci sono 2 TV, una camera da letto e un soggiorno. Calendario delle unità comunicanti disponibile nella camera comunicante # 2 per vedere se entrambi sono disponibili.
Cosa è incluso?? Ci piace renderlo il più conveniente possibile, quindi includiamo quanto segue.
Sapone per le mani, Dawn, compresse per lavastoviglie, Alcuni asciugamani di carta, carta igienica, detersivo per bucato, fogli di tessuto più morbido. Tutti i tipi di prodotti per la pulizia e sacchetti di immondizia per il vostro soggiorno. Ci sono anche filtri per il caffè e un armadio pieno di spezie.
Sunset Beach è situato a metà strada tra Wilmington e Myrtle Beach SC. Siete circondati da Corsi di golf di classe mondiale e di grande sport Pesca. Non dimentichiamo Calabash e il loro famoso pesce a soli 10 minuti. C'è sempre qualcosa da fare anche se questo significa non fare altro che distendersi sulle perfette spiagge sabbiose.
Siamo animali domestici ma abbiamo qualche restrizione. C'è una tassa di $ 65 per animali domestici, senza cani a pelo lungo, il limite di peso è inferiore a 40 libbre, senza razze aggressive. Si prega di cassa il tuo cane se li lasci nell'appartamento durante il giorno mentre sei in spiaggia. Si prega di notare, i cani sono vietati sulla spiaggia 8 a. m.- 6 p. m. Il venerdì prima del Memorial Day attraverso il Labor Day. I cani devono essere tenuti al guinzaglio per non più di 10 'e si prega di pulire dopo il vostro animale domestico.
Attenzione proprietari di barche !! C'è Dry Dock slittamento disponibile barca a pagamento, si prega di chiamare o e-mail per i dettagli. E 'a soli 5 minuti dal condominio e 1. 5 miglia da ingresso !!

This location was perfect for a quick getaway to sunset beach. Apartment was clean and well stocked with necessities. Loved that it was so close to beach. Nice area to sit outside. Right beside three stores with ice cream, coffee, beer, etc. Lots of places to eat within a 10 mile radius. Would highly recommend and hope we can visit again!

It was just my husband, myself and our two fur babies. The place was perfect. Sitting on the porch watching all the people and the ocean was great. Will definitely come back soon.

The condo was very clean. The location was great! Easy to get coffee in the morning and ice cream at night from the stores right underneath. There was no noise from the establishments below. Easy walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location within walking distance to the beach. This was our second time staying in the condo and we plan to come back. The condo is kept very clean and the host is excellent for responding to any questions. Highly recommend.

Perfect place at Sunset Beach to see the ocean and be right in the middle of it all! Easy check in, super clean, provided beach towels, etc. King bedroom was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable! I will be back, brought my 85 year old mother and myself for 3 nights! She had no problem with the stairs.

We had a great week on our honeymoon staying at Sunset Beach! The location of the property was convenient with a beautiful view of the ocean and an easy walk to the beach. Once we figured out where to park, the condo was easy to access. It was clean and cozy, and was the perfect place for us to spend the week.

Was a little noisy underneath at the coffee shop beating and banging causing a lot of disturbance for our dog causing her to continue to bark.

We really loved the rental. It was very clean and plenty of room for our teenage boys. It had everything we needed. Very conveniently located near the beach access. We loved being able to walk downstairs to grab ice cream or slushies in the evening. The boys were able to walk around outside in the eveningsand be close by. Even though we were located over the ice cream shop and store, it was very quiet. We will definitely be booking here again. No complaints at all.

Very clean, spacious 1br condo, great location, great front porch and rockers, quality king bed, luxury feel of linens and towels. Convenient store underneath and next door. Only recommendation is to upgrade the living room TV and cable service to match quality of rest of condo.

The unit is impeccably clean and well stocked. A 3 minute walk to sunset pier!
A convenience store two doors down, beach paraphernalia below unit.
The only problem we had was the pull out couch mattress which my teen daughter described as getting poked by springs all night so she had to sleep on then couch instead the whole trip. Other than that, the unit is perfect!

Beautiful Condo with a great view of the ocean, only a few minutes walk to the beach, the place looked freshly renovated and was very clean, there is a nice coffee shop and small grocery store a few steps away, its also really nice that it's pet friendly, we will definitely be staying here again.

Unit was very clean, had all supplies necessary, two doors away from convenience store, perfect for two people, new paint job, 3-4 minute walk to beach and pier! Would def stay again!!

The condo was across the street from the pier, centrally located on Sunset Beach. We really enjoyed walking to the eastern point in the morning to watch the sunrise and western point in the evening for the sunset. After a long day of sun, sitting on the covered porch provided a fantastic outlet to view the ocean. The condo itself is nice, bright, and open. It can be a little noisy because it’s on top of and next to shops. But by 10:30, it was quiet. We really enjoyed our vacation and look forward to staying here again.

Summer getaway
Enjoyed our stay very much! The property was very clean and convenient. We brought our 15 year old dachshund. It was a little walk to bring him to potty but not terrible. Only downfall was having to move rental bikes blocking our driveway from Julie’s rental.

Beach vacation
This was the second year in row that we stayed at this location. All the rooms were very clean when we arrived. I have no complaints about the property. The beach is only a 2-3 minute walk from the front door. We had a great time staying there and hope to return soon.

Sunset Beach getaway
Loved the location: very close to the beach and private parking off street. Very clean property with almost everything provided, right down to the dish soap.Well supplied kitchen for cooking.
Very nice views. If you are an early riser you can watch the sunrise from the front porch and the ocean from the kitchen window.
There is a full size washer and dryer which was nice to have use of before leaving.
Access is via outside steps to the apartment on the second floor. This could be an issue for those with mobility problems but the steps are wide and very sturdy so was not an issue for us.
Would rent the unit again if we go back to Sunset Beach.

As with the first stay, everything was fabulous!!! Robert is so communicative and accommodating. Spacious condo within walking distance to the beach and shops. Highly recommend!

Anniversary getaway
Just what I needed for some time away...the place was perfect and so close to the beach and pier! I also picked a good weekend for an open air market that was literally steps from the apartment...will be back for sure!

Perfect condo in the heart of Sunset Beach. All was as described in the listing. Wonderful view of the shops, water, and pier. Robert, our host, was very courteous and communicative. We would definitely recommend this property and look forward to staying here again.

Wonderful Location & Property
You just could not ask for a better location, short walk to the beach but right in the middle of all the action. The property is very well maintained, cleaned and stocked. The manager is local and very involved to make sure your stay is the best. Read a few comments about noise in the area, we did not experience any noise issues. The unit is very well insulated and very quite. Was a great experience, first trip to Sunset Beach but will not be our last. We will be staying here again!
