Pointes North Inn è una delle suite condominio uniche di Charlevoix che libro come una camera di albergo. Libro per la privacy del condominio, soggiorno per l'ospitalità.
Questo bellissimo condominio ha due letti king-size con un letto queen-size divano letto nel soggiorno.
Ci sono ripiani in granito in cucina. C'è un'isola con piccolo piano cottura con piano cottura e posti a sedere per tre. C'è anche un forno a microonde convezione e frigorifero sul lato opposto.
TV via cavo è in salotto e camere da letto. La TV nella zona soggiorno ha la possibilità di collegare un lettore DVD. La reception ha una varietà di DVD tra cui scegliere. Il divano letto matrimoniale è nel soggiorno con una sedia separata. Fuori del soggiorno è il patio aperto passeggiata-out con posti a sedere per due.
Pointes North Inn dispone ad alta velocità Wi-Fi in tutto l'edificio e lavanderia a gettoni al secondo piano. Nella zona della hall, ci sono posti a sedere per la prima colazione continentale, che si affaccia sulla piscina interna / esterna riscaldata. La sezione interna della piscina è aperta tutto l'anno, mentre la sezione esterna è chiuso ottobre a maggio.
Tutto questo, a pochi passi dalla Charlevoix il bellissimo centro.

Family stay for our sons stay at the castle. It was a perfect location in downtown charlevoix. We could walk to restaurants and coffee shops. And only 10 minutes from the wedding venue! Our family fit comfortably and the place was decorated really nice!

I feel for the amount of money we spent to stay at this location, we were not satisfied. I expressed my concerns with the staff upon check out. My daughter was badly injured on the stairs by the tacks that hold the carpet down. My parents were unable to use the shower, and had to use the bath due to fear of falling in the slippery shower. The door to the bathroom downstairs would not lock, and people were walked in on while using the bathroom due to this issue. Items from previous guests were found under the bed downstairs. The light above the kitchen sink had multiple bulbs out. The fan and ceiling had an excessive amount of dust, like it hadn't been dusted in a long time. The balcony was soaked from dripping water from the gutters above, so we weren't able to enjoy that the way we expected. Also, one of the seating arrangements outside broke when we sat on it.We love the area and visit yearly, we normally stay at the Edge Water Inn and have had ZERO issues with our stay there. The Edge Water Inn was booked and referred us to the sister hotel. Next time I will ask what sister, the ugly step sister? For the amount we spent for 2 nights, I feel our stay should have been super instead of just ok.

This worked out perfectly for an overnight business trip with a coworker The condo was exactly as the photos shown. We arrived early, and they did make it available for check-in. We will stay here again.

The location of the rental is close to cute charming downtown shopping and a quick walk to view the lake. The North Pointe Inn is a hybrid hotel, condo rental. This means there are conveniences of a hotel however the condo townhouse style units are close together. The king beds were very comfortable and the size of bedrooms are great. The decor is charming and professionally decorated. The downside is the balcony over looking a main strip of traffic and in the summer it's busy. I could hear the road noise in the rental at times. The loft bedroom is over the main living area and it's easy to disturb the sleep of the person sleeping in the loft by others using the kitchen. The title of the listing is partially inaccurate, there is no Round lake view. I was aware of this and wasn't disappointed. The main draw is the amazing location! There are great restaurants a quick walk away.

Air conditioner did not work, and maintenance never came to check it out. We were there for a wedding and it was very hot, making it difficult to get ready. Very, very disappointed.

The bedroom did not have a curtain only blinds. In the morning you woke up because it was not dark in the room. The air conditioning controls where upstairs and the first floor bedroom was hot .

This property was so close to EVERYTHING. The staff was exceptionally helpful. It was amazingly quiet in the room. We loved sitting on the balcony watching all the vacationers coming and going.

Great location within walking distance to marina, shopping, beach, lighthouse(under construction) and restaurants. Clean apartment with a nice set up.
Disappointed the laundry service was out of service as we had planned for this and only packed for half our vacation. Instead we i got up early and visited a friendly local laundromat.

I thought the price was a little high for what you got. Loved our balcony as we had nice time string out and enjoying the weather. I think overall the building and rooms could use a face lift...bathroom shower and water closet upstairs are small; bathtub downstairs was difficult to shower in for an elderly woman; beds and linens were fabulous and enjoyed the pool.

Our vacation rental experience was fantastic! Pointes North Inn provided us with an incredible amount of customer service during our short stay in Charlevoix this summer, and we would absolutely return. The two-story rental was spacious, extremely clean, and everything you could need for a family getaway. We loved our time there!

We stayed in room 207. We came to Charlevoix 3 of 4 of our family Members were in a wedding. This room was clean had everything we needed could it easily stay the week. We enjoyed the indoor pool while we were there.

Couple complaints that were taken care of fairly quickly. No hot water one evening and no WiFi the second day. We were out all day so WiFi not a big issue and back up and running g the evening we returned. The staff at the desk were very efficient and extremely nice. Would stay there again.
