this place has so much space and tons of fun activities plus a gorgeous ocean view and lots of viewing options on the tv for winding down in the evening. Christina was super generous to offer an early check in; never had that anywhere else! Oh and the kitchen is so well stocked making meals was fun, thanks so much!

Perfect place to relax and enjoy amazing views of eagles, the sound, and mountains. The kids had a great time with the sport court and yard, so did the pups. A short walk or drive to the water made for some fun, and delicious, crabbing. A cozy fire at night was a great end to the day. Owner was super responsive and so kind.

This property is fantastic, lots of room and so many pretty touches to make it feel homey. Owner is lovely and so responsive, the view is fantastic and the house has everything you might need. We had Canadian thanksgiving here and the kitchen is so well equipped for cooking! This is the perfect setting for both a romantic time away or a gathering with friends and family. Only minor issue in the whole weekend is the one bed in the main floor bedroom is probably due an upgrade as its pretty uncomfortable to sleep on. (We added some duvets under us to make it softer). It did not stop us from loving this place! Highly recommend!

The house is beautiful and the location is spectacular. Watching the sun rise over the sound makes your day. The home is very comfortable and well furnished, and has all the basics necessities. Well-stocked kitchen, to accommodate several people for dinner. I will stay here on any future vacations.

Lots to do! Enjoyed the hot tub and badminton court! Beautiful deck and view! Short walk to beach with access to boats to take in the lake. Relaxing atmosphere well stocked with toys and games for families and children. Lots to do right in the area!

We had a great stay! Our three kids loved the house and the hot tub. The owner was very accommodating and made our trip memorable.

We had such a great vacation on Camano Island. The house was clean and had plenty of room for the 7 of us. Everyone had their own space. The beds were comfortable, and there were enough blankets and towels to go around. The house had plenty of dishware and some tools to grill with. The hot tub was great to relax in the evenings, and we loved how much room there was on the deck. The house is a short drive from town, where there's a grocery store and a few restaurants. Definitely check out Brooklyn Brothers Pizza! It was a great base to visit Seattle and the San Juan Islands from.

Excellent property. Great view. Near Cama Beach state park. Responsive property manager. However, they do not have washer/dryer. So think twice if you plan to stay more than two nights.

We had a wonderful time, even though it rained one day. Lots of room for family members to have quiet time when they needed it. The view is unbelievable! I would have given this a five if it hadn't been for the lack of laundry facilities and a frustrating microwave.

Property is well kept with a nice kitchen and living area. Bedrooms are comfy and spacious. The view is spectacular and we only wish we’d had more time to spend there and enjoy the home, the water and the serenity.

Not at all what we were expecting. First of all the house is advertised as “Sleeps 8”, yet we were charged $250 extra for having 8. The explanation I received was, “The property allows up to 8 people, but this is the only way to give smaller groups a price break.” Huh?!! The house seems tired - definitely not spotless as described. The fitted sheets had some long, dark hairs when we pulled the sheets back - I was totally grossed out by that so I ended up sleeping at my sister’s house. We ended up lint rolling the sheets and sprayed them with Lysol. The beds are advertised as queen sized for three of the bedrooms, which the bed in the loft was a double. All pillows were flat as pancakes, so we bought some pillows for our use. Some of the drawers and cupboards in the kitchen were a disaster - it looked like someone had rifled thru them and just dumped junk in them. The refrigerator had a broken door shelf which fell off when we opened the door to add some items - it had been taped on, but obviously that didn’t work. When I let Jenn know so we would not get blamed, her response was that it was too expensive to buy a new fridge. I would think they could order a shelf. The first item on the checkout sheet mentions starting a load of sheets in the washer, yet no washer and dryer were available. I have never stayed at a VRBO that did not have a washer and dryer. On a bright note, the outside views were beautiful!

A quiet home away from home. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Very clean and organized property and manager. Great place for relaxing or family board games, movies,sitting on the deck or in the hot tub or a basketball game. Very comfortable and relaxing. Beautiful quiet view of sunrise with pine trees, panoramic water and snow-capped Cascades.

Spotless! I am often afraid when we first pull into rental properties; as I like things CLEAN! This property was. The view was beautiful and we all felt it was a fun family event. Everything was well outlined; rental expectations. Hot tub is "old school" with weak jets but a nice soak with beautiful views. We really enjoyed the kayak and canoe that is available. The only real complaint was that the outdoor furniture was very uncomfortable; and with such beautiful decking that was unfortunate. With the grandchildren; they enjoyed being able to be safely outside.

This property is perfect for families!! We spent four days in this relaxing setting with my husband's parents and our four children (Ages 1-8). The amount of toys, games and play space was absolutely wonderful so the kids were content to play and the adults were able to rest and rejuvenate over the Christmas holiday! The house was well-stocked with everything we needed, we cooked most of our meals at the house and were pleased with the amount of pots/pans/dishes etc. The grocery stores in the area were also great! We would definitely stay again if we ever get back to the area...the view alone is worth the trip! Jenn was fabulous to deal with! She answered all of our questions and gave great information regarding the area and property. Our family would recommend this property to anyone who would like to get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy a nice, quiet, relaxing getaway! You won't be disappointed!

My brothers and sister and our significant others came out to see our father for his 81st birthday. The house was beautiful and fully accommodating. The weather was poor but we forgot to ask for that in the contract:) I would have given 5 stars but the beds and ceiling fans could use some attention.

We had a wonderful stay at the Eagle's Nest. We were 3 couples, each with a young child. The property was great for our needs. Very clean, lots of space for the kids to play (full toy box in the bunk room) and each family had a bedroom on a separate floor. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we could need for cooking, which was good because we were there for Thanksgiving and did a lot of cooking over the 3 days. The property manager also made it clear that if we needed anything else to give her a call and she would help. The yard was wonderful as well, although we did not spend as much time outside as we would have in the summer. We did make use of the basketball court and badminton net. I would definitely recommend this property to others, and plan on returning someday. Our kids also can't wait to return.

We spent a great week on this beautiful property. The sport court was a big plus and we enjoyed having several pickleball matches. We also liked using the kayak and canoe; the hot tub was a wonderful place to relax after a day full of activities. We were an intergenerational group, grandparents, adult children plus a toddler, and we all enjoyed ourselves. The house is comfortable and well equipped and we felt welcomed with the fresh flowers and nice touches all around. The best of all was the wonderful views and the incredible setting that made us feel in armony with nature. We recommend this place.

The first thing you see is the awesome view! The pictures don't do it justice. The fresh flowers are a nice touch and very welcoming. Everything was clean, fresh and comfortable. Nice hot tub (again, with a great view) and sports court (though the equipment is in pretty sad shape - bring your own basketball and racquets), The kayak and canoe are great to have. All in all, a we had a wonderful stay and would come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Eagles Nest. The cottage is beautiful and spacious, the views are amazing! The beds were very comfortable. Beach access is a bit of a walk, but not bad. We spent the whole day down there and didn't see anyone else. The only reason this doesn't get 5 stars is because the lots are quite close together and the neighbours on both sides complained about noise- with the neighbour on the right yelling at us at 10:15pm because 5 of us were outside making smores on the outdoor bbq. the other neighbour complained when 3 of us went into the hot tub for about 20 minutes around midnight. We were all in our late 20's to mid thirties, so there were no crazy parties or super loud music, etc. Unfortunately, not being able to be outside on the gorgeous deck, or using the fire pit or hot tub past 10pm means I would not recommend this for any groups who don't plan to sleep early.

We had an amazing time at the Eagles Nest. Even though the weather was not cooperating the most of the time, we had a lot of fun within the cabin. It is great for kids (we had 4 with us) and all of us had tons of fun. We played basketball, badminton, foosball (a lot!), went kayaking... it was great. Oh yeah - the view is stunning! :) I'd recommend this place to anyone!

This house was an excellent place for our family to stay. We traveled with two small children and both sets of grandparents and found more than enough to keep ourselves entertained. There were games and books for all age groups, and the morning view itself was spellbinding. Partly because of a cold, rainy weekend (per the natives), we felt we would have been better off at the Nest instead of exploring Seattle and Vancouver those days... My only disappointment was that I didn't get to see an eagle there. We did have a slight leak in the bathroom, but the property manager had it all cleaned up within hours. Excellent service!
