There was plenty of room for eight adults and one child. Loved the fact we each had our own bathrooms for couples. Pictures did not do this property justice.

Great place to stay. We will be back. Favorite part of the ski trip was relaxing at night in this condo.

Overall our stay was excellent. No major issues with the home. Couple of light bulbs were out but there were bulbs available so we changed them. Plenty of space. The 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms gave everyone their space and privacy. Everyone loved it. The short walk to the ski shuttle stop was a huge bonus. Definitely would recommend this home.

Stayed here with 4 couples for a ski weekend. Great location in town- walking distance to restaurants, etc and close to bus stops. Home was clean and we had everything we needed.

The house was awesome. Beautifully kept and very well equipped. It’s in a perfect location to walk into town for dinner or lunch. The kids loves the sledding hill and it’s a 5 minute drive to Winter Park ski village.Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the house has everything you need. We had a wonderful time. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your awesome house. We hope to be back in the not to distant future.

Condo was great layout and location for 2 parents with 4 college age children. Only issue we had was cleanliness of the condo.

We had a great family weekend in WP. This property is close to restaurants, shopping, concerts, parks and trails. Would definitely stay there again!

We had 2 families with 4 adults and 5 children total stay in March for our first ski trip. This house was the perfect set up for us. It's in a great location too. A very short walk to neighborhood playground and sledding hill, which all of our children loved. A short walk to the shuttle as well, although we ended up driving to the ski resort and around town. But everything is close! We spent our first night tubing, which is also just a short drive from the home. All adults and kids loved tubing! We spent the rest of our time skiing and playing at the sledding hill. Took breaks from the snow to bowl at nearby bowling alley. The owner was easy to communicate with. We did not have any need to call her, but had some questions before our trip and she responded quickly to emails. I would definitely recommend the property!

Our favorite part of the stay was the 2-block walk to the city park with sledding hill. As a grandma, I enjoyed the sledding as much as the young grandchildren who are too young to ski. Although we did not take the bus to the slopes, there was a stop right there at the park. With 5 adults and 2 small children, we had plenty of room. We appreciated the pack-n-plays, booster seats and stairway gates provided. We had a question/issue with the housekeeping and it was handled quickly and professionally.

We stayed here with our kids and grandkids (6 adults and 2 kids). It was perfect. The place is beautiful and well kept. It is in an ideal location. There is a sleding hill within walking distance. We would definately stay here again. Our van even fit in the garage. If u r lookinh for a great place to take the whole famiky this is it.

Twas an enjoyable stay. We were there for Christmas 2015. We were 3 couples and 2 children and there was plenty of space. Each room has its own bath which is important to some (females). We grilled one night and baked Prime rib one night and all worked out great. We did have to buy the dishwasher tablets as we couldn't locate any on site. The condo is a block away from a city sponsored sliding hill and the wee ones loved that. It was easy to catch the bus to ski and return. it was clean and relaxing and we will do it again.

We were able to enjoy this spacious, beautiful condo for Father's Day weekend and the 4th of July holiday. The condo was conveniently located in the heart of Winter Park, making it very easy to walk to exciting destinations. My family includes two young children; therefore, the playground, field, and skate park in walking distance was priceless! The fireworks show for the 4th was right there as well! The condo is equipped with everything you can imagine and the furnishing set the standard. A fantastic condo which we highly recommend.

We went during the mud season, so Winter Park was a sleepy, quiet town with lovely weather and still plenty to do. The condo was beautiful! Clean and comfortable, well-appointed and quiet. A very enjoyable space in a gorgeous location. Highly recommend!

An incredibly well stocked condo! The kitchen had everything you would need. It also had all the goodies if you have small children.

We had a wonderful stay at this large centrally located town home. It was a great location for catching bus to slopes and I am sure would be equally efficient for summer activities as well. For our needs it was perfect. Some information on the bus itself and its timing would have been helpful. As this unit is not inexpensive there are a couple of editions that I would suggest in order to make one's stay a little more in keeping with its price range: extra bed pillows, either on the bed or stored in closet, definitely a hair dryer in each bathroom, along with enough shampoo for 2 for a couple of showers. In order to keep from tracking "grit" from garage into house a regular sized broom would be helpful by the garage door. The owners should repair the wooden side rail on main floor bedroom as it is completely broken so the whole outside bed frame is a pretty shakey. The mattress, however, is firmly secure on a metal inside frame. The living room area is very comfortable and the gas fireplace is warm and toasty. The listing mentioned a fold out sofa in the basement which we were informed shortly before arrival wasn't going to be there. We were counting on its use in case one couple in fact would make the trip. All in all, the location, 2 car garage, comfortable setting made for a great stay. I would certainly recommend it.

This condo was perfect for hitting the slopes in near by Winter Park, you can walk a block (or so) and hop a shuttle over to the mountain, or it's a few minutes drive away. All the restaurants are within walking distance too! Tons of hiking trails are also right out your back door. There is plenty of space for lager groups then ours and the common area was a great place to gather at night and play board games and shoot the breeze. Also having a two car garage was great for keeping the car clear of snow!

we rented this place with extended family. The property was clean and well maintained. It was less than a block to the ski shuttle and small city park.Nice sledding for small kids.This was very convenient without having to drive to the slopes.It was the second stop on the bus both ways. A place to hang ski's in the garage was very helpful. The bunk bed room was perfect for teenagers. The kitchen was stocked well with utensils,pots/pans. The place was nicely decorated, living room couch was large and comfortable to watch all the football bowl games. I would highly recommend it for large or multiple families. The owner was very helpful with questions. We would love to come back again.
