We enjoyed our stay in this well maintained house. The owner , Jennifer, was very responsive at any time. The pool, game room and short walk to the beach was perfect.

We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with our three children, their spouses and nine grandchildren, ages 7 to 18. The house was exactly as it was presented and was perfect for our group. Everyone had room to spread out or gather as needed and wanted. The proximity to the beach was great and the pool was equally appreciated and utilized. We were all literally back and forth between the beach and pool all day long. The kitchen was well-equipped, and other than grocery store trips, we had no need to leave the property. I cannot say enough good things about our hostess, the property and amenities it provided. Jennifer was always available for any questions we might have, and was always pleasant and happy to help us. I felt like she wanted our stay to be as memorable as we wanted it to be. I would highly recommend this property.

We loved this home! Well maintained, very clean and kept up inside, which is a huge must for our family. The pool and deck were amazing and she was very attentive and if we needed anything she was there to help or answer! Short walk to the beach with was amazing!

This was ideal for our family vacation. The location allowed easy access to the beautiful beach. The pool was sparkling clean and refreshing. The house was equipped with everything our group of 11 desired. We enjoyed the ping pong table and the many games provided. We cooked in the spacious and well equipped kitchen. We lounged and read on the shady porches, each furnished with comfy seating. Overall, it was just what we needed for a fun and relaxing beach getaway. Also, Jennifer was easy to work with and really seemed to want to ensure that we enjoyed the place. I’d give it 5 stars!

Our family enjoyed every minute in this spacious, beautiful home! It came equipped with everything we needed (8 beach chairs for adults and even 4 children’s size, extra freezer, ice machine, and the kitchen had everything!) The carriage house was perfect for our late sleepers, and the game room served its purpose in the afternoons to escape the sun. The walk to the beach was easy, and it wasn’t crowded. Jennifer was awesome to deal with. We had a problem with the grill, and a new one was delivered the next morning! The welcome bag was a nice surprise too! We would highly recommend staying here, and hope to return again next year. D. Byers

This house is perfect. The size and location was everything we wanted. Jennifer was also very accommodating when we had some car trouble on the day we were supposed to leave. We would stay again.

The checking in process was a little chaotic bc the cleaners were not done by check in time however Jennifer was able to work with us and got us a later checkout time.

We had no issues renting this property. In fact it was perfect for us. We were getting married at a local church and all of our children and grandchildren stayed with us, swimming in the very nice pool and taking advantage of the easy walk to the beach.

The house was just what we needed for our group of 14. There was plenty of space for everyone. The house had a beautiful kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and baths. Easy beach access across 30A. Pool area was perfect for our group. The hot tub/jacuzzi was difficult for the older crowd to maneuver since there were no grab bars. There was plenty of seating for everyone at the pool. Jennifer was on top of everything and quick to respond to our requests. This was a welcomed getaway for our family!

Beautiful accommodations for our very large family. The pool & game room, which included ping pong & pinball games were a real plus when we weren’t enjoying the easily accessed beach.. The owner was readily available if any questions or issues arose. Best stay on 30A ever!!!

We really enjoyed this house. It was the perfect size for our family of 12 adults and 5 children. The beach access is directly across the street and that is a huge plus. Having the pool was also a huge plus and really loved by the kids. The kitchen is great and has everything you'd need to feel like you are at home.

Absolutely loved our stay. Pool was wonderful, location was incredibly convenient across the street from incredibly easy beacb access. House was so well organized we never felt on top of each other. Highly recommend!!

We hosted my daughters bachelorette weekend here and the room setup, space, pool, beach access was amazing. One of the best places we have rented. Will definitely consider booking this again. Hosts were so sweet and accessible!!

Sixteen of us from three different states met up over Easter weekend to enjoy some much needed family time in this beautiful home. With all of the amenities included with the house (pool, game room, ample outdoor seating) plus the beach just steps away, there was really no need to go anywhere else. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Jennifer was very responsive to the one issue we had which was quickly addressed. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and made lots of memories. We had a group of 14 stay at this house. We loved it. The house has everything you need. The pool is really nice and big. The pool house has games for the kids and a kitchen as well. The property manager was really nice and helpful with very quick responses. One of the best parts was how close the house is so close to The Hub with shops, restaurants, and entertainment.

The home is BEAUTIFUL and had everything we needed which made our vacation so relaxing and easy. It was just what our families needed to relax and recharge. We are so grateful to have found this spot and would come back again in a second. We had 15 people in our group - six adults and nine kids (3-12) and we had plenty of space. Everyone was comfortable and we had plenty of room. I cannot express how perfect this vacation was and the house and all it's amenities played a huge part. We are so grateful to have found this spot and would love to come back again.

Very nice house big enough for a large group! The house appears as described, except for the construction next door which was the only downside to our stay. The house is very convenient to the beach and other amenities. We loved having the ice machine! Overall a very nice property, and management was easy to work with and responsive.

Great property with perfect location. Very well stocked and too many amenities to mention! We had a group of 14 and we had loads of room. Jennifer was very responsive with any question that came up. Look very forward to next visit.

Typically Rosemary Beach VRBO properties are "managed" through service companies, which I have found difficult in getting every day issues resolved. This owner is very responsive and not only replies right away, gets things fixed quickly. We have the misfortune of following a previous stay which pretty much trashed the house / pool area, so it took the cleaners a lot longer to clean and they were still there when we arrived (and into the night). Not the owners fault. Kitchen had everything you would ever need. The game room is great, my family loved it during rainy days / evenings. At one point, we had 9 people sleeping and still had plenty of extra space. Beach access is right across the street which is great. Would definitely stay there again.

A group of 5 friends and our new families traveled to the beach together for the first time. 5 kids all under the age of 5! Sounds like complete chaos but not with this property. Everyone had their own space, their own bathrooms and that was a game changer. The kitchen was spot on, with everything we needed to cook our meals. We were there for 4 nights, cooked all of our meals except for one dinner and one lunch. House is absolutely amazing! The beach access was very convenient. However, there were numerous stairs to navigate down to the beach. The pool/hot tub can be heated, we wish we would have done that sooner. The owner was very friendly and responsive, very helpful. We would recommend this property 100% and look forward to coming back!

Home was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. Owner called to make sure we got in ok, and was very responsive to any questions. It was an employee retreat and everyone had a great time! We will be back.

We stayed at this property with 3 families as a "senior trip" for our sons. It was perfect! Plenty of space for 14 people. The carriage house was perfect for the boys. The pool was a perfect size. The only time we left was to go to the beach which was a very short walk across the street. Would definitely stay here again.Thank you Jennifer!
