It is a sunny apartment (maximum 5 people) settled in a comfortable and relaxed hood close to the train station (10 minutes walking) and the city center (20 minutes walking or 5 minutes by tram). From the train station, it takes only 20 minutes to arrive at Abano’s spa, 30 minutes at Venezia or at Vicenza, 40 at Ferrara, 1 hour at Verona or Bologna.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a condominium. On the rooftop, there is a private terrace with table, deck chairs, and plants. There are 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds and the last one with a sofa bed); furnished kitchen (pots, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave oven); one bathroom with bath, shower, washing machine; free wi-fi, air-conditioned.
There is no elevator just a double staircase. There is no own apartment car park, but it is possible to find a park along the street.
Some rules: Because of the guidelines imposed by Padua’s district, the maximum temperature permitted is 20° C during the winter, and 25°C during the summer. It is also necessary to do the RECYCLING and ENERGY SAVING.
