Amerai assolutamente la posizione di questo condominio! Questo bellissimo appartamento con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni in stile golfo-font si trova direttamente sull'oceano ea pochi passi dalla famosa Flora-Bama!
La cucina è fornita di tutto ciò di cui avrete bisogno durante il vostro soggiorno. C'è un sacco di posti a sedere al bar e nella sala da pranzo per la tua famiglia. E, il soggiorno ha molti posti a sedere e una tv a schermo piatto per il vostro divertimento!
La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, la seconda camera ha due letti full-size e la terza camera ha una regina. Tutto il necessario per una vacanza da favola!
I panorami da questo balcone sono fantastici! C'è un accesso al balcone dal soggiorno e la camera da letto principale. Immagina di svegliarti a quella vista ogni mattina. Divertiti sorseggiando un caffè al mattino o un bicchiere di vino la sera. Ecco di cosa si tratta!

Exactly as pictured. Great location next door to Florabama. Deck was nice to enjoy the ocean view. Pool was great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Living room had rocker recliner. Master bedroom has king bed and very comfortable. Other beds were not very comfortable but it’s hard to please everyone. Resort has plenty of security to keep people out who aren’t staying on the premises. Hope to come back and stay again.

Great location, beautiful water and beaches. Condo could use a little updating. Dryer didn’t work that well and some of the outlets in the rooms didn’t work either but overall great vacation and stay.

We enjoyed a spring break stay at this condo. The condo was clean and nicely appointed, and the amenities at Phoenix X are great. Communication with the rental company was excellent, check in and out were a breeze. Would definitely consider staying again if in the area, thank you!

This was a girls trip planned, and we couldn’t rave more about the property! It was right on the beach. It looked like it did in the pictures and the property manager was easy to communicate with if we had any questions. She even let us check out a little bit later than intended When we asked last minute. The staff at the condo complex was amazing answered any questions we had and was very friendly.

This place was perfect!! Even bigger than the pictures appeared online. Rooms and bathrooms were a good size! Balcony had an awesome view of the water! Elevators were quick and easy. 6 adults and a baby stayed comfortably here! 10/10 BOOK IT!!

Ocean South Properties did an awesome job of sending us updates, tips and checking in on us after we arrived. The facilities and location were awesome. We would definitely recommend Phoenix X for anyone looking to book their next vacation.

We were right on the beach so it was great! Access to the pool was good for our kiddos under age of 3. The condo was very convenient and worked for our family of 10!

The unit was clean, check-in was seamless. Manager helped us promptly with our minor issues. They do need to look at the stove, the burners weren't working properly. I was impressed with the staff of the building. The pools were well maintained and the grounds were clean. Be aware that if you are sleeping in the bedroom near the front you will hear traffic noise and the FloraBama on the weekend. We had a great week, with beautiful views off the balcony, lots of swimming, walking, laughing, playing games and eating great food!

I would like to stay there again and bring the kids. Without interruptions. I understand it was the slow seasons and probable didn't want to do maintenance updates during the busy season. It just kind of sucks for us. Love the condo and location though.

Our group of 6 adults and two children enjoyed our stay. The condo definitely fit our needs and the location was great especially being next door to Flora-Bama and other restaurants. The only negative was that the sofa bed mattress needed to be replaced.

We just have a few issues. The king bed in master was way to high for us older people. All the beds were all to hard. The dryer went out and they had somebody there to fix it in just a few hours.
We really enjoyed our stay.
The lady at the front desk at check in was awesome.
She was so friendly and helpful.

Awesome location!! Comfortable beds except they were a little squeaky. Most places I’ve stayed have salt and pepper, coffee filters, extra toilet paper. We had to buy all of that so I hope it stays for the next guests… had a great time tho overall
