Bello, colorato, rilassante e invitante casa circa. 1900 metri quadrati situati nella Comunità Ranch Johnson & situato sulle pendici delle montagne di San Tan. La nostra casa è stata costruita nel 2004, Soffitti a volta e recentemente aggiornato con vernice interni, nuovo tappeto / piastrelle in tutto. Grande camera familiare dimensioni con 42 "LCD TV / DVD e WiFi. Apre a cucina con tutti i comfort di casa (cucina completamente attrezzata). Angolo cucina con finestra Bay e tavolo w / 4 sedie. Isola w / 2 sgabelli da bar girevole. Sala da pranzo formale ha tavolo e 6 sedie con un carrello corrispondente al servizio. Area soggiorno con due sedie di grandi dimensioni e pouf per quando ti senti come il curling e la lettura di un buon libro. Grande camera da letto matrimoniale con letto king size camera da letto insieme, ha cabina armadio, vasca da bagno, doccia separata / WC e doppi lavandini. Tutti i nuovi da bagno e da letto biancheria. Ventilatori a soffitto in ogni camera da letto e tutti i nostri letti sono confortevoli. patio coperto w / patio tavolo e 4 sedie, Gas acciaio inox Grill barbecue. Cortile spazioso. Si tratta di una casa di zona 'No Smoking'. Libero accesso a 3 piscine comunità, Jacuzzi Vasche idromassaggio / Terme, Parchi, illuminato da tennis e da basket, beach volley, sentieri, un libero gioco Pitch & Putt campo da golf. The host supplied a beautiful, clean, spacious home in a quiet, easy to find neighborhood. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our needs. Kitchen was fully stocked with basic cooking and dining tools.Very grateful that we were able to take advantage of this home for our work-related stay. Would stay here again, and recommend to others.

My parents came to visit from Michigan. Upon booking this home, the hosts reached out to see if we had any questions and to ensure everyone was comfortable. They loved the home with its grassy backyard, and multiple rooms for visiting. We had a great visit with them. Excellent customer service and wonderful home! Would definitely stay again!!

Great location for this fun event! About 30 minutes from the concert venue. The house was great for what we needed. Didn’t get much of an opportunity to use the pools, but we went once. Make sure to go to San Tan Flat for a great meal, and live music. Such a fun place.

This was our first experience of renting for more than a week and it was great. We stayed for 1 month and did so many interesting things in the surrounding area (hiking in regional parks, visiting a monastery and winery, and many more). We were within a mile of a large grocery store (Fry's) and Walmart was about 2 miles away with lots of businesses and restaurants in-between.
The home is in a nice residential neighborhood (Johnson Ranch) and everyone we met was friendly. The weather was beautiful in January - we sat outside in the backyard patio everyday! We biked or walked to the numerous community parks with our grandson. We also went to the 2 community pools - they are heated and have hot tubs. The pools are about 3/4 mile in either direction from the house. There are also tennis and basketball courts and a golf course.
The home was clean and loaded with many kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom accessories. We used the drip coffee maker every morning. They even have a coffee bean grinder. The appliances are older but everything was in working order. You can even park your car in the garage.
The owners provided information for check-in and were very prompt in answering our questions. They also kindly accommodated an early check-in for us. I would definitely rent from Terry and Cindy again.

We had perfect weather and the home was very comfortable and clean. Would stay there again and recomend it to friends. The only disappointment we had was the pool was a 1/2 mile away..

This vacation rental had all the amenities of home. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we cooked most of our meals there. Terry, the owner, is very quick to respond to questions and is helpful in becoming familiar with the area. Very nice location in the community. Close to pool, Pickleball, and golf. Grocery store is a few minutes away. Walmart is about five minutes up the road. Once you get to know the routes, everything is close by. Queen Creek has lots of stores and shopping. This is a wonderful rental that we would recommend to anyone. It would especially be suitable for families with children.
