We really enjoyed our stay, especially the back porch, pool and access to great restaurants. The pictures are true to what you find here. Clean!
A few thoughts: We didn’t make many meals but if you plan to eat in, bring or buy everything including spices, oil, etc.
We found the master bed and the twins to be comfortable but the queen bed is very firm. The bathrooms offer all you need in terms of towels, hair dryer (vintage but works!), shampoo, body wash and conditioner. The floors are all tile and minimal rugs, so sound does travel.
Master bath - could use a rack for shampoo etc. and it would be nice if bar soap was provided vs body wash only
Upstairs twin room - suggest oiling the door hinges, very squeaky.
Kitchen- stove burners all work but a few burners lights don’t go on to indicate they are on. Could use new frying pans and cookie sheets and kitchen towels.
Living room Tv- instructions as to what each of the 3 remotes are for. We ultimately figured out only one was useful- the xfinity one since there’s only cable available.
We got out well before the checkout time but it was confusing since some documents said 10am, others said 10:30 am.

Location was peaceful and relaxing. Ted was very responsive to any questions. My wife doubles as a chef, so the kitchen could be better equipped. Thank you for keeping up a nice place.

Marathon is a great central location to explore the whole of the Keys. An hour drive to Key West. Great boating activities on Marathon.
What could be better-
Kitchen was stocked for the most simple meal preparation only.
Some bath towels were threadbare.
Occupancy for six but only four pool towels.
A few extra family games and puzzles (adult) would be appreciated for rainy days.

The house looks just like the pictures. Everything is nice and clean. The community is quiet we had the pool all by our self. Only thing we did not like was that right in front of the house a large boat was docked and a group of 4 were staying in the boat, they were very nice but the view was not the same and privacy obviously was not the same either

The property was just as described. It is located in a great area with easy access to many activities, bars, and restaurants. We loved waking up and enjoying morning coffees on the patio while watching the boats come in and out. Everything was just as described and most importantly, very clean. We would definitely return in the future.

The owner, Ted, always responded quickly. The property was exactly as described and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The design is very tasteful and allowed us to get a glimpse of what it feels like to live in the Keys. There were even some rocking chairs! The location itself was beautiful. Our stay was definitely too short.

We were in Marathon for a 3 day wedding at the Isla Bella -- so we didn't get to spend much time in this quiet pristine townhouse. The owner (Ted) should be highly commended on his property and his attention to fine detail which makes it better than a 5 Star accommodation and worthy of tenants that respect their surroundings. The corner location on both the Marina & Canal w/its water views is 1st Class and unbelievable. Everything down to the linens, fine soaps and presentation was perfect. And so clean! We just loved it! I might suggest that there be detailed instructions on opening the latched back door as it was temperamental and tricky at best (every time we attempted to get in)! But we are looking forward to returning one day and spending more time here! Top notch! Thank you so much --

Coral lagoon is a great spot near great restaurants and marinas. Unit 1 is a great end unit, clean and comfortable.

This property is amazing! The location is great, with amazing views of the canals. The beds were all very comfortable. The pool is right around the corner which is very convenient, aside from having a code to use the restrooms on the premises, which I was not privy to. The only downside of our stay was the commutation with host was very sparse and only 2/4 tvs seemed to be working properly. The host did say he would send a maintenance man over, which we declined deeming it not a major concern. Also we had 6 adults with us and only 5 beach towels. Other than those slight inconveniences, I would be happy to come back to this property the next time I’m in the area.

I really messed up when booking this trip - we should have planned to stay longer, not just 36 hours. This is the kind of place you should plan BOTH activities AND downtime. What a beautiful, quiet, relaxing location - come enjoy this gem and bring your boat, as it includes the slip!

My family of four enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The location in Marathon is near to so many things and the community was nice and quiet. The house has great views, plenty of space, full kitchen, nice washer and dryer and awesome pool for the community. We didn’t bring our boat but next time we might. Ted always answered our questions and was helpful.

This property and owner was and are exceptional! We went for my 50th birthday and family met up with us. We had an excellent time here, it’s just as listed and more. The views are amazing!! The place is well stocked very clean and spacious. We will return again!! Highly recommend

A wonderful place to stay. Very clean, well decorated and up to date. My only suggestion (and is on other reviews as well) is PLEASE provide a regular coffee maker. Or at least provide a reusable filter for the kuerig so that we can use our coffee.

This property has a great location. My favorite part was the upstairs porch with the great furniture. It was perfect for sipping coffee and watching the sunrise or having an evening cocktail. We did have a problem at check in because the lock was out of batteries and had to be repaired. This was about an hour process and after 12 hours of traveling very difficult. There were several small things that needed repair or replaced; toaster, trash can, frying pan, hair dryer, teaspoons, shef in refrigerator. The TV only offered Xfinity stations and we couldn’t figure out streaming so TV was a bit disappointing. The sectional and living space at this condo is wonderful and perfect for two couples. Overall this is a very nice unit!

Can't wait to come back! We had a great time! The house is beautiful and incredibly clean! The beds and furniture were all very comfortable. We really couldn't ask for much more. It's a great house and a great location. The staff at the marina were very friendly and accomodating. They helped us get our boat in and out of the water and stored our trailer too!

The house is absolutely as gorgeous as listing shows! Very spacious and comfortable. A few points to note for improvement are: listing notes coffee maker but only provides keurig which is not sufficient for 4 coffee drinkers, no kitchen towels provided at all, kitchen items are just adequate but if you plan to do a lot of cooking it’s lacking (with all the great food options around there’s no need to cook though). We weren’t sure where to park initially and how to find the unit, so that is something renters should ask for. Some of the bath towels had a musty smell like they may not have been used in a while. Overall, the house was as listed and provided a great base for a wonderful friends vacation.

The rental was clean and up to date. It was nice having a covered patio on the water. Enjoyed the pool that was heated. We will rent again when in the area.

Very nice property for a family with teens. Location is beautiful and convenient. We spent breezy evenings on the upstairs porch listening to fish jump below us. Kitchen was well stocked for eating in. We rented a boat for a few days, so we really appreciated the free boat slip. Pool was very nice. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I really enjoyed staying in this beautiful home while we explored the Florida Keys. Great location , quiet at night, comfortable accommodations, friendly owners. We will stay there again on our next trip to Marathon.
