We came back for a second year…love Vicki and and her attentiveness to her guests and her property! Truly feels like being welcomed home.

Outstanding property! Worth every penny. We needed additional lodging for our family during the holidays and this was a great stay. Clean and Cozy. Our host even had a decorated tree and holiday decor spread throughout. Many evening gatherings around the fireplace. Spacious, open living space with a great kitchen. We'll have to come back for the summer sometime to take full advantage of the beautiful lake.

We did have issues with using the gas grill but, overall, the property was great. The kitchen was very large and well equipped and we used the outdoor space several times. We would definitely recommend the property.

The views of the lake were amazing! The best part of the house is the BIG deck! Great memories made for a family wedding getaway!

Wow! Our family had the best time gathering here. Communication was excellent and the property even offered space to park our motorhome. Grandkids joined us from just minutes away and loved the opportunity to splash in the lake. There were water toys, paddle boards, etc. Vicky has done a marvelous job of creating a welcoming, beautiful home with plenty of room to spread out. A little rain just meant time to gather in the well appointed kitchen to pitch in and put to use family recipes for everything from meatballs to popsicles. All were enjoyed out on the spacious deck. Our daughter said it’s like your favorite aunt let you borrow her cool lake house. We’re already booked for next year.

We celebrated our grandson’s birthday, and our anniversary during our 2 week stay. Our family enjoyed the beautiful backyard for games. Lake time was enjoyed on the pontoon, lily pad and floaties.

This was the second time we stayed here and this year was as good as last year. The home and property are well kept up and very welcoming. We cooked all our meals here and the kitchen is spacious enough that we weren’t crowded. We enjoyed using the pontoon, kayak and paddle boards. The deck and patio provide close up views of the lake.

The house was amazing! Every little detail was thought of and far exceeded our expectations! We had 11 people (4 generations) stay at the house and everyone of us had a great time! The house is beautiful and very well stocked. From the kitchen to the water and sand toys, the house had everything. We will definitely be staying here again!

Vicki is an incredible host and property manager. A host who has every detail covered and is incredibly generous with everything she shares with her guests. I am confident future guests will be pleasantly surprised. We all felt as if we were staying in our own home. Amazing! The home exceed every expectation due to Vicki’s interior design, comfortable seating and beds, and chairs and tables to easily host a group for dinner. The entire property is managed and cared for better than any professionally managed property. Personal touches everywhere. Vicki is an inspiration! If you are fortunate enough to stay here you will want to go back. Already booked for next summer❤️. The lake was clear and accommodating for fishing, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming. A lake paradise. Convenient to grocery, restaurants and even a movie theatre. Airport is a quick 30 minutes. Walking trails around the corner. Vicki ensures the beach is perfectly maintained. As previous lakehome owners, my husband and I appreciated everything about this property. Sunsets, full moon over the lake, loons, birds, flowers, cool breeze…

My family including 4 adults and two small children stayed at this residence and we could not have been happier. The property is clean, fully stocked with wonderful comfortable bedding , towels , everything you could need in the kitchen. The owner even has toys on shelves for children who may come to stay. Upon arrival the house was warm and inviting. A day after arriving our host stopped by with delicious welcome cookies and answered any questions. She truly made us feel welcome and at home. Thank you for everything.

We booked this place for 5 days in September to serve as our base of operations for our daughter's wedding in the Twin Cities. We hosted several family and friends from 17 states over the period and everyone commented on the lovely home and beautiful setting on the lake. Close enough to the metro, airport, etc. and yet still felt quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend.

Great house, great view. Vicki had lots of toys, inside and outside, for the kids. We caught fish off the dock, went for pontoon rides and had a bonfire.

Had a great time with our children and grandchildren! Everything we needed was there including games, kitchen, and lake equipment. Covered lower deck was great to sit and watch the lake. Even had a small “beach” for sand play, Bring water shoes for wading or swimming close to shore. Vicki is friendly and helpful.

We love Vicki’s home!! This was our 3rd year renting with her, this time we stayed for two weeks. When we stay here, it has everything our home has and more. We love making memories with our 2 grandkids and adult kids. On the day of check out, our grandson said “Papa, I have to go home, but I will come right back”. We are looking forward to next summer!

This was a perfect location for a family vacation. Spring Lake is beautiful and has the feel of northern Minnesota in a metropolitan area. The kitchen is fabulous with everything we needed for preparing meals and having enough room for several cooks at the same time. We saw the Bald Eagle several days in a row and the bird feeder attracted beautiful birds. There are beautiful walking trails nearby. The owner is available to answer your questions quickly. I’d love to stay there again.

We stayed for several days. The cabin and location are just perfect. Cabin was great! Owner was Amazing! Would recommend to anyone.

The lake house offers the comfort of home with all of the fun and peacefulness of being on a small lake. The home suited our family of 8 (including adult kids and grandkids ages 4 and almost 1). The indoor and outdoor spaces let us spread out as well as gather together -- we know what we are looking for and it did not disappoint! The lake access and view are extraordinary, whether watching life and wildlife on the lake or getting out on the lake in the kayaks (theirs and ours), paddle boards, and pontoon (which we rented for a day). A paved trail is just down the street if you like to walk, run or bike. There are nearby parks and restaurants a short drive away. Vicki was superb to work with and provided excellent documentation. We value our time together, and this place helped us make the most of it!

We had a relaxing stay on the lake. The home had plenty for us to do, and even had toys that our daughter could play with. The house was very clean and the owner always responded promptly to our messages. A nice place to stay for a vacation on the lake!

We stayed at this property over the last weekend in September, hoping to see the change in colors and visit friends. Vicki's place was perfect for this! My boys loved all the fun outdoor toys and fishing off the dock for hours. The main floor is perfectly laid out and very spacious. We had a luncheon with some dear friend s and had everything we needed to entertain plus the beautiful views from the windows and deck. Every little detail was thought of and the house was immaculate! We would love to stay there again on our next visit to MN.

As a family of 10 we had plenty of room to spread out at this property. Pontoon rental was AMAZING and we used it 3 days while there; kayaks and "beach" water access was a hit w/ the kids as well. Vicki was awesome to deal w/ and a great communicator.

Vicki's home has everything you could want for a fantastic family vacation. The house itself is perfectly sited on the lake, with both a large deck and sheltered lanai for enjoying the beautiful view. The yard is great for flying kites and playing games, and there are all the kid and adult toys you could want. We grilled, fished (successfully!) from the dock and pontoon boat, and even saw a bald eagle! Inside, the house is very comfortable, well-furnished and fully equipped (appreciated all the utensils, dinnerware, and towels). The living spaces easily accommodated our group of those over 70 to 2 years old. We felt at home. Our host Vicki was very responsive and hospitable. I don't think we've had a more pleasant VRBO host. Thank you, Vicki, for making this stay one of the best family vacations ever!

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to get together with our adult kids, their spouses, and the two grandbabies. The home truly has something for everyone--plenty of space for everyone, an amazingly well-stocked kitchen, not one, but two! outdoor living spaces, a gorgeous lake view, and even toys for the children. Vicki also deserves many thanks for all her help in my planning efforts and the totally unexpected. but so thoughtful. welcome gift. We'd love to come back!

This was out 2nd stay at this property and it was even better this time. There is so much to do for kids of all ages. The house is clean and is set up perfectly for family gatherings. We look forward to staying here again in the future.
