Property was very clean. Perfect location and enough room for the entire family. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Excellent location. Walmart was just 2 blocks away.

Very close to town and ski resorts, it is a great location. The kitchen is big and well stocked with essentials. Theere is room for 10 people to sleep and eat. It also has a garage and more parking outside. Good beds and plenty of blankets. We would not hesitate to rent it again.

Everything was exactly as expected. Clean, comfortable, warm. Hot tub was hot, kitchen was stocked with all the appliances. Large space and well laid out. We had 5 people and there was room for more. Thanks!

This townhome was a great spot for our group of friends during a winter ski weekend. Location is great for access to multiple ski resorts and proximity to downtown Frisco. Would highly recommend this rental for any time of year. And the view from the hot tub is great day or night!

The home was exactly what my family of 8 needed. Great space, privacy and location to Frisco.

Mixed emotions. The house is fine. A little worn but not too bad and, compared to other properties, it was priced appropriately. Disappointed in a couple respects. The hot tub was disgusting when we arrived. Owner said he knew of it before we got there but “hadn’t gotten around to addressing it.” A massive slab off ice (1000 pounds?) came off the roof, slamming into the deck a couple minutes after we were standing under it. I noted it and was told he was “aware its an an issue, it had happened before, and he needed to do something about it.” No doubt it would’ve severely injured, likely killed someone if we’d been under it. You might want to ask if the deck is safe before you stay there. Owner then charged us an cleaning fee bc we didn’t push start on the dishwasher, left the grill cover off, and left a stain on the carpet. We left the house very clean, following all directions to a tee, as we always do. To ask for extra money after the ice slab incident and the hot tub, and acknowledging he knowingly failed to address both before our stay was very disappointing and petty. Enjoy but step wisely if you stay here.

Great location with access to many different areas in Summit County. The property has a great layout and is updated with lots of room to spread out and is very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need.

Stayed here for a week with a few friends, it was great. Super clean, great space, and comfortable beds. Close to restaurants, stores, and several major ski resorts. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was such a great space for our group of eight - two families of four. It is right off I-70 but it's quiet and you can't even see or hear the highway. It's tucked away and has amazing mountain views, and even has a sledding hill in the backyard which the kids loved (bring your sleds!). There is a lot of space for everyone to spread out, and lots of nice natural light. The star gazing from the hot tub was also great!

Fantastic property. Communication with the owner was professional. I found the property to be exceptionally clean. The location is perfect and central to all major ski resorts. The view from the jacuzzi was a pleasant surprise. I’d rate the property higher than a 5 star if possible. I’d definitely rent again.

Our group had a wonderful time staying here! It had everything we needed to make it a memorable experience. The property is located within a quiet little neighborhood. The recent snow made it all the more picturesque.

Came in with 3 adult children for our annual ski trip. I took the bedroom by the kitchen since I’m the cook. Each of the kids had their own room. The kitchen was great with everything we needed to cook every night we were there . The hot tub and the end of a hard day skiing was fantastic. The location is great right in the middle of several ski resorts and the ski shop, grocery store, and liquor store are all near by. Hope we get to come back again.

The property was great, well put together and a great layout. It is the perfect location and great for a larger group, especially those who don't all have the same ski pass. We enjoyed our stay very much, would absolutely recommend.

We had two families (9 people), staying over Christmas holidays. The location is unbeatable. 20 minute drive to Breckenridge and a central location for any other activities. Plus, the house is very close to shopping (Walmart, Safeway, Whole Foods, etc). I would definitely recommend staying here.

We loved the location skied Keystone, Vail and Breckinridge all within 30 minute drive. House was very clean and 8 of us stayed comfortably. The host made a special accommodation for us and it was greatly appreciated. Will definitely stay again if we go back to Colorado. Thank you Adrian.

We went to Frisco with one other family and had a delightful time. The Home is clean, warm, and friendly. The area is beautiful. We went on a hike, hot rubbed, slept well, and enjoyed the snow capped peak behind the condo. The condo is clean and well appointed. The communication with the property manager we’re easy and friendly.

We had such a wonderful Thanksgiving week with our family at this home. We have come to the Breckinridge area for the past seven years the week of thanksgiving. This was by far the cleanest, well stocked property in probably the best location by far. I’m pretty fussy when it comes to cleanliness and this home was white glove clean—just my style. The beds were comfortable which is a super bonus. The owner provided very detailed information beforehand which made everything easier to navigate. We cooked all meals in the home for a group of 8 and had everything we needed to do so. There was even a sharpening blade so that I could get a fresh edge on the chefs knife. Solid multi-level duplex with shared back deck and yard. Many nooks with bedrooms and bathrooms creates a functional multi-family vacation rental. Hot tub on first level back patio has amazing views. Heaters throughout each area for spot warmth and gas fireplace is a plus! Very close to shopping of all kinds.

This rental was everything we expected and more. Beautiful views off the back deck. We loved being able to walk to Outer Range Brewing Co from this location. Adrian was a great host!

We had a bunch of friends stay at Adrian's house and it was the perfect size. Everyone had a bed. The location was perfect for our mountain bike trip. We were able to access a lot of different trails. The house was super clean and we loved having a garage for all our bikes. Would stay here again!

My lifelong friends and I stayed here for about a week and really loved it. This house is in an absolutely prime location for staying in Frisco and visiting its nearby towns, but feels just secluded enough for great privacy. The renter also provided very well-detailed instructions for arriving and departing, which is much appreciated by an instructionally-challenged person such as myself. Great property!
