Our family including two young children had a great stay at this rental. The unit accommodated our family perfectly and was a great location for us to explore the rest of Kauai beyond the north shore. The unit was clean, well maintained and kitchen well stocked (however there were no spices or staples), beds were also comfortable. Beach chairs, a cooler and towels were provided and it was nice to have the resort pool available for kids to play in after a long day at the beach. I also made use of the small gym which was air conditioned. The owners responded promptly to our inquiries which I appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful rental at the Cliffs resort. Unit was very clean and much more spacious than expected based on the pictures. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, beach cooler, chairs and other fun items for the kids. We could not get the DVD player to work but it didn't matter since the TV had Netflicks. The owner went above and beyond for us. Sending detailed information for a late check-in, suggestions of local points of interest and helping me retrieve a favorite necklace we left behind.
The resort was welcoming/helpful even for guests of a privately owned unit. Resort amenities (pool, puzzle/book library, tennis, pickle ball) and activities (Yoga, Lei making, Hula lessons, etc) were great. My kids did not want to leave the pool for the beach!
I hope to return sooner rather than later :)

Thank you for a lovely stay at the condo. The unit and neighborhood was exactly as advertised. Great location with walk out to the cliff with amazing views. Lots of supplies for cooking, beach going, and having fun.

We had a great stay beautiful view ! Your new kitchen was awesome ! We had problems with your outlets they sparked and caused my charging systems to short out so I was having difficulty charging my devices because when it shorted out it fried my cords and cubes . Otherwise we had a great time . Thank you for being great host

We only stayed in this unit for 3 nights, but it was wonderful. Nice, private lanai with wonderful views. Very well equipped in kitchen and beach gear. Some newer beach chairs could be an improvement. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

This condo met and exceeded our expectations! The location is perfect for exploring Kauai's north and east coasts. The view to the ocean is incredible with spouting whales, albatross, rainbows and both sunsets and sunrises (condo faces north). The condo is well equipped and the pool/lagoon and 2 hot tubes are lovely. Staff was attentive and the entire facility is clean. The only downside is we had to leave after 6 nights!

This ground floor condo was spacious, well equipped, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring northern Kauai or relaxing on the property. We stayed 5 days and saw many native birds and humpbacks while sitting on our lanai. I would highly recommend this beautiful home away from home!

The property itself is in a lovely area of princeville and the unit itself in a prime location on the property. Everything is as pictured, the unit is comfortable and bright, with an amazing view. There are lots of birds, including chickens, that begin crowing in the very early morning, so be aware if that might be a concern.

Beautiful home - fantastic ocean view from the ground floor. Loved the new kitchen and really appreciated how clean and well appointed the whole condo is. Also quite impressed with how private and soundproof the building is. Large families around us and hardly noticeable. Front desk very responsive to fixing small issue like a stuck patio door lock.
We rebooked immediately for next year.

Nice condo with extras like boogie board,cooler, beach chairs etc. views and location are great. Pool and hot tubs as well as tennis and pickleball added some fun. Units are a little dark and on the ground floor we kept our drapes pulled in the bedroom to avoid exposure as people walked by.

The Cliff's has a fantastic staff. They worked with us. If you have a question call ahead. Lilly was very helpful. The owner of this condo is a good person to deal with. Be good to her. She deserves it. This condo is Ocean Front. You can see the sea from the kitchen, the living room, and the walk out patio. We saw many Humpback Whales from all these areas. Your bedroom has a walkout (not ocean view).

The property is incredible, with great ocean views. The condo itself is nice, with a great kitchen, a comfy couch and spacious master. But the ocean views behind the condo separate this place from others. We saw whales every morning and the various seating areas on the cliffs property is great for sunsets and sunrises. Also the pool is top notch and they have a playground for the kids. Perfect stay!

Wonderful stay, place is perfectly situated closest to ocean cliffs. Would suggest a couple of things:
1) adding a bedroom a/c if possible
2)updating a couple of beach chairs
3)just a few minor kitchen supplies would help such as salt and pepper although not sure resort cleaning crew allows it as other people we talked to said their kitchen had none?
But minor items, place is as advertised, The Cliffs is a great facility, would definitely stay here again, thanks Catherine for being a wonderful host and answering all our questions in a timely manner.

My biggest regret is not staying at this location longer! I loved the area, beautiful surroundings! Very quiet location, many activities to do at property. The views were absolutely stunning! Many fun things to do not far from princeville, lots of good places to eat close by. The check in at the property was simple, the ladies at the reception desk were super helpful. The pool was so much fun, we spent time at the pool every evening and the ambiance was peaceful and relaxing. I loved the room, offered many accessories to use - chairs, sand toys, etc. plenty of towels very clean. Property owners quick to respond. I highly recommend staying here! I can’t wait to come back!

Our stay here was short but memorable. There was nothing quite like the incredible views from the lanai, from sipping your morning coffee to watching the sunset while BBQing. Very comfortable, clean unit that met our needs. We enjoyed the beach, time by the pool and were even lucky to be there for a welcome reception with food and mai tais! Thanks!

Condo was great for our family. Beautiful view of the ocean from the patio and kitchen, a lot of grass area for the kids to run around. Condo had all the essentials for us. Easy drive to Hanalei Beach. Would definitely stay again.

I have been coming to the Cliffs for 30+ years and have always had a great experience. This trip did not disappoint!! We had a wonderful stay at this property and will definitely be back again soon! Property was clean and exactly as described in the description.

We had a last minute schedule change on another rental we were at and we were so fortunate to be able to move to this unit. Catherine was a great host, responsive and easy to communicate with. The view is AMAZING! We watched the sunrise and set everyday while eating and drinking on the ground floor, easy access lanai. There is a nice bbq area where we cooked right out front. I have two small children and the pullout couch was great for my kiddos. The condo has everything we needed plus some. We can’t wait to come back to this Princeville Paradise!

If you love the sounds and the views of the North Shore, then you will LOVE this place. So close to the beautiful beach of Hanalei.Catherine and Vince really provide you with all the things you’ll need as well such as chairs, ice chest, info on places to go etc. we will definitely be back. We even saw a whale our first day here. Thank you!!!

We enjoyed being able to look out to the ocean and see whales. The location was excellent. The condo was just fine, though it did not have a corkscrew or a baking pan. It was all there and everything worked.

We loved walking out on the lanai and watching the water while we ate!! We wished the telescope worked because the whales were out there!! The unit is a bit dated but had everything we needed. Having a washer and dryer inside was GOLDEN!! We loved the location and the amenities. We surprised the management when we arrived but they were awesome to help us!! Would love to stay again!! THANKS!!!

Our children surprised us with a trip to Kauai for our 50th wedding anniversary. What a surprise to wake up and find out 11 of you are going to Hawaii! We had 3 units at the Cliffs and my husband and I stayed in this unit. The location of this unit is unbeatable. Absolutely amazing to sit on the lanai and watch the humpback whales breach out of the water. The unit itself is dated. Could definitely use some updating BUT the bed is comfortable and the unit is clean. We had an amazing time and will look at booking again!

The condo is nice and clean. It was our first visit to the Kawaii; I think it was a perfect place for the first time. Good location; you can walk to the beach. Ideal for four people.
