La nostra casa completamente rinnovata con 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni completi ti farà sentire davvero a casa con planimetrie ridisegnate per il tuo comfort e praticità. Abbiamo ristrutturato la casa secondo i più alti standard, dai banchi di granito, alle nuove docce e ai pavimenti dei bagni, agli armadietti degli agitatori di acero, ai ripiani in quarzo, agli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile in cucina e alla lavanderia, ogni cosa nella nostra casa è nuova. Con 1700 sft di spazio abitativo ridisegnato, con 4 camere da letto, 3 bagni completi e può ospitare fino a 10 perché vorresti alloggiare altrove. Camera 1 Master suite standard 60 "x80" letto matrimoniale e bagno privato. Camera 2 standard 60 "x80" queen. letto Camera da letto 3 standard 60 "x80" letto matrimoniale e camera da letto 4 w / letto a castello full / twin e futon full size. Tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici tra cui lavatrice e asciugatrice. Grande veranda coperta coperta, veranda coperta posteriore, grill a gas, pozzo del fuoco e parcheggio fuori strada per tre auto .. We rented this house for our daughter’s beach wedding. We had the reception two blocks away from this house so the location worked well for us. The house is nice and roomy for our large group. The outside space in the back yard is very nice.

This charming house had all the amenities that we wanted. Inside and out. The location was great and an easy walk to twon and the pier.

We were pleased with our stay. The house was very well redone, the beds were comfortable and the house well stocked. It is in walking distance to the cute downtown and quick access to highways- which was very helpful as we were driving to Muskegon and Grand Rapids during this trip. We would definitely stay again!

Absolutely beautiful and perfect location.
The house was absolutely stunning and a perfect location to downtown and the shops. We had an easy check in process and the house was fully stocked with towels, dishes, etc. We will definitely stay here again.

Great wedding, great house, great owners
We had a family wedding in Spring Lake and the house we rented in Grand Haven was perfect. The house was everything we expected, clean, easy access, owners that were very accommodating and perfect for my 85 year old mom who travels with us. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others!

Great house. Easy check in. Great location to downtown and beach. Fabulous backyard area with covered patio and two fire pits. House makes for a wonderful vacation for family and friends!

Grand Haven Getaway
Great home! Beautiful inside and out. We felt right at home in this house. Lovely interior and the porch and gazebo area was also great for relaxing. We biked on the trails, enjoyed the beach, and did lots of walking. We highly recommend this home. Close to town and the beach is easy to get to. The home is also well equipped. Had a great time!

Excellent vacation home
Our family has vacationed in Grand Haven MI for the past few years. We were interrupted due to Covid19 in the summer of 2020. However, we were back this year for the first time at an awesome vacation home. It was perfect for our growing family. The inside as well as outside was updated and had great space for all of us. It was so clean and enjoyable to hang out with everyone.

Great Rental
We loved our stay. It was perfect for our group of ten. Close to everything Grand Haven has to offer but also a retreat where we could be away from the hustle and bustle of tourists.

The kitchen was fully stocked and the rooms very comfortable. The main floor is nice for hanging out and has plenty of space. The location is also great - about a 5-7 minutes walk to downtown but in a really peaceful area. It was easy to walk to the water, bars, restaurants, etc. I'd highly recommend the house!

By far the best rental I have ever stayed
This is by far the best rental I have ever stayed in. Not only was it exactly as pictured and clean, there was nothing missing at the house. I usually travel with kitchen items that always seem to be missing -- not at this place. There was plenty of dishes, coffee mugs, silverware, glassware, cookware, etc. Family of 6 adults and a 4-year old grandson enjoyed Grand Haven for a mini-family vacation. We loved the enclosed front porch for morning coffee, huge kitchen and eat-in area for "big breakfast" on a rainy Saturday morning. Everyone had their own bedroom, including the toddler! Easy walk into town for shopping and restaurants. We parked at the house and walked every where. Everyone wants to come back next year!

We had a wonderful experience staying here while in town for a family wedding. The home was very clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. It was in a perfect location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We will be back!

Great for Girls Weekend!
This house was perfect for our Sister Weekend in Grand Haven! The decor in the 4 bedrooms/3 baths, spacious kitchen and living room made it feel like “home”! With the great location we were able to enjoy the downtown shops and restaurants. Thank you Ronda for your hospitality!

Ladies weekend
We absolutely loved this house. We felt like it was home. The 8 of us ladies were able to relax and be together to catch up on life, cooking dinner together and watching MSU football. The open floor plan was a great plus. It is a short walk to events and stores. Thanks to Ronda and Jim for sharing their beautiful home and wish them luck in their retirement.

Quick getaway
Being Familiar with Grand Haven, I knew this was a great location- walking distance to everything you could want to see. The icing on the cake for this stay was that it was the cleanest and maybe the nicest rental I’ve ever stayed in. Thank you Ronda!

Amazing stay in Grand Haven
The home was charming and beautifully decorated, It exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room for our family of 10. Ronda was a great person to rent from and answered our questions right away. The home was centrally located to the beach and right in downtown. We will definitely be back!!!

The Beach House Vacation
Very much enjoy bringing family and friends to this clean and friendly feel home. This was not our first stay here and we will be back. Close to downtown, restaurants, winery and events. We pretty much walk everywhere or ride bikes. Love it!

The house was as good as I hoped it would be after looking at the pictures.
The house was terrific and I really cannot say anything bad about it. Very clean, nice kitchen, the laundry worked well and plenty of space. The location was good also. It was a short walk into town. Ronda, the home owner, is nice and worked really hard to make sure we had the best vacation we could have. I could not have been happier with the house and we are planning to stay at the house again.

Excellent cottage within short walk of downtown Grand Haven
The cottage was clearly remodeled without a single detail overlooked. Everything our family needed was right there available to us, down to night lights to aid our kids during night time potty breaks. We've rented cottages for four summers now, and this house has been the best overall cottage we've rented yet. I love the fact that the house has formal HVAC and we aren't stuck using window AC units. Ronda's communication was extremely responsive throughout the week and super helpful.
The only "drawback" to this house is that the beds are actually full beds, not queen beds. Considering the location and the fact that everything was exactly what we needed, this is hardly a deal breaker. I'd be very surprised if we are not back here next summer! :)

This home is perfectly located in Grand Haven - easily accessible to just about everything! Beautifully renovated home with all the extras you need for your vacation. Great owners and great communication - my extended family begs us to visit when we are here. I would highly recommend this home to anyone who wants to vacation in GH!

Jim and Ronda’s place was beautiful and stocked with everything a family needs for a great vacation. It’s also just a few blocks from downtown on a quiet street. A perfect place for a family vacation!
