Fabulous porch with five sliding chairs that look out over a lovely pool, the dunes and onto the ocean.

Beautiful Views and Upgrades
The new kitchen and flooring are absolutely beautiful. We still cannot get over the views and the Dolphins. Definitely will be back.

Wow!! The house and view were so beautiful!!! Wayne was so quick to respond to emails and texts and was willing to work with us to get us in a little sooner. We had an amazing time!!!!

Thanksgiving Gathering
We were a large group of adults and children. Plenty of room to spread out. Great outdoor space. The town was walking distance to the shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.
The owner of the property was great to work with and very responsive to any request.

Spacious and comfortable beach house
The house had plenty of space for our four families and fourteen people. It was great to have a bathroom with every bedroom. The kitchen was also well stocked. Best feature was the pool and deck area.

Perfect Balance
We—an extended family with 14 adults, 1 young teen, and 2 children—loved our week at OIB Chillin’! The house was large enough to spread out and had great common areas, too. We appreciated the two refrigerators and grills. The view from the deck was great—both the vastness of the ocean and the delightful family of foxes living in the dunes. We also enjoyed that it was turtle-hatching season, and we’re able to observe the important work of the volunteers monitoring the eggs. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing family time.
Our group ranged from 3-84. You can’t beat the location, outdoor area, and pool. My mom was able to walk down to the beach and loved sitting in the shade in a rocker watching the pool activity. The little guys really loved the pool as well as adults. Beds were comfortable and everyone slept well. Quiet beach area. Would stay again. Owner was superb with communication.

Awesome vacation!!
We have a wonderful week at OIB Chillin' and plan to return next year! With 15 adults, it was great for everyone to have their own bedroom and bath. Our favorite spot was definitely the outdoor pool area - from rocking on the porch to swimming in the pool to sunning on the deck to eating our meals outdoors! The house is very well equipped and having two refrigerators was a HUGH plus, especially with that many adults in one house! Wayne (the property owner) was an absolute pleasure - very responsive and helpful!

Family Beach Trip
We greatly enjoyed our stay at OIB Chillin’. The house was in a wonderful location right on the ocean. The large deck and pool made it easy to be outside and eat our dinners together. The house with its plentiful bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our family. We appreciated the clear communications with the owner. Highly recommend this property to anyone.

Amazing Family Trip
This home was exactly as described and perfect. We had so much fun. Everyone had their own space when needed but we spent a lot of time in the kitchen/living room space as well as at the pool. Having immediate beach access was wonderful. Communication with the owner was exceptional.

Great property for big groups
this place has 7 bedrooms with their own bathrooms , which is perfect for a group of friends! lots of space to gather, especially on the poolside deck! great views and access to the beach/ocean as well . 2 refrigerators and propane grills meant plenty of room to store and cook, especially with the well stocked utensil drawers. we especially enjoyed watching from the deck the dolphins and sunfish just offshore ! the beach is wide and the ships are less than a mile’s walk away. great property!

This was a vacation of a lifetime with 4 generations. The house was beautiful!
There were 17 of us with plenty of room. Beds were super comfortable. I was pleased to see how much the kitchen was supplied so we could cook. The view from the house, deck was amazing...to be able to swim in the pool and see the ocean was fantastic. Only a short walk to the beach, just be sure to wear flips when its hot out; the sand was super hot. Wayne was awesome to work with and replied very quickly when we had a question. I would rate it a 10 if I could!

The house and location are absolutely perfect! Direct access to the beach and a private pool were must haves, and OIB Chillin did not disappoint!
Wayne’s communication and response times were exceptional; answering any questions we had promptly and concisely. We had 4 kids and 10 adults on this trip and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves! We look forward to staying again!

Vacation
The property slept all of us very comfortably and the 8 bathrooms is a nice touch. The common area is very small and if not for the deck and the kid's williness to eat dinner in the heat, we would not have fit around the table. Speaking of heat, make sure someone is available to adjust the thermostat a few times a day or it will go up to 75 or even 77 because it is programmed and managed by the owner. I understand the need to be able to control the AC in the event that a door gets left open which did happen while we were there, but 77 is a bit high for a house that sleeps 23 🥵. The washing machine started to leak while we were there but the owner got us more towels within a few minutes and was very helpful and responsive. Overall the stay was nice and the location of the house is ideal. We enjoyed our sray!

Fun for the Whole Family
This house was perfect for our family. With 9 Grandkids & 9 adults there was plenty of room for fun. The pool was in the best spot ever as we could keep a close eye on the kids and getting snacks was a quick trip inside. The deck was enormous for all of our beach gear. And we ate all of our meals outside on it. We especially loved the lights in the pool and on the deck at night for night swimming. Wayne was quick to reply back to me for any questions I had. I really liked feeling that I could talk to him any time.We enjoyed walking on the beach to the pier after dinner to get ice cream and/or play Putt Putt Golf. Lots of wonderful memories were made!

Wonderful Thanksgiving!
The house was very spacious and comfortable for our family of 17! The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need! The deck was huge and had enough seating for at least 35 people and the ocean view was amazing! Wayne was very responsive and proactive anticipating our needs! We would definitely stay at this amazing house again!!!!

Amazing!!!
My family and I stayed at the house over my wedding weekend and the house was perfect for my family and a small dinner we had there. The pool was great and the kids loved swimming while the adults got to hang out close by. The rooms were great and the two facing the ocean had absolutely gorgeous views. My mom and I already agreed that we are going to rent the house again in the future. The homeowner Wayne is great and made himself available to answer any of our questions. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Great for large family gatherings
Very quick to respond to our questions and concerns, Stove's oven door was broken by previous tenant, owner had a brand new stove there and installed immediately. I LOVED HAVING BR FOR EVERY BEDROOM. Hope to stay there again next year!

A Week to Remember
Vacationing with all ages from 1 to 75 can be challenging! Wayne’s place provided ample room and space so that there was something for all. The enlarged deck and beautiful pool were definitely a hit for our family. We also enjoyed the ocean views and breezes.

Love Ocean Isle
This is difficult to describe. The property needs updating and it was very shabby-not shabby chic.Almost all the furniture was in bad shape. -BUT, It was a family vacation and everyone greatly appreciated the private bathrooms for each bedroom. However, we had to clean nearly everything before we could use it. The bathrooms were wiped clean but the toilets had not seen a brush under the rims...The floors were dirty, the silverware and utensil drawers filthy, the coffee maker still had old coffee grounds left in it, the pots and pans had stuck on food, the woodwork is grungy, the outer doors were black (and it wiped off easily). There were no cleaning products so we had to go buy everything including a decent broom and dustpan to get all the sand out of the rooms. The vacuum cleaner had not been emptied in forever and barely worked until we cleaned it. There were work clothes left in a drawer in one of the bedrooms from a previous tenant. The pool had a green ring around the edge that also was cleanable but the water was clear. The pool man came midweek and cleaned the pool edge etc. The owner was advised and he sent the cleaning lady back but by that time I had a house full of children and adults and had cleaned most of everything possible. We left the place waaay better than we found it. I asked for a partial refund of the cleaning fee...No Dice. We left no linens, towel, etc. (had to rent them ourselves) The beds were made as we found them, all counters and dishware had been washed and put away, all appliances shined, all surfaces disinfected and polished, all floors swept. We left no trash. The deck and pool area are great. The beach was great. The rooms worked out ok. but bring your own pillows. The owner was very available. The ceiling in the living room is very damaged and needs repair. I think this could be a great house if the furniture was replaced and the most obvious items taken care of. I understand it is a beach house rental...but no excuse for showing pretty pics that are not accurately representative of the unit.

Great Place to Vacation
We took a family vacation (18 of us) from ages 1-68 and we all loved the house! The location is amazing, walking right out to the beach was so nice and allowed everyone to choose where they wanted to be for the day. The pool is nice and the deck is perfect...the rockers were well used during our stay. Everyone’s rooms were as described. The town is cute and everything is within a 15 minute walk. The fishing pier is another great stop, it’s easy to dock your boat and the tiki bar has amazing food, drinks, and of course views. Myrtle is a short drive away for all of your shopping needs.
If you are looking for a vacation home, this is the spot. We will definitely return to this amazing house!

Adult beach trip
Great location - OIB is fabulous! 7 adult couples enjoyed the stay very much. Deck/pool area & beach access were awesome. Only negative - we requested the pool be heated & (due to no fault of the owner) that was unsuccessful. Owner stated he would refund the extra money asap. We would definitely book this home again.

Great For Family Fun!
Mothers Day 2019 was an excellent time spent at OIB Chillin'. The house is well outfitted with everything you could possibly need in a vacation home. My family enjoyed having the beach access and the wonderful views from the back balconies. The owner was easy, and a pleasure to work. Communications were taken care of immediately- definitely a place to stay again.
