Cozy Beach House with Complimentary Golf Cart
Casa a un piano ben curata, recentemente arredata con ampio ponte, a 200 metri dalla spiaggia. Ampia zona giorno con TV via cavo / videoregistratore / DVD e ampia cucina con forno a microonde nuovo. La prima camera ha due letti matrimoniali, la seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale. Ogni camera ha un T. V. Due bagni completi. Non fumare e niente animali per favore. Il carrello da golf è incluso. La settimana di noleggio è da sabato a sabato. L'orario di check-in è 1:00 p. m. Il check-out è previsto alle 11:00 a. m. $ 200 deposito cauzionale rimborsabile se casa se lasciato PULITO !!! Se è necessaria la pulizia, questo verrà prelevato dal deposito cauzionale. We had a wonderful time! Linda was excellent to work with! The cottage is small, but we were a family of 5 and fit just fine!

Great and quiet area in the park. Golf cart was great and it came with the rental. The house was a little dirty, floors around the beds and underneath them had not been swept or cleaned. The other issue was the bed in the small bedroom. It squeaks very loudly and is not soft at all. I slept on it one night and slept on the couch the rest of my week. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and hopefully we can do it again next year. Thanks for the rental.

Cute, clean cottage. Perfect size getaway for a couple. The deep front porch with the beautiful furniture was the highlight of the house for us. We spent every morning and every evening out there, and we spent an entire rainy day on the porch. The golf cart is great. It makes getting to the beach quick and getting around Ocean Lakes easy. The owner responds immediately to even the most minor inquiries and is very easy to work with.

This is a cute little house in an awesome beach resort! Linda, the owner is very attentive and available for all questions or issues. The house itself, is comfortable enough, nicely decorated, but is a bit run down, and needs some attention when it comes to cleanliness. We loved the use of the golf cart, and the location of the house, and the front porch was very nice for evening relaxing!

This is a nice little home.....perfect for 3 or 4 people. Great location and very quiet area. We loved sitting on the front porch and eating our meals or watching people ride their golf carts. We very much enjoyed the use of the Golf Cart. Overall it was clean but could use a little more deep cleaning. We would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here but we were a little cramped with two adults and two 12 year old boys. As a couple, my husband and I could not share one of the three full sized beds available, so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. A week at a beach house, for our family, needed a washer/dryer as an amenity and this house did not provide this. No fault of the owner, I just should have triple checked. House could use a little updates and more upkeep from cleaning service but all in all our stay was good. Linda is really sweet and extremely accommodating. Would recommend this house to a couple or just a family of 3 though due to size.

We usually pull our camper to OL but since we just recently had a new baby, we chose to do a house. Linda was great to communicate with and the listing is everything this property is. I rated the cleanliness a 3 because the kitchen stove and hood above the stove had hair and old crumbs of food everywhere and the back bedroom had a old urine like smell. I do not fault the owner of the property for this is a cleaning personnel issue. The location of the house was okay the quite hours are NOT enforced. I made several calls to security for loud music/screaming and golf carts well into the early morning hours. OL enforces the rules greatly on the campground side but did not on this side of the property. Other than these 2 issues our stay was great and Linda was wonderful to rent from!

The location was good, close to the activities we wanted. The golf cart was a great added plus! The place was clean (but in need of a few updates). But the biggest hitch was there were no linens on the bed, no towels and only one dish towel. We have stayed in many VRBO properties over the last 10yrs while traveling with our daughters who were competitive gymnasts. NEVER have we not had linens or anything. Fortunately I had taken 2 beach towels so we could take showers but sleeping on a mattress cover with a thin comforter was awful. If a place isn't going to provide those items it should be boldly noted in the description.

We had a wonderful rainy long weekend. The house had enough room and a very nice porch area for us to spread out and read or play games.

The whole place was nicely decorated. The kitchen/ living room area was large and gave a place to gather in the house. We traveled with 2 adults and 2 adult children. It has 1 room with 2 double beds and a second with a double bed that is small. The location was minutes from the beach. Ocean Lakes is a super fun place for the family. There are activities for everyone. The owner Linda was great and helpful throughout the whole process. We felt we could reach out to her for anything.

This is a very nice rental and a golf cart to boot! How can you beat that! Very nice lady to deal with and her place is very nice and clean. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

We had a great stay here, the property is conveniently located, the addition of the golf cart is great. The brand new Blackstone was awesome!

Unit was supposed to include golf car. It was not there. Called owner who said she would check and text the next day. No text. Car did arrive at 8:30 on Monday after we rented a car. Refrigerator and freezer were filthy. Floors were so dirty we would not take our shoes off. Standing liquid soap on sink back. Front porch table has not been cleaned in weeks. There was hard candy in the floor vent. We moved out after one night. We requested a refund from the owner which was refused.

Linda is nothing short of amazing to work with! The house is so cute and homey, and is I a great location. There wasn't much traffic on the street at all, yet it was close to the beach and pool. We will definitely stay here again!

Two couples shared the house. The bathrooms were attached without locks, the small bedroom had a cruise size bathroom.
The best thing about the trip was the golf cart.
