Il nostro condominio con 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni (unità 107) si trova a Peregrine Point, l'edificio più recente del Purgatory Resort.
Attraversa la piazza principale per un comodo accesso a ristoranti, noleggio sci, gastronomia e ottimi negozi, nonché il principale ascensore ad alta velocità, Purgatory Express, fino alla cima della montagna.
Il condominio è arredato con mobili di fascia alta e la cucina è completamente attrezzata con ripiani in granito e utensili da cucina completi per fare ottimi pasti. Lo spazio abitativo principale dispone di un camino a gas, di una TV a schermo piatto e di un ampio terrazzo per godersi il panorama. La camera da letto principale ha un camino a gas e entrambe le camere da letto King hanno una TV.
Il condominio dispone anche di una lavatrice e asciugatrice e di un parcheggio custodito riscaldato.

My family of 5 and another family of 4 stayed at this rental. And it couldn't be any more perfect for us! Somewhat of a "split floor" design work out great for the ones that got up early. We will be using this rental again in the future.

Wonderful stay at a great property.
We really enjoyed our time at this property. The condo was clean, well equipped with everything you need, close to the central area of the ski resort, and provided plenty of room for our group of 8. We elected to pay the extra fee to get access to the pool and are glad we did. The kids in particular really enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a long day of sight seeing. Also, anyone staying here should check out The Nugget just down the road about a mile. We loved it there!

For a 4 bedroom apartment, space was little too tight (6 adults and 4 kids), and the door/bathroom locks did not work and had to work around it. Cindy from the management company made every attempt to help us out and we appreciate that.
But overall the positives outweigh the negatives and we would definitely come back and stay here.

Purgatory stay
Overall was a great experience , great spot and it was great to have to pool and hot tub use at the end of the day. The place was very clean and had lots of towels for use which was great with a big group staying there . The internet was down the whole time we were there which was very inconvenient considering one of us was doing remote work and there was no indication that it was going to be fixed. Also the door access code was wrong so we had to contact the property manager which was a quick fix but could have been more difficult if we arrived at a later time. Overall we would stay there again

Cons: Because of its location over the garage entrance and dumpster, it was loud at night. And our private parking space was unfortunately taken the the owner’s snow machines. Front entrance to the building has a HORRIBLE smell, like dog urine. Very unpleasant and really needs correcting. We had to wash all the patio furniture before using, so not really renter ready.

Great Colorado vacay!
Such a great place. We all really enjoyed our time here at the Purgatory resort. There was so much to do, and everything was beautiful. The condo was exactly as described. Very clean and beautiful. We couldn’t park in the garage due to snow mobiles being parked in our space. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Beautiful location and condo!
We had a great time at the resort! The condo was beautiful and very clean. The property manager was easy to get in touch with for any questions we had before/during our stay. The location is perfect. You are within a half hour of Durango or Silverton. The resort has a lot of activities for all ages. We will definitely be back!

Our Rental agent was great. He helped with everything we needed. The place was great. Only thing missing is a cheese grater. Location was great. Everything was clean and looked almost brand new. Would highly recommend your place. I am a picky person when it comes to where I place myself and my kids and grandkids. I would recommend this place to others for future stays.
