Siamo un complesso condominio fronte oceano sulla sezione no drive di New Smyrna Beach. Il nostro condominio è un 2-2-2; due camere da letto, due bagni e DUE splendidi panorami. Una delle poche unità a Point East con viste mozzafiato sull'oceano da sud e nord. Viste da camere da letto, balcone e corridoio anteriore sono fantastici; uno vibrante e vivace, l'altro più tranquillo. Questa unità dorme 6. (1 re, 1 completo, 2 gemelli).
Venite a godervi un balcone privato per un caffè mattutino mentre vi godete il sorgere del sole o un cocktail pomeridiano all'ombra mentre vi godete la vista sull'oceano. Cucina completamente attrezzata, un sacco di lenzuola, asciugamani, sedie a sdraio, giocattoli da spiaggia e oggetti vari per rendere il vostro soggiorno confortevole e conveniente. C'è Internet wireless e una grande TV a schermo piatto. L'unità è stata dipinta di fresco e aggiornata in tutto.
Per i motivi, le sale di attività private sono disponibili per le funzioni di piccoli gruppi. (Carte, incontri, incontri sociali). Il complesso offre una piscina per bambini separata, una piscina olimpionica riscaldata, un tavolo da shuffle, una grande griglia a gas e una cabina club house aperta dove potrete godervi la vista sull'oceano dall'ombra. La club house è abbastanza grande per prenotare una riunione di famiglia o anche un ricevimento di nozze!
Siamo a pochi passi da un parco rinnovato di recente con aree pic-nic, campi da racquetball, basket, pallamano e un parco giochi per bambini.
Siamo a pochi passi da un negozio di alimentari, minimarket, ristoranti, misc. negozi e una gelateria. Concediti un viaggio breve a dozzine di ristoranti raffinati e opzioni di ristorazione informale, oltre a negozi boutique e trattamenti termali presso Flagler Avenue e il centro di Canal Street. New Smyrna Beach è stata votata come "la migliore piccola città per le arti" e "la migliore comunità sulla spiaggia!

This was a great condo and property. The beach access is very convenient and the pool area is awesome. We had a great time and the owners are very nice.

We will absolutely stay at this condo again! Can not beat the location. Going down to the beach was a breeze and the pool is great as well. The entire complex is well taken care of and the office manager was so friendly and very helpful.
Everything you could possibly need when staying with kiddos is there. TVs have all the streaming networks, wifi, plenty of towels and hooks to hang them, plenty of storage drawers in both bedrooms, hangers in closets, a laundry basket, plates/utensils/cups/salt/pepper/seasonings/cleaning supplies/paper towels/toilet paper, even a beach closet with toys/chairs/umbrella!
The pots and pans are in like new condition! There's nothing worse than renting a condo with pans that are clearly years past their prime, especially when your kiddos want scrambled eggs every morning.
Appliances are in excellent condition.
The only super picky negative is the bedrooms do not have room darkening shades/curtains, but bring a sleep mask and you're good. The "kids room" is definitely darker than the master. All the beds are super comfortable!
Long story short, the owners of this property have CLEARLY taken excellent care and take great pride in this condo.
10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

Truly a ‘home away from home’ experience! Colleen ensures the condo is clean and comfortable for those staying there! My family and I felt well taken care of and safe staying here. By 10am families are enjoying their time at the beautiful pool or on the amazing beaches! 100% recommend and will try and stay here in the future!!

Fantastic stay! Beautiful view, warm pool (even on a cool day), steps from ocean, spacious condo stocked with everything you would need. Comfortable beds and cute beachy decor. Lots to see and do in the area even if you don’t want to visit the big parks. The host was super responsive. We highly recommend!!

This condo was probably the best condo we have rented. The unit was clean, updated, and felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed how Point East wasn't huge and crowded. The unit had what we needed and then some. Communication was great. We want to go back already!

The condo was as described and pictured. The unit looked like it was recently updated with nice kitchen applianes, although we didn’t cook, we could have. The host readily answered any questions I had before checking in. I would definately recommend this unit.

We found this condo to be exactly as described and better. The location was perfect for us, and the amenities just right! Being a beach lover myself and living 3 miles from a NJ beach, I appreciated every aspect of being right on the beach. My grandkids loved both pools and the ocean! I wouldn’t hesitate to book this unit from Colleen and Peter, the BEST!

Place was very clean and very well kept up. We had a problem with the Internet, and the host was very quick to reply. The only thing I'd recommend is if you plan on doing laundry to plan on sourcing some quarters before you get there. The complex doesn't offer any way to get quarters, and the 7/11 across the street can only give you $2 in quarters, which will get you one load. Other then that it was perfect.

The property was great. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed being able to easily walk to the beach. It was clean and was easily accessible.

The condo was exactly as depicted in the pictures. It was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities for cooking in the kitchen for the days we didn't want to eat out. There were coolers for packing a lunch and sand chairs and umbrellas available for the beach. There are plenty of things to do and plenty of restaurants around making it a great location. Easy access to the beach and supermarkets. We will definitely return next time we are in the area!

Lovely host! Kitchen super stocked! Location perfect for us. Pool and pavilion with tables and lots of chairs. I don’t love the sand, but I love the water so it was nice to sit on the pool deck with the water right there.
LOVE the decor and the colors. It was like the sand and the oceab the way the walls were painted (not sure that was planned) nothing negative to say if I wanted to. Colleen our host even sent us a Happy Thanksgiving message which made us smile.
You can tell they care about their home and their renters.

Loved staying at this 2BR Condo in no-drive zone. Unit and property were in great condition. Host was available when needed and on-site condo management was kind and helpful. Can't wait to spend more time there in the future.

Great condo!
We enjoyed staying here! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Great water-pressure in showers, working ice machine, well-stocked kitchen (cutlery, dishes, pots/pans etc).
Colleen quickly responded to questions/messages. We hope to come back!

Fabulous 4th of July!
What a fabulous week we had! My son was home from the Navy and this vacation spot was perfect for us to relax and enjoy some fun in the sun with family and friends. Condo was very clean, and nicely decorated with coastal decor touches. Everything was quite comfy, with nice cool a/c after hot days at the beach. Great pool and community area as well. Visiting over July 4th was just amazing with fireworks right on the beach - wow!! Colleen was thorough about communicating all we needed to know, and easy to contact with any questions. Even left a thoughtful gift bag for us on arrival. 😊 Condo is in a great location within walking distance to several restaurants. Loved it!!!

Perfect vacation
We have been staying at Point East for 12 years. Colleen's condo was the perfect fit for our family of 6. The multiple beds in the 2nd bedroom was just what we needed for our 4 kids. The unit was equipped with everything we needed for our 12 days.

Great condo with a short walk to the beach
Everything was amazing! The close walk to the beach was awesome! The couches and beds were super comfy. The kitchen was very well stocked. The only thing I didn’t love was that if we used any towels we would have been charged extra. I was told after booking which was a little annoying but I just brought our own towels to avoid the extra fee. That was the only downfall. Everything else was fantastic!! We will be back!

This home is a perfect vacation spot.
