Historic Saint Helena farm house one block from Main Street
La nostra fattoria a due piani si trova a un isolato dalla strada principale nel centro di St. Helena. Questa fantastica posizione offre agli ospiti l'accesso diretto a tutte le grandi sale per degustazioni, ristoranti e negozi nel centro di St. Helena pur avendo tutti i lussi di trovarsi in un'accogliente casa completamente attrezzata. La nostra casa è stata originariamente costruita nel 1881 e recentemente rinnovata da noi nel 2013. Ha tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici, i bagni e una meravigliosa cucina di classe mondiale. Abbiamo riscaldamento / aria condizionata centralizzati sia al piano superiore che al piano inferiore. La casa principale è composta da tre camere da letto: ci sono due camere da letto al piano superiore con letti matrimoniali; entrambi hanno bagni annessi con box doccia in marmo di carrara. La terza camera da letto è al piano inferiore con un letto matrimoniale e un bagno aggiornato recentemente (2017). La 4a camera da letto è una unità indipendente a due passi dalla casa principale che ha un letto matrimoniale della California, un bagno e un piccolo angolo cottura. La nostra cucina principale ha un fornello a gas a 8 fuochi con piastra, lavello a grembiule in rame, isola per macelleria, tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile tra cui una lavastoviglie. Abbiamo una camera familiare con un televisore da 55 pollici e divani per ospitare almeno 8 persone. Abbiamo una sala da pranzo formale che può ospitare comodamente fino a 8 persone. Abbiamo anche una lavanderia / fango. Il nostro portico costeggia tutto il nostro cortile e ha sedie e tavoli a bilanciere per ore di persone / treno, giochi di carte, cocktail o fare una (molto) breve passeggiata nel vigneto! Goditi un bicchiere di vino sulla veranda mentre guardi il treno del vino che passa! C'è anche un ampio cortile con ampio parcheggio e una cucina all'aperto accanto a un campo da bocce.

We were so impressed by this property! The location could not have been better - super walkable to Saint Helena's adorable Main Street, Sunshine Market, Orin Swift etc. We had four adult couples and loved that this home had four bedrooms with queen or king sized beds and en suite bathrooms. We would highly suggest and plan to stay here again on future visits!

It was the perfect house to stay in with my family to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Great location making it easy to walk to dinner and shopping. Quaint area and super easy to drive around to wineries both high up in Napa Valley and in Napa proper.

This home is the perfect place to stay for a Napa Valley wine tasting vacation. We were a group of 7 adults and had plenty of room. The guest house was perfect for one couple and the the other bedrooms and attached bathrooms worked really well for the other 5 of our group of family and friends . The proximity to the shops, Sunshine Market and Model Bakery made it easy to walk around and grab breakfast and provisions for picnicking! The house is very well stocked with supplies for cooking including a lovely outdoor area. The home is very nicely appointed and very comfortable for a group of 7. This house was absolutely perfect for our 4 night stay. We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to return!

The house was terrific. Everything new or In great condition. Beds all comfortable. When we had a minor issue with the heater in the coach house, they came out and fixed it in a couple hours. Great location. 1 block from town. Hosts were very nice and recommended a private chef for dinner and she was fabulous. Would stay there again!

Perfect location and set up for old friends celebrating some milestone birthdays. Plenty of space to be together and apart. We got some work done, went hiking and biking and wine tasting. Cooked at the house and took advantage of the great restaurants within walking distance.

Our family, 6 adults, had a great time at this house. The location was perfect, there were lots of restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Saint Helena.

Nice house, great local feel, great location. No entry instructions given and had trouble getting owners. VRBO almost cancelled our booking for 10 but the owners finally picked up the second number given VRBO (but not me) and we got in. Close to a disaster. Owner said he would text me his number in case of any other issues but did not. Beside that issue it was great.

We just returned from a lovely stay at the St Helena farmhouse, celebrating a milestone birthday was friends. The house is a home - comfortably furnished with everything you need - and the perfect location to walk to shops and restaurants in beautiful St Helena. There were four couples and the home is arranged in a way that allows for privacy as well as time together. Everything about the stay was perfect, except that it wasn't longer! We're already talking about when we can go back.

We had a great four days at the Property with our adult children. The location is awesome—being able to walk to restaurants, bars and the grocery store allowed us to relax in the neighborhood. The front patio offers a great view of the mountains. We did not cook but the setup is perfect for outdoor grilling and dining. We would definitely come back.

The house was perfect for our family to spend a weekend in St Helena for our son’s wedding. Adorable home, clean with everything you could need. The outdoor kitchen and porch are fabulous. I would recommend this home to friends.

Perfect property for wedding at Tre Posti wedding venue. Close to all activities and we used it to "stage" groomsmen before the wedding. Would have been nice to have been given a bottle of Amizetta wine to sample...

Lovely old home and great location....Only suggestion is that owners install an RO filter for Kitchen as water didn't taste very good from the kitchen faucet.....St. Helena's finest I guess.
Very well suited for warmer temps as they have a fabulous front porch and great outdoor BBQ and dining area in the back....the week or so I was there we got tons of rain....which CA needs....so more time indoors. All good.

We rented this house for a family wedding. It citing have been more perfect. Loved the proximity to main street, only a block away. Very comfortable. And the 4 bathrooms was fabulous. Can't wait to come back!

We were 5 adults (2 couples and 1 single) in the Napa area for a dear friend's wedding. The house is in a perfect location in St. Helena. You can walk to everything that St. Helena has to offer, and you are a short drive away from some of the best wineries around! The home is literally within a few blocks of Gott's, Farmstead, Safeway, Model Bakery, Sunshine Market and numerous other restaurants, bars and shops.
The house is very well equipped with plenty of linens, towels, paper products, etc.. In the kitchen it is almost too equipped. There are multiple coffee makers and various small appliances to use if so desired. The house also had a variety of spices and oils and a selection of booze, which were left behind by others.. definitely a nice touch.
The outdoor kitchen and patio areas is also great for grilling and just enjoying the beautiful weather. There is tons of seating and even an outdoor refrigerator to keep cold drinks handy.
This home is perfect for adult groups, as all of the bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, which is great. All the bathrooms were also well equipped with hair dryers, soaps, etc..
One item to note, the downstairs bedroom is directly off the kitchen. Given the size of our group, we didn't use that one, but would just note for future guests, as it maybe loud in the mornings if someone was trying to sleep in.
The owners also left a "welcome" bottle of their Amizetta family wine, which was fabulous. I highly recommend making a trip to their vineyard. The views are amazing and the wine was top notch. Two of us even joined their wine club!
We will seek out this beautiful home on future visits to wine country!

This is a great place for a group of couples or a large family. Plenty of space, each bedroom has its own bathroom, and a lot of good common areas to hang out. And the location is perfect, with easy walking to everything in St Helena and close proximity to all the wineries.

Everything you need in rental home.
I think we most enjoyed it was as accommodating as our homes. The air conditioning was perfect. The home has both indoor and outdoor areas to sit and enjoy. The kitchen is not lacking any details and plenty of wine glasses.
This is a highly recommended place for picky people. No complaints.

This property is way beyond 5 stars, The house is beautiful, with a wonderful layout that easily accomodates a group. Excellent location, very easy to walk to shops and cafes in St. Helena. House is remarkably well equipped. We were in St. Helena for my daughter's wedding, and this property just added to our wonderful weekend. Excellent in every way. We will be back!

A beautiful home in the heart of St. Helena making is very convenient to walk to amazing restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Each bedroom has it's own full bath which is very convenient. We were in town for our daughter's wedding and the separate guest suite was perfect for her and her husband to give them privacy. The house is fully stocked with plenty of wine glasses and great for entertaining. Also lots of space for parking in the rear of the property and a full outdoor kitchen. We will definitely be back.

If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay in St Helena , this amazing farmhouse is perfect. Olive and lemon trees line the property and fresh lavender fills the air from the front garden as you enter. The house is clean, has all the essentials to make your stay comfortable and has enough room to sleep all your guests. The location is within walking distance to town where you will find great shops, restaurants and an amazing bakery with the best coffee and croissants ever ! The owners are just wonderful and are there to help with all your needs. I would strongly recommend staying in this charming house …….we can’t wait to come back!

WALKING DISTANCE TO PARADISE
At first glance, this home is adorable! Very clean and the surrounding landscaping is beautifully kept up. When you enter the house it is surprisingly spacious and well stocked with whatever your needs are. Separate nest air conditioning/heating units allow the upstairs and the downstairs to meet everyone's needs. The house is about 1 block to downtown St. Helena. You can't ask for a better location. We were able to visit wineries around Caymus within a drive of about 10-15 minutes in one direction. We were able to enjoy an event at Charles Krug within 5-10 minutes in another direction. We were able to walk to the best dinners (Farmstead, Goose & Gander, Gotts Roadside) within 10-15 minutes. It was simply an incredible location, fantastic house (with a local grocery store down the block), and the communication with the owners was exceptional. We will be staying again and hope you will consider staying here as well!

If you have 4 couples, or any group of 8, this is a fantastic home. You can walk to wineries, restaurants and shopping. A short drive to all of Napa. The Clark’s are great hosts. You must also visit their winery - Amizetta. Best view in the valley and excellent juice!

Friends Napa Trip
We had an awesome experience at this property. Located in the heart of St. Helena, I would highly recommend this property for small groups looking for a great place to stay in Napa Valley. Much prefer this over staying in downtown Napa, as it is much closer to all the wineries and, being in the middle of the valley, made getting from place to place much more efficient. We loved being in a small town, and it was so convenient to walk to town in the mornings for breakfast and coffee, and we often walked to nearby restaurants for dinner too. The property itself was wonderful, exactly like the photos, with plenty of room for 7 guests. Large enough sitting and dining areas, great kitchen, and plenty of parking. We took advantage of the bocce court and the outdoor dining area to spend a night at home and share a meal. Overall outstanding experience, and would highly recommend staying here, or at Perry and Christine's other properties in the area.

Great Location, Quaint Home
We really enjoyed our stay in St. Helena. The proximity of the home to shopping and restaurants was unmatched. The house is on the small end, but that is to be expected in an old home like this one. The home was very clean and super well appointed. I would definitely recommend it.

Just Like Home--Only Better!
From the moment we walked through the door, we felt at home in this cheerful, comfortable, and beautifully updated farmhouse. We were in St. Helena for my son's wedding and we settled into the house a couple of days before the various festivities were to begin. We felt so lucky to have found this house. Anything and everything we needed was at hand and everything worked. I and my adult children stayed in the main house, and we were very happy to have the apartment in back for a couple of our relatives. One evening we had a great cookout on the patio with a dozen or so family members who were in town to attend the wedding. They were from all around the country (Virginia, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, New Mexico, Colorado) and had other accommodations, but every one of them said our place was the best and most welcoming. I enjoyed meeting Christine and her daughter early in the week we were there and then Perry later on. Thank you very much for your warm hospitality. We had so many activities surrounding the wedding, we didn't get a chance to visit the winery, but we are already talking about a future trip where the wine tasting will be at the top of our list! And your place will once again be our home away from home. Only better!

Loved staying here!
We had a group of aunts and nieces, and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Rooms were comfortable, big couch was perfect for movie watching, and the outside space was fantastic. A quick walk to the shops and restaurants in St Helena and centrally located for wine tasting. We will return!
