Windjammer II è una delle otto unità in questa bellissima casa a due piani situata sulla West End di Ocean Isle Beach.
C'è una grande piscina situata proprio di fronte a questa casa di città recentemente costruita, non fumatori. La piscina è una delle più grandi sull'isola. La nostra unità non è vista oceano (c'è una vista) ma siete a pochi passi (meno di 30 secondi) dalla spiaggia senza strade da attraversare! Basta andare sotto la nostra unità, Windjammer, alla rampa di accesso alla spiaggia / dune. Molto ampia spiaggia all'estremità occidentale.
La nostra residenza è molto grande e spaziosa all'interno e dispone di due portici che si affacciano sul lato sinistro dell'isola. Non sei e non ti senti stretta in questa casa e è molto più grande di molte delle case sull'oceano Isola. Questa residenza è la più luminosa di tutti. La cucina è recentemente ristrutturata con tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inox, granito, nuovi mobili da cucina, spaziosi con un frigorifero di grandi dimensioni, nuovi pavimenti e un sacco di spazio per il mobile. La zona pranzo e la famiglia hanno nuovi pavimenti in legno duro.

Le 5 camere da letto e 5 bagni sono spaziose con abbondanza di armadio e spazio di archiviazione. Tutte le camere hanno un bellissimo bagno privato completo. Le camere da letto hanno letti come segue:
UNO KING, UNA REGINA, UNA REGINA, DUE DOUBLE, DUE DOUBE. Le 2 camere matrimoniali sono situate al piano terra con un proprio bagno privato privato. Al piano superiore ci sono altre 3 camere da letto con tre bagni completi e una zona lavanderia e un sacco di spazio armadio. Tutte le camere dispongono di TV via cavo, alcune con vcr. L'area famiglia ha una nuova TV a schermo piatto e due camere da letto hanno anche schermi piatti. Abbiamo libri da leggere, giochi da giocare e film da guardare.
La cucina è nuova, rinnovata nel 2015, grande con un sacco di piatti, bicchieri, pentole, bicchieri da cocktail e contenitori di stoccaggio. La zona pranzo è aperta e luminosa con un grande tavolo da pranzo in vetro e sedie e posti a sedere aggiuntivi con una zona tavola laterale.
C'è anche un grande ponte nuovo sulla bella spiaggia con una doccia. Si può sedere su quella veranda e godersi l'oceano. Abbiamo appena ampliato il nostro ponte principale al livello principale, che è fuori dalla camera familiare, e c'è un secondo portico fuori da una grande camera da letto. Godetevi l'isola tranquilla rilassandovi sul portico, con una bibita fresca e il tuo libro preferito. Avrete anche accesso ai nostri armadi con un grill, sedie a sdraio, galleggianti in piscina, ecc. La spiaggia è bella, ampia e non affollata sulla West End dell'isola.
Il parcheggio è disponibile sotto la nostra unità per 3 auto insieme ai punti esterni situati intorno alla piscina.
Ocean Isle è 6 miglia di spiaggia con alcuni nuovi ristoranti, mini putt putt, gelateria e sala giochi per bambini. Non è una spiaggia commerciale, ma un luogo perfetto per i vacanzieri e le famiglie per riunirsi e godere di una vacanza senza stress.

We had a great time at our windjammer property. Michele was so nice to work with and very prompt in answering emails, texts and calls. We had a little issue with the air and a leak but she was quick to call a repairman and had it fixed while we were at our son’s wedding. They came while we were gone so we weren’t inconvenienced at all. I hope we can come back when we can enjoy all the amenities. Our stay was a whirlwind of rehearsal and wedding and then we came home. Michele offered us a little extra time before we had to check out as well. It was a very pleasant experience.

We had a group of 7- 2 families with teenagers. There was more than enough room for everybody, and each bedroom having a bathroom was amazing! The kitchen was well stocked with all the supplies you could need; we easily cooked big breakfasts and dinners each day. The beach was a 2 minute walk- easy enough to go back and forth as needed. The location of the property was also ideal. It was far enough down the road that it was quiet, not packed with people, and gave the feeling of privacy but also just a quick 5 minute drive to the little town with ice cream, food, playground, mini golf. The owner was very communicative/responsive and super easy to work with. Overall, we loved this property and will absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at OIB! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. There is not an ocean view, but the deck was lovely to enjoy coffee every morning. The pool and beach access couldn’t have been closer or easier.
The a/c in the condo was very powerful and cooled down the place quickly. Michele was always quick to respond and even let us know we could check in a little earlier.
We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at this Rental! Everything was so easy, from booking, to getting our check in information. Michele was great, very prompt with responding, and helpful when we had questions. The house was gorgeous, spacious, plenty of room for our group, everything was clean, provided with plenty of household items to use during our stay. The kids enjoyed the pool as well. So convenient having a short walk straight out to the ocean. We loved the area, and neighborhood. There is plenty to do as a family. We will definitely be booking again for our next stay.

We had an amazing stay with perfect accommodations! There were 7 of us and with 5 bathrooms and 7 beds, everyone was comfortable!! We had plenty of space and all we needed to have a great time away! We spent time inside around the long dinner table eating meals and birthday cake and it was great to have a place where we were all comfortable. The proximity to the beach was fantastic! We brought a wagon but never used it as we were so close and could carry our things and walk. Wonderful getaway for a group!

House was as described! Perfect location, the house was roomy enough for all! Bedrooms are large, it is nice that they all have bathrooms attached! Kitchen had everything one needs for cooking!
We had our 4 year old & 10 month grandchildren & they loved the pool & beach! Complex Pool could use a makeover (no fault of the owner), but overall we had a AMAZING time! Made lots of great memories! Definitely plan on staying here again!!!

We enjoyed our stay here; kids had a great time at the beach . Pool was quite busy, so we opted for the beach instead. Unit was ideally set up for a family vacation with four bedrooms and a quick walk to the beach.

My family of 4 and my brother’s family of 6, plus a boyfriend, enjoyed this spacious and well laid out unit. With 5 active boys between us, it was essential that we had plenty of room to breathe but still spend quality time together. With beach access on the property, a large storage closet by the stairs to store your beach paraphernalia this was an ideal location to prevent the daily fatigue of going to the beach. We had such a wonderful time. The kitchen is well stocked to prevent the need to eat out. Michelle was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed during the week. I HIGHLY recommend this listing if you are looking for a stress free stay 😊🏝️

We were pleased with the accommodations. They were as advertised in the description. We were particularly pleased with Michelle's (host) great responsiveness both pre-stay and during stay. All of her communications were extremely prompt, and she was helpful with everything from pre-arrival prep to dining recommendations during the stay. We had an extended family visit (all adults) so we found having a dedicated bathroom for each bedroom a big plus. Can definitely recommend the property and the host!

We had a very nice beach trip as a family. The beach access is a little walk through the parking lot and it’s right there. House was very accommodating for our group. Neighborhood is quiet and Doordash does deliver but you’ll have to meet them in the parking lot because it’s hard for people to find the house. We actually couldn’t find it when we first got there and had to call the host. Overall great stay definitely would like to stay at this beach again.

Overall, it was a great experience. The proximity to the beach is nice, and we enjoyed the pool. The dining area and kitchen were a little small when all 12 of our group were there. There was plenty of room in the bedrooms, however. The kitchen was well stocked. The owner was responsive.

A fabulous experience from booking, communication with property owner, arrival, the stay, and sadly checking out. The property description was spot on and easy to find on the island. It accommodated our entire family for the week. All information provided was accurate and made for an easy transition into the perfect vacation home for the week. Great Stay
First I would say that Michelle was the best host. She sent out personal emails, texts, and was available anytime there were issues (we did not have any). The house was great for us. A bathroom per bedroom is key for a large family. House was stocked well. Lots of beach items in the downstairs closet (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc). It is a quiet spot despite being in a condo-type arrangement. I was worried about the distance to the beach but it was just as quick as the long walk from our beachfront house last year at OIB with much fewer steps! Nice shower area. The beach was a bit crowded but welcome to OIB.I missed the ocean view but the sunsets from the deck were fantastic. Would stay here again.

Perfect vacation home!
We loved staying in this 5 bedroom home on the beach! It was perfect for our mini vacation with my dad, siblings, and spouses. We had easy access to the beautiful quiet beach and the pool was never crowded. Our hosts were easy to work with and responded quickly with any questions! I would highly recommend this home!

Golf Trip 2021
I had myself and 6 friends staying here during our trip. This was a very quiet area. While we weren’t visiting for the beach, it was a short 2min walk to have your feet in the sand. Parking if 3 vehicles was ideal. There was room for additional vehicles in the general parking area. Michele was a great host. Communication was ideal and everything needed was attended to. We had no issues. I’m planning to visit again with family now that I’ve seen the place and liked it.

Great location, fun stay at OIB
We had a fun stay. The good: location to the beach is a breeze! Such a short walk and easy to get to. Short walk to the pool also. The supply closet outside has a lot of equipment (beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc). We organized it while we were there. I think there are six beach chairs or so, and Several sand anchors for umbrellas. Also, the house is very well equipped with kitchen supplies! There was more there than we expected. The A/C in the unit is fabulous. Felt so nice in the condo. Lots of bathrooms and they all came in handy. Water pressure was great. Never ran out of hot water. Finally, several of the mattresses are brand new and were delivered when we arrived. That was great.
The not so good: the Unit wasn’t super clean, but we think this was a result of both a miscommunication on check in time, combined with cleaning crew staffing issues. Everyone has staffing issues right now, so we understand that this can happen. There were plenty of cleaning supplies at the house so we did a quick cleanup and it was fine. The main issue with the unit is the carpet is super dirty, but unless I am mistaken, I think I read in another review the owner is planning to replace the flooring soon. I don’t think a deep clean will help the carpet much. I am sure a full replacement is tough to do since the unit seems to be frequently rented. Once that flooring is replaced, though, I think it will make a HUGE difference in the look and feel of the condo.

What a wonderful condo in an amazing location!! It is not only very well-stocked with things throughout the condo but it also has plenty in the storage closet for your beach and pool time! We have never had that much room on a family trip and we loved it! HIGHLY recommend staying here!!!!

July 4th week
We had a great time here! Nice big unit that doesn’t feel crowded even with 14 people. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and each room having it’s own bathroom is a very big plus. Very nice kitchen that’s much larger than most places, also very well appointed with appliances, utensils, etc. The main level balcony is huge, plenty of space for lots of people to be out there without feeling cramped and the upper balcony is also a nice size. Everything was clean enough especially considering it’s the middle of peak season and the cleaners literally only have a few hours to do such a large unit. Definitely nothing to cause any concern.
Plenty of space under the unit for parking or hanging hammocks, playing cornhole, or whatever if you need a covered outside hang out spot during rain. Parking is great, lots of space under the house or plenty of close spaces right beside the pool.
The storage room underneath was also the best stocked I have ever seen with chairs, umbrellas, beach and pool toys, etc. We had plenty of space for the stuff we brought but we honestly wouldn’t have even needed to after seeing what all was there.
Super short walk to get to the beach was nice although be aware there are only stairs for beach access so if you like to load up wagons or wonder wheelers with all your stuff like us or have anyone with mobility issues you will have to negotiate those. Not a big deal just something to be aware of and plan accordingly if that is a problem for you.
All in all this was a great place to stay, we loved the location and how nice the beach was, and how nice and spacious the unit is. 10/10 we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location
The area was very calm and relaxing. Getting to the beach was difficult at times going underneath the condos due to other renters leaving their beach gear scattered about. Mattresses need to be better quality. The two bedrooms with one bed in each were impossible for the guests to rest comfortably. We had to switch beds during the week each night so everyone could rest. The kitchen was nice and fully stocked. Overall, we enjoyed our trip and will visit Ocean Isle again.
