Con un breve 18 miglia di auto da San Diego, con vista mozzafiato e un incredibile centro benessere con palestra, sauna e bagno turco. Questo condominio di 1.200 metri quadrati offre il design più lussuoso, completamente attrezzato e arredato con il gusto più raffinato dei progettisti, pareti in gesso veneziano, letti di piume, TV al plasma in tutte le camere con TV diretta con tutti i canali di film e musica, accesso al computer, si può godere l'accesso alla spiaggia privata per le vostre passeggiate private ed è completamente assicurato 24 ore.
La città di Puerto Nuevo si trova a circa 15 minuti a sud di Las Olas lungo la Ensenada Libre Road. Puerto Nuevo è famosa in tutto il mondo per i suoi numerosi ristoranti che offrono appetitose cene a base di aragosta a prezzi bassi. L'appartamento si trova dall'altra parte della strada rispetto al mercato PEMEX AM / PM a Highway Toll Booth; ed è a pochi passi dal secolare Rosarito Beach Hotel. Questa è una grande casa vacanze per famiglie. Indicazioni stradali: dagli Stati Uniti, vai a sud sull'Interstate 5 fino al confine tra San Diego e Tijuana. Dopo aver attraversato il confine con il Messico, prendi la "Strada panoramica per Ensenada" e prendi l'ultima uscita prima del casello (cartello "To Popotla") a Rosarito Beach, a circa 15 miglia a sud del confine. All'uscita, vedrai una stazione di servizio PEMEX-AM / PM e un mini-market sul lato sinistro della strada. Girare a destra sulla seconda strada asfaltata (a circa 200 metri dall'uscita, c'è un ristorante Fish Taco,). Los Olas è il resort di lusso beige sulla sinistra. Entra attraverso il cancello di sicurezza e la caserma delle guardie.

From the property owner to the grounds people, everyone was very helpful. Location was perfect. Central Rosarito beach was less than 2 miles away, but far enough to enjoy the quiet! Private beach was great, you can walk to Paps n beer if you want

We loved this rental. The place has great views and has a great location. The decor was very nice and had an overall comfy feel. Even with a few minor hiccups with trash and the living room tv, we were very happy with our choice for this rental. Plus our host was helpful and communicative during our stay.

The biggest problem for me was that the elevator didn't work!!!!! We had a family member in a wheelchair and had to physically carry him up to the second floor.. we had to leave the wheel chair in the van and keep him in the condo the whole time . The WiFi would cut in and out..and the washer worked but leaked water. The views are beautiful and it’s clean

This condo was so homey and the beds were extremely comfortable. If that wasn’t enough we had a spectacular view of the private beach and pool. We also enjoyed how secure the condo was with 24/7 security. Also, the owner Art was so responsive which made us feel at ease. Thank you Art for making this trip so great for us. Will definitely be booking this condo again.

Beautiful condo with an excellent location. Art replies quickly to any questions. The guards working the security gate speak fluent English and were very helpful with the check in process. Even recommended a couple of nice places for dinner. The whole stay could not have gone smoother. This is my new go to place when staying in Rosarito for work.

The property is well maintained. The on-site staff is very hospitable, professional, friendly and helpful. The condo balcony has an amazing view of the ocean. The condo is well maintained and has every amenity that is required. It feels like a home away from home. I will definitely stay here again. Art is a great host and responds immediately to any messages. The location is perfect.

I booked this place almost a year in advance. The pictures does not give it justice!!! everything was just beautiful, rooms, view, location. I had to make some last min changes on guest and Art was so accommodating thank you so much!!! I felt like I was in heaven waking up every morning to the view of the Ocean. The beds were so comfy. The condo had everything you can image. It comes with everything you would have in your own home! There is security so you must have the info to the room to get in (wrist bands are given to the ppl staying) Thank you so much for the hospitality. Hoping to come back next summer.

We loved our stay! We felt very comfortable, safe, and it was very clean. The location was great, too. We just loved every minute of our visit. Art was a fantastic host. He was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. Definitely coming back!!!

Just a little brief trouble getting checked in but called Art and he corrected situation right away. The condo was absolutely clean and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay, we recommend it and will definitely be renting again.

We had a great time! The condo was so nice and cozy it had everything we needed the mattress we slept on was like sleeping on a marshmallow, the pool was nice and the beach down below was beautiful, not crowded with people The best part was the ocean view, wow that was spectacular! The only con was the parking, it’s beat to take one car but you can park in street as welll, we had no problems. Overall great! Oh and the owner Art was awesome, answered me anytime I had a question. Thank you Art

My family and I love it here! It was extremely nice and the view was perfect! My family had a lot of fun in the area and the food around the place was awesome! Definitely a place to consider staying at! My family will be returning :)

Property has everything you need for a beach vacation in Rosarito. It’s close to Rosarito Beach walking distance but away from lot of hustle of the beach. Property, Pool, Jacuzzi were clean. It was easy checkin and checkout process. Thanks for letting us rent this place for the weekend.
