Plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 children! We loved that each family had their own bedroom and bathroom! The community pool was right behind the property making it easy for everyone to enjoy the pool area. The neighborhood is quiet with beautiful landscaping and trees!

This was a great place for a small family get together. There is plenty of room for the whole family. Each couple got their own room.

We had a great stay at the property it was 10 min from skiing and everything else. It was a great size for the 6 of us. It easily could of fit a few more kids. I contacted the owner 1 time, and he was very responsive. If I had one complaint it was the rules of the HOA. We couldn't park in the driveway more than 2 hrs, had to park expedition in garage, and absolutely no noise outside after 10pm. Overall great time though and nice place to stay.

From reservation to check out our stay and communication with our host was excellent. We appreciated the option of 8-10 minute drives to parking at either Park City Mountain Resort or the Canyons. Our party of 8 adults were very comfortable, additional can be accommodated by making full use of the bunk room. Should we revisit Park City we would look to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Frank's property, centrally located in the park city area. The house was extremely well appointed, with everything needed to cook meals and for our for our family (of varying ages) to be comfortable. All 4 bedrooms had their own ensuite bathroom, and it even had a Pack & Play crib for our 1.5 year old. Frank was a great host, who checked in to ensure we got in to the house ok. All in all, extremely comfortable for a group, and in a perfect location to enjoy all of the park city ski resorts and downtown park city. We look forward to coming back!

The townhouse was exactly as advertised with no surprises. It’s a very welcoming and spacious unit in a great location; close enough to town and far enough away to be out of the fray.

We had a wonderful time in Park City. The location was perfect. It was close to everything we wanted to do. The home was comfortable, and provided everything we were looking for. We stayed at the house for our annual golf trip with 8 guys. It's tough to find lodging that can accommodate our crew, but Frank's place had more than enough space in the common areas to allow everyone to have privacy, be able to stretch out and relax. We were OK with using the bunk beds for some of the guys, but if you had couples and kids, it would be even more comfortable. The house is a 15 minute drive from pretty much everything in Park City. Would stay again!

We had 2 groups for the week- one staying here and one at a home nearby. We really enjoyed the location, pool, tennis and basketball courts at this home a very short walk from backyard. Good sized eating and sleeping spaces as well. We will definitely return!

We had a great time staying at this condo. It was exactly as described. Plenty of room, well equipped and stocked, great hot tub, easy convenient location, and helpful guide and instructions provided by owner. Owner was easily reachable for any questions. We skied Deer Valley and frequented Main Street in Park City, but also skied at the mountains further away. Using the hot tub and relaxing in front of the fire place after a long day of skiing was perfect. Beds were comfortable and there was a spacious entry area for all of our ski apparel. We have already looked at booking another stay!

Situated less then 10 minutes from both Park City and Canyons, the house was perfect for our family. We had another part of the family stay 3 houses away and they came to ours for get together a because it was so much nicer.
Frank made sure everything was ready for us and we knew exactly what to expect.

Great Layout & Location
This property is spacious and has a great layout in a really nice community. Pool, tennis courts, personal hot tub and lawn area are all right outside the patio door. We had a very nice time, but there were a few issues that we found frustrating.
The kitchen appliances are very outdated and (in our opinion) should be replaced. The refrigerator was either warm, or freezing our food. It was suggested by the owner to “fine tune” the fridge vs freezer temps as they have to be delicately balanced to work properly, but we could never figure it out and felt like we shouldn’t have to. It should just work properly.
The oven door was also broken and the owners brother had to come over twice to glue magnets so the door would close. Otherwise we had to stand at the oven to keep the door closed while cooking.
Our group enjoys getting together and cooking meals so these kitchen items may have been more frustrating for us vs groups that aren’t using the kitchen appliances.
I think this is a pretty heavily used short term rental, but the bedding & carpet throughout could also use repair or replacement.
Again, this is a wonderful location and layout, but just a few things that we would want to see improved before we would book here again.

The property is a very convenient drive from the airport and extremely close to downtown, all the activities, restaurants & shopping. Spacious townhouse with lots of amenities. Fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary cooking items. Private hot tub in addition to the complex pool and hot tub. Great place!

My friends and I had the best time! Great place for a big group who is looking to ski, cook, and have plenty of space to themselves.
Parking was do-able as the guest parking spots were close by.

fabulous home - perfect for a family
5 adults, 1 teen and 2 children - this home is perfect for a family. Each bedroom has its own bath - which is great with several groups. The instructions for using the TV, hot tub and every other feature are clear and the owner was very quick to respond to questions and make suggestions, especially as it related to skiing in the area.

Clean, comfortable and roomy
This is a well laid out unit that easily accommodated 10 of us comfortably.
The owner manages the property and clearly has a vested interest in things going well. This was the first time I received a call from a VRBO manager after getting settled to see how things were going, to answer questions and to give tips for a pleasant experience. Much appreciated.
The kitchen is very well appointed with lots of amenities including a slow cooker, a rice cooker, a One Pot and more. Also, plenty of utensils, pots, and pans etc. in good condition. There was everything I needed to comfortably prepare three meals a day for 10 people for five days.
The beds are quite comfortable and there was more than enough room for all of our stuff.
Cleanliness was a consistent theme in the reviews prior to our choosing this rental and tipped the scales for us. And it was true. My wife was very pleased. I don’t know when the property was built but it felt new, clean and well maintained.
The large gas fireplace has a screen instead of glass giving more of a feeling of a natural fire.
The driveway is narrow but manageable. The heated garage accommodated my F-150 SuperCrew with room to hang skis and store equipment.
The hot tub is easily accessed from the main living area and is professionally serviced weekly.
Think about how you will get to the slopes. It’s a 5 to 10 minute drive to Park City and the Canyon side of that ski area. And a 10 to 15 minute drive to Deer Valley. The nearest shuttle bus stop is almost a mile away. This could create some logistical challenges if you don’t have a vehicle.
