Large Apartment In The Heart Of Marquette W/ Cable & WiFi! Pet Friendly!
Appartamento principale con 2 camere da letto al centro di Marquette. Animali domestici tranquilli ammessi a pagamento! Ogni camera dispone di un comodo letto matrimoniale e armadio per la conservazione. Il soggiorno ha un comodo divano, grande schermo piatto con tv via cavo e funzionalità hdmi, estraibile futon con memory foam per dormire comodamente altri 2 ospiti. La cucina ha un piano cottura, frigorifero, lavandino e tavolo da pranzo con sedie, stoviglie, utensili, pentole, padelle, forno a microonde e macchina per il caffè con filtri. Bagno dotato di doccia, asciugamani e carta igienica. Aria condizionata in estate. Parcheggio arato e spalare in inverno. Lavanderia nel seminterrato. Questo appartamento dista circa un miglio dalle spiagge del Lago Superiore e dal porto inferiore. Direttamente di fronte a Blackrock's Brewery, Third St Bagel, Sweet Water Cafe e Downwind Sports. A pochi passi da molti ristoranti locali (Third St Bagel, SweetWater, Vango's, Stucko's, Casa Calabria, Portside, Steinhaus, Landmark, Sol Azteca & Lagniappe), pub e birrerie (Blackrocks, Ore Dock, Vierling, Third Base & Flanigan's), location per matrimoni (Landmark Inn, Masonic Temple, Marquette History Museum, Yacht Yard & Ore Dock Brewery), Marquette General Hospital (Duke Lifepoint) e Northern Michigan University !! Siamo anche vicini al Centro eventi Superior Dome & Berry se stai cercando di prendere una partita di calcio o di hockey! Vicino a Marquette Mountain e al Marquette Golf Club!

Second time staying here. Both times with dogs. Quiet for the location. Close to great walking areas/green spaces. Walk to all Marquette has to offer. I am always amazed at the hospitality of Marquette!

The apartment was larger than expected. Very comfortable for the 4 of us. Great kitchen space with all we needed. Enjoyed being within walking distance of so many wonderful bars, restaurants and shops. We’ll definitely be back!

This was the perfect place to prepare and celebrate our little 4-person Thanksgiving! Spacious, clean, quiet and in a terrific location. I appreciate that it was available on fairly short notice. Chris and Casey were quick to respond in communication. Will definitely check here for future visits!

The property is very affordable and perhaps that should have been a red flag. The bathroom is tiny tiny and both of us chose not to shower in it. The heating/cooling thermostat was locked not allowing us to control temperature and therefore roasting in a hot apartment. The old bones of the house are lovely but the beds, furniture, kitchen, and overall unfinished exterior made for a less than an ideal stay. Perhaps with multiple improvements this could be a lovely place to stay. Unfortunately it has a long way to go. However, the location in Marquette plus the surrounding environs of Marquette were amazing and we loved our visit.

Marquette trip
We stayed here while our daughter took a tour of Northern and visited with friends. It was very close to campus and walking distance to Blackrocks brewery and a great bagel and coffee place. We love older houses so we enjoyed it's quirkiness.

Perfect location
We were visiting family in Marquette and needed a place to stay where we could keep our dog. This rental was perfect! We walked downtown to see the start of the UP 200 dog race. We walked to meet friends at Black Rocks Brewery. We walked to lunch at the bagel store. The location could not be better. The condo was clean, homey and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

NMU Graduation
I came up for my son's nursing pinning ceremony and graduation from Northern Michigan University. The apartment was perfect for our group. We had enough room to spread out and hang out.
It was clean and well stocked with what we needed. I had to contact Chris and he responded quickly and took care of the tiny issue. We had several inches of snow fall and were notified to move our car for plowing.
I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and convenient
We enjoyed our stay again. We've stayed multiple times at this apartment. You can't beat the comfort of the beds and furnishings or the location to downtown. Owners are very good about answering any questions. We will definitely stay again.

THE place to stay in Marquette!
We typically camp around the Marquette area when we visit which is great for natural beauty, but not great for visiting shops and restaurants. This time we decided to book on VRBO and we were not disappointed! This apartment is clean and spacious with comfy beds and a good lounge area in the living room. But the best part is the location. We're HUGE fans of Blackrocks brewing and this is literally across the street. Less than 50 feet away is the brewery, a great breakfast bagel spot, and one block is a coffee shop. Venture within a 1/2 mile and you're in the heart of the city at every shop and restaurant the city has to offer. Chris (the host) left a great sheet of 'to-dos' and we did almost everything on the list. We parked our car and didn't touch it for two days as you can walk everywhere from here. On the last day, we drove about 10 minutes away to Sugarloaf Mountain for a hike. Yes, walking distance to bars, restaurants, and coffee and a short 10-minute drive to some of the area's best hikes/beaches. Can't say anything more about this awesome spot.

Great location in Marquette
Wonderful time me in Marquette at this location. We were so close to downtown and could walk and bike to so many things. The unit was spotless and well equipped. Perhaps the towels could be upgraded (small complaint) and being a gardener myself would have loved to see a few flowers/ grass. Chris was wonderful and very responsive. I would book again.

Good spot
Was in the area for MTB. There is a sport shop next door lots of food options close to walk. Brewery across the street they are not to loud to late. The apartment is in an older house so it has character in a good way. Everything worked and there was a shed to stash our bikes in. Overall good spot

Great property located in the heart of downtown Marquette. Across the street from Blackrocks Brewery and 3rd Street Bagels. Bike/outdoor shops, all within a block.
It’s also an easy walk or bike ride to the harbor and the downtown business district.
No need to drive to get out to North Trails as that’s also an easy warm up and cool down ride to and from the trails.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was in town, with easy access to everything we could need. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy. If we return to Marquette for another visit, we will consider this location first!

Clear & helpful communication with owner. The apartment was perfect for us and our pup! We really enjoyed walking to restaurants & coffee shops for take out and beer just across the street.

Great Location
Great place to stay, close to everything. Enjoyed sitting on the front stoop listening to the live music across the street. Would have like to have had patio furniture to sit on. Beds were comfortable, more blankets were needed. Over all very nice stay
