We go to Palm Springs every year for our traditional family vacation and this place by far exceeded our expectations. The pool and house had all the small touches that gave us that upper end resort feel without sacrificing that old school Palm Springs vibe. Josh and Lars were great owner/hosts and very cordial and friendly to work with and responded immediately to our requests. We look forward to returning next year. A “must stay”!!

The property was amazing and fit 4 couples super comfortably both inside and outside (pool, grill area, putting green, etc...) We were they in mid June and it was very hot outside but when were inside absolutely no problem with the heat and when we were outside same thing!!! It was such a great set up and we would definitely go back! Plus Lars and Josh were so easy to work with and made our vacation perfect!

My wife and I recently spent a week at this house and it was a truly wonderful experience. Josh and Lars were fantastic in helping to make our stay a great experience. The house, pool and surrounding grounds were lovely and even better than the pictures on VRBO. The house had great views of the mountains from the pool and is very conveniently located to most anything you may want to do in Palm Springs. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would highly recommend to anyone. We definitely will be looking to book again soon!

My wife, 4 year old, and I spent a phenomenal extended weekend at this home. It was spacious, clean, and had every amenity we could have asked for. The pool was perfect, the beds were comfortable, and we were just a few short minutes from exploring everything Palm Springs has to offer. We will absolutely stay here again during future trips.

My husband and I brought 4 of our teenaged children to Casa Simms for Spring Break. It was the perfect location to easily access all the wonderful restaurants, shops and hiking trails of Palm Springs. We also enjoyed many hours of relaxation in Casa Simms' beautiful backyard. Yes, it is as amazing as it looks...inside and outside!

This property and its owner and property manager were better than described, which is very rare. Every detail was thoughtful and intentional and the house was perfect for a 7 person family get-away. But the outdoor space was spectacular. We had other family renting in the area, and we all ended up hanging out at our rental. My husband and I walked to downtown Palm Springs every day (to get our steps in and pick up a few things). Close to the airport and an easy ride share anywhere. 5 stars is not enough! The owner has thought of everything and the local property manager is equally as responsive. We will definitely return and hopefully stay longer. Thank you.

We had a fantastic stay! Thank you for all of the amenities, along with the little extras upon arrival (coffee and banana bread) and the use of pool toys, board games, and even the laundry room! We played ping pong, relaxed every day by the pool, read books on the swinging daybed, and played mini golf. Everything was clean, and the pantry was well stocked. Even checkout was super easy! Thank you again!

We needed a group getaway, and this was the perfect place to do just that. The home was perfect, designed so well. Well taken care of. We spent 5 days celebrating my birthday . First 3 days with girlfriends , last couple Days with family. Beautiful house , fantastic pool, Immaculately clean, helpful owners . We loved every minute of floating in the pool staring at the snow capped Mountain on the horizon, playing golf, and enjoying the weather . We had food delivered , and mobile massages at the house . We didn’t want to leave ! I will recommend to everyone , We would love to come back ❤️

Everything about this property is perfect!! From check-in to check-out our vacation was fantastic. This home has everything you need! The pool and hot tub are amazing and plenty of things to do to keep the kiddos entertained! The home is secluded at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Our property manager was wonderful; very informative and helpful. Would highly recommend this rental for vacation!!!

My ninth annual rental and this one was by far the best. No major issues with the house and the on location manager was very responsive. House and property are very well looked after. Outdoor areas have everything you could wish for and more.

The check in process was flawless and the owner communicated everything we needed. The property was really great and was perfect for 2 families. The outdoor space was amazing! The interior was very clean and all updated and kitchen had more than any other kitchen we have stayed at! We will definitely be back!

We had a great time at the Casa Simms property in Palm Springs. The house was super and in a great location relative to downtown Palm Springs. Unquestionably, the outdoor living areas make this property so desirable. One of the best pool/spa areas we’ve stayed at, along with a super outdoor kitchen area. Much of our time was spent outside at the house and the area was well utilized by our college aged children and their friends.
I also want to point out how great the owner, Josh was. Just a delight.
Finally, I would be remiss in not giving a special shout out to our property manager/liaison Lars. We have stayed at a large number of VRBOs over the years, and Lars has to be the best on site host we have ever encountered. Without specifically enumerating, Lars was always available and so very helpful. (As was Josh as well)

As a family of 8, this beautiful property was the perfect escape for an amazing thanksgiving holiday. The pool and hot tub are amazing with sun all day and mesmerizing views of the mountains. The living room was roomy and comfy as everyone gathered for football games. A large kitchen with everything we needed to make thanksgiving dinner. Pool table, ping pong and putting green were heavily used all week! Very close to downtown Palm Springs for some fun dinners out. A great place to bring family together for the holidays. And the host and owner are super nice and helpful!

8 high school friends from Alaska flew into Palm Springs from around the country (Denver, Michigan, Orange County, Anchorage and Vail) for some rest and relaxation. We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay at this property. The owner and house manager were a dream to work and went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. We absolutely loved the outdoor area, especially the pool and high quality BBQ. Lots of fun photo ops on the mini golf green and a cook mural on the side of the house. I've been to Palm Springs about 10 times in the past 10 years, and would stay here again for sure.

A really lovely property
There are so many great things about this house. The pool is large and the pool area is a great place to hang out - we loved the swing bed. The house itself is clean and updated and beautifully maintained. We particularly liked the bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out on the pool.

Can’t say enough about our stay. We had our 3 adult kids and spouse with us. Everyone had their own bedroom. The house and outdoor amenities were amazing and constantly used by us. Kitchen was well-stocked and we took turns cooking every night. Putters/balls for the green and even yoga mats are available. The house is on the north side of PS but a very quick on to I10 which makes getting anywhere easy. And a few quick mins to downtown PS. We will be back. Thanks Josh and Lars!

Our family got together to celebrate our mom's 80th birthday. We had such a fabulous time. The house was clean, the photos were representative of the property which always isn't the case. We spent so much time @ the pool. The outdoor area was exceptional. If we had any questions, the team was very responsive helping us figure things out. We'd definitely go back!

What a beautiful home! We stayed for a week with our two kids and grandparents. Wonderful spot for a family vacation. It was stocked with everything we needed and every room is set up with all the necessities plus nice touches like cozy blankets and flowers. The property manager, Lars, explained everything to us and was available by text to answer any questions. The owner was easy to book with and very responsive. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor areas are impeccable and stocked with everything you could possibly need or want including lots of poolside games. The kitchen was fully stocked and gorgeous. Lots of areas to eat too. All the TVs are smart TVs and we had all the channel options and streaming services we wanted. Overall, an amazing experience and we can’t wait to return!!

The house could use additional comfortable seating. Sofa was great, however, bar stools for the counter were too low & it wasn't always conducive to sit around the glass kitchen table. Water pressure in the shower was awesome. We'd rent this house again.

We had such a wonderful stay! Josh was awesome at communicating before hand and answering questions and getting info for us! Lars did a great job of showing us the property and recommending wonderful restaurants and even made us homemade banana bread. The house was beautiful with lots of space and comfy beds. The kitchen had everything you could need. The pool area was perfect with tons of seating and two fire places. Overall amazing experience and would stay again for sure.

Wonderful stay!
Our family had a lovely vacation at Josh & Mackie's home. They were super accommodating every step of the way - especially traveling with young children - and the house was just wonderful. An oasis to relax and enjoy time together. Highly recommend!
