My adult kids and I were there for the Ironman 70.3. This is a spacious, well-appointed, clean house in the perfect location. It's right next to the swim start and the bike drop off was within walking distance. We enjoyed strolling on the beach and had a wonderful dinner at the nearby Oceanic. A number of other shops and restaurants were within walking distance. We'll be back and suggest you try it out as well.

Unfortunately when we arrived for our family vacation the AC was out in the house (things break )and we spent 5 days in a different house which we really didn’t like at all but made the best of it . My suggestion to Bryant Realty would be to have window units on hand to install in a situation like this especially considering how much they fail at the beach , as a landlord for a living this IS what I do for my own properties.

Excellent beach house. Great short walk to beach access yet still quiet at the house at night. Loved the front deck/porch. Room for all 9 to sit & enjoy the sun or nighttime breeze. Very spacious bedrooms for all. 3 bathrooms were perfect as well. Very well stocked with all accessories. Weather couldn’t have been any better!!

The location is great - a very nice quiet street and beach access just a short walk through the public parking lot and across the street. The house was clean and well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We were there with our three young adult children and their significant others and the four bedrooms worked perfectly. The outside shower was used by many. This part of the island is very nice and quiet, but with the bonus of the surf shop just a couple of blocks away. Our sons rented boards and the kids spent some time in the coffee shop/bar upstairs. We were coming from Maryland and we had left very early to get down to the beach to avoid traffic. It was a nice bonus to get a call for early check-in, so we were in the house by 3:15. The only negative of the whole trip was I had paid extra to have the beds made up and that hadn't happened. Apparently this hasn't been done since Covid, so not sure why it was an option during booking - but my money was promptly refunded, so not a big deal. All in all an excellent stay.

This was a family trip to celebrate our youngest daughter's graduation from college. The downstairs bedroom arrangement in particular was very helpful for part of our family who have a newborn. They were able to spread out and have privacy and not worry about waking any of the rest of us up. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was adequately stocked. We should have told the rental authorities that the dishwasher was not working well, but if renters don't report that there's no way they would know. The deck was delightful and we spent a lot of our time there. We were able to walk to and from the Oceanic and the beach. Thoughtful touches like a beach cart were a pleasant surprise. We will definitely stay here again!

The location was excellent with convenient beach access. What we found very disappointing was the complete lack of amenities. The rental company did send out emails ahead of time letting us know that we should bring our own toilet paper, paper towels, etc., but given that we were all arriving from California and did not have a car to go grocery shopping, this wasn’t possible. The fact that they can’t even provide a single roll of paper towels is ridiculous. Just build it into the cost per night and your guests will be MUCH happier! Also, the air conditioning does not seem to work downstairs, so the couple staying down there was extremely uncomfortable the whole time. All in all, I would say the home itself is perfectly fine - it’s the management company that needs to re-evaluate their service standards. They were also incredibly rude during the booking process, Krystal specifically. If I were the owners of this house, I would look into another management company.

The property was cleaner than we anticipated. It's right across the street from the beach but quiet. We rarely heard street traffic and it was a holiday weekend. We had 8 adults one kid and 3 infants and the rooms allowed for pack n plays for the infants. The outside shower was great for rinsing off after the beach so you dont get sand everywhere. Because of the pandemic we cooked all of our meals and found the kitchen to have the pots and pans we needed. Overall it was a great stay and we hated to leave.

Dishwasher didn't work. Soap dispenser does not open. Washing machine does not dispense soap properly, as washed clothing comes out caked with soap. Other than these small problems, our stay was comfortable. If you are not an early riser, this is not the place for you. Beach access parking lot is right next door. Cars start coming in at 5:30 am to park, lock their doors with horn trigger. Maintenance workers come in at 7 am across street.
